These folks are professional. I'm super happy with the service. And the final cost was aligned with the service. Everything went well; they were on time; they described the final plan, cost estimate, timeframe, and overall plan. They took our 30+ boxes like nothing, they took care of our furniture with care, and they even suggested using our remaining bubble wrap so they won't need to charge a couple of dollars more. Bonus note: They were the only providers that called me 5 minutes after sending the request for information form. They were quick to tell me if my dates were available or not, while other providers took 24h days to respond only to tell me that they were booked. The worst were the ones asking you to fill out a giant form of your inventory before even telling you if they could do it that date; that's how you lose clients. Thanks, OnTrack Moving! read more

Eduardo and Federico were efficient and took great care of our things! Friendly and helpful! The whole move from scheduling to finish was great. Very good communications and affordable. read more

Jerome and Jojo were awesome!! So efficient, so fast and so personable. Best movers I've ever experienced!! They were able to move my 1-bedroom apartment within 4 hours, which included 4 flights of stairs on one end and two different elevator banks and a long walk on the other; waiting time for another vehicle that was in our dock () and also waiting time while sorting out recording / attainment of keys. Actual moving time and driving time was likely only 3+-ish hours. Have definitely recommended them to my colleagues and will definitely request them again on my next move. Magician movers! Luke from Ontrack was so great too! This is such a great and cost-effective moving company!! They made my move go so well :). read more

Wow, what a great experience! Moving is never fun, but Ontrack really made it painless. Nelson and his fantastic crew moved us halfway across the country with great care, good humor and a smile. Thanks for a really excellent job! read more

We did two moves with them in the past 5 months, and I highly recommend them. They were responsive and communicative from the first contact I made with them to request a quote, through our move out in SF, putting our stuff safely into their storage for us, and then interstate delivery to us 5 months later. They were organized, very hard working, and had extra materials and hands available to help as needed. Ika and Jesus really went above and beyond while doing the final delivery to us today at the tail end of a snowstorm in Portland, OR. They even did some snow shoveling to make a path to get things inside! I would 100% work with them again. read more

I has a 3 man team to pack and load the first POD, headed by Leo, they were great they packed their very professional they did an amazing job. Then they loaded the first POD. Then the second team, two men, Luis Garcia and Jose Bravo, they just using two men did a great job loading some very heavy furniture including a big damn exercise bike, into the POD. The pod itself stuck a bit, and Luis also helped unstick it because that would've been crazy to have to deal with a open pod loaded up. I'm very happy with Ontrack moving, they're more expensive than some, and in my mind worth it. I would hire them again in a second. read more

The best experience of moving company from initial quoting on the phone, show up 20 mines earlier and delivered reliable services. By the way the movers are very professional and courteous. On top of all, no hitten or surprise charges, after got burned by other companies before. Mostly this company documented fees, deposits by email and text messages which made transition transparent. They also provide dumping services besides moving ! I will continue using them again. read more

Brandon and Jose did a wonderful job. They took their time to make sure all my belongings would make it it my place safely and that they did. I have no complaints, would recommend them any day. read more

Brandon and Victor were great! Highly recommend this company. They were on time, clean, careful and efficient. They provided 5 star quality service from beginning to end. I got a text message the morning of my move with an eta and like clockwork they showed up right when the text said they would. The person that I scheduled the appointment with was also very informative and helpful. Great work. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. read more

I hired Ontrack this weekend for a move from San Francisco to Portland and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Jerome, Ika, and the rest of the team crushed it. First off, they had amazing communication. From the initial calls and consultation, to the day of. I was always kept updated as to the status of the arrivals at various locations, where they stopped for the night, etc. Next, they were always on time. Again, the consultation said 12-1 and they were there at 12 on the dot. When Jerome, Ika and team arrived and said they'd be there at 8:30, they arrived at 8:30. And when it came time to delivery, they were prompt and ready to unload. Finally, the quality of the work. The team was SUPER fast and usually that can be worrisome when they're moving your goods, but there wasn't a single causality. Everything was packed very well, moved quickly, and they reassembled a bunch of the complex furniture on arrival. Add all of this to the fact that every person I spoke to was incredibly friendly and professional. From working with Sam on the phone, to Paul the assessor, and to Jerome and Ika handling the move, they were all super friendly and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough. read more

Jesus, Hector and David were truly amazing. They were punctual, efficient and diligent. Their help and kindness was immeasurable. We could not have done it without them. They carefully wrapped all of our furniture and belongings with meticulous attention to every edge and surface. They were professional, honest and hardworking. read more

Updated review from initial version. We had a truck that leaked, but luckily nothing appears damaged. After a call with the owner I modified the initial review to the following: We had a multi-day move with a dedicated truck for our things. Here are the good parts: * the people moving boxes and furniture were great, careful, and organized * the organization of things leading to moving day and also unloading day were very clear * the quoting process was efficient Here are the bad parts: * the truck leaked en route and our things sat in a damp truck for 20 hours until they were unloaded * 6-8 boxes were very wet, but we lucked out that nothing appears damaged * There was a delay before Ontrack contacted us about the water. It came from an incorrect process that we were told to follow regarding escalation/concerns. The owner called us, and apologized for the oversight. It sounds like future issues will be handled differently. read more

I've been racking my brain in a sea of research on planning a move and I've been making a lot of phone calls and getting quotes. If you're reading this, I'm sure you're familiar with this process already and understand that this is a tough process and you don't trust everyone you speak to lol. And I just got off the phone with the Sales Manager at Ontrack, Sam, and he is an exception to all the madness involved in planning a move. Sam was very friendly, patient and gave me concrete and helpful information on guiding me in the right direction. It was VERY clear that he has been in the industry for a long time and was very kind and answered all my questions - as if I was his only client. For such a popular company with so many reviews, who's likely very busy, it's nice to see that they treat you so well and on a timely manner. I really appreciate the first class level of customer support I received today. Thank you Sam! read more

Exceptional services!! From the pre moving arrangement, checking on us with what packing materials we need, providing the COI that our HOA requires to all details on the moving day, this is the team that you can trust. Very experienced staffs and requests/questions are handled swiftly. Thanks again. *Big shout out to Luke, Justin and his helper who I couldn't recall the name (sorry I'm terrible with names), Justin went above and beyond to help us getting settled in, we deeply appreciate it. read more

The team I had of Edgar, Jonathan and Jose G were fantastic. Super professional, on time, efficient and really nice to work with. Even some items that I thought would be tricky (like a heavy bbq in my backyard that was a tight squeeze through a door) were no problem. They always checked with me to see if I wanted things moved in the new house. Highly recommend them. read more

We'd recommend Ontrack Moving Company with no reservations! We had an amazing experience. Edgar, Toño, and Alejandro were our movers, and they were excellent. Originally we were only supposed to have 2 movers, but they showed up with 3 for no extra charge. They were incredibly quick and efficient and had fantastic attitudes. They made a busy day MUCH less stressful and practically pain free! Next time we move, we'll be sure to contact Ontrack Moving as our top pick -- and will hope that we get Edgar, Toño, and Alejandro again. read more

We just used their services for our move and the team was outstanding! Would highly recommend this company for your move!

Fantastic experience. Arrived on time, brought all their own supplies, took instruction well (three drop offs, donations/storage/new apartment) and every single piece made it to the right location. The move and time spent was more than I imagined, but that's on me. I greatly underestimated how much stuff I had accumulated in my 2bedroom/2bath. Highly recommend here guys! Super professional and they worked hard the entire time. Worth every penny. read more

They showed up with a mask right on time and were super quick with the packing and even took some weirdly shaped items.

We used Ontrack Moving in October 2020 to move from San Francisco to Santa Barbara. Our experience with Ontrack could not have been better. They were more expensive than another company who gave us a quote, but we decided to go with Ontrack due to their professionalism and expertise. We moved during COVID and every person we worked with was extremely professional and followed safety protocol (masks, sanitizer, distancing). The movers were fast but thorough. They packed everything with extreme care and we did not have a single item break or go missing. They locked the truck with a special band that they had us inspect when locking and unlocking to ensure nothing had been touched after it was packed. The total move took 3 days (Day 1 to pack, Day 2 to load the truck and drive, and Day 3 to unpack and set up our furniture). They also include a haul away service for items up to a certain weight limit. I cannot say enough good things about our moving crew. Pedro, Santos, Jesus, Ivan and Oscar made our move smooth and as low stress as possible. I highly recommend Ontrack Moving. read more

Ontrack Moving & Storage - Movers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

We moved across state lines and needed a moving company. Ontrack explained they were not a consolidated moving company, meaning your stuff is the only things they will move and you will get it in a timely manner. And they did! They were on time, worked hard and we received our stuff with no damages. I highly recommend them. Thanks Ontrack!! read more

First time using OnTrack and it did not disappoint! David and José are the best! They were super efficient, friendly, and just great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a professional moving company. Even with the elevator being non-operational they went up and down the stairs with no complaint and great efficiency. Overall the companies ability to book was very easy and pricing was transparent. They will pack and wrap all needed items and supply you with a box that'll hang your clothes for ease of packing and unpacking. read more

This was a bad experience. 1) Damage to the piano. The piano was dropped twice. Once in SF and once in the driveway of the house. Scratches to the piano feet and separation of the footboard are the problems 2) 2 pieces of art are missing 3) moving team were not properly covered. I had to ask them to wear masks and they never wore gloves. They mostly did not understand what I was asking of them. 4) the foreman hovered over me and badgered me for a good tip and for a good rating. he repeatedly badgered me over the mention of the piano in the questionnaire review. 5) Since COVID-19 is a problem, I need to wait to examine the rest of the comments before I make a complete claim. At least we got most of our stuff. read more

I love OnTrack Moving! Jonatan and Martín were really great-- efficient, friendly, and they worked super hard to get all my crap from Marin to Oakland in about 4 hours (with bridges and traffic, a near miracle!). They made everything much less stressful! Plus the scheduling and follow-up w/Sam was very helpful. Def will use OnTrack again! read more

I called this company based on their positive reviews and was very disappointed. First of all, they quoted me a price over the phone that was way, way less than what it turned out to be. It actually cost me at least twice of what they quoted me. Secondly, the guys who came out did not even move all of my stuff!!! They told me they had run out of room. When I went to look at their truck, it was half full. They then begrudgingly added a few more things. So after paying twice as much as expected, I then had to scramble afterwards, rent a pickup, get a friend to help me on an emergency basis and move the remaining items on my own. I did not get done until 3AM. Horrible experience!!!!! Never again read more

We hired on track to move us from Oakland to San Francisco. The team we were assigned was top notched and took care of everything about as quickly as they could. Valentin was our foreman and made sure everything was on schedule while Novi and Cesar were excellent at getting things packed up and out. We had just about everything packed up but they had no issues getting the remaining items packed up for us. The team was great and I cannot give them enough credits. It was rather expensive and we went more than double the quote but that did not surprise me. Not really sure why they don't quote for me. Just prepare to pay more. read more

JoJo and Jerome did a fantastic job (and quickly too!) They moved my studio apartment, drove across the Bay Bridge, and unloaded just under the minimum time! They were good about listening to instructions and paying attention to take care of my things. Sam in the office was super helpful as well and was able to move my moving date up a day to avoid a rainy weekend. Haven't unpacked everything yet, but thanks for helping me move! read more

I found Ontrack on Yelp today as my regular moving company was not available. I needed movers the same day (today). I requested a quote via the yelp website and I got a reply within a very short time. They said that they could do the job today with 2 guys. I was thrilled! They gave me a window of noon to 6 p.m. and said that the driver would call ahead of time and let me know when they would be arriving. I got a call around 11:00 a.m. that they would be arriving by 11:30 a.m. They arrived on time and their attitude was impressive. They were not slacking at all. In fact they were super motivated and driven to get the large cabinets and appliances to my kitchen 4 stories up without any elevator! I had no idea that movers could be this awesome. I am going to find out the names of these 2 guys and definitely request them for my projects. I really lucked out today finding this company. Ontrack did an outstanding job with highly professional staff. Excellent experience. Highly recommend them! read more

We had a great experience working with Ontrack! It was easy to book and coordinate date and time and to get an estimate. The prices were inline with the quotes we got from most other companies, and the service was great. Our moving team of Jorge, Jose, and Jesus did a truly impressive job moving a ton of stuff, including all our heavy furniture, quickly and delicately. They were very detail-oriented and made sure to package and wrap things to avoid any damage. Of course, they wore masks the whole time. read more

I never thought I would actually enjoy moving! Ika, Humberto and Brandon made moving so easy. They did all the heavy lifting and were very gentle with our items. Nothing broke and nothing is damaged! We plan to use OnTrack for any future moves and to recommend to all friends and family! read more

I hired Ontrack Moving to move me out of my storage unit in Pacheco, CA down to Santa Barbara which is a five hour drive. They were great to deal with from the start with Sam over the phone in the office to Alex who met me onsite to do my estimate. I was originally going to go with a company who would be consolidating all of my belongings onto a larger truck with other people's stuff who were moving in the same direction/vicinity, but I was concerned about the possibility of things getting lost. That company also could not tell me the exact day that my belongings would reach me in Santa Barbara and only that it would be within 7 days. For only $300 more in cost I opted to go with Ontrack Moving who provides the same guys who load your stuff to also drive to your new location and unload it. Plus they drove to Santa Barbara the same day they loaded and met me the next morning to unload. Jerome (the foreman) and Jojo were the two guys who handled my move and they were GREAT! They provided good communication calling me before they arrived on both days, and were both helpful and cheerful throughout the entire process (they even had to miss part of the Super Bowl to do my move). ;) I highly recommend Ontrack moving for your next move. I would definitely hire them again! read more

These guys did an amazing job! They worked non stop full power for hours until the job was done. They were respectful and made us happy!

These guys were fantastic from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. Nelson and his two associates Jose and Domingo were very friendly, careful with all of our belongings, and had great attitudes. They are very prepared.
