In the past, the place has always been a bit unkept, but I tended to overlook that because they used to have a young man who did great custom nail art. I'm not sure if he's there any longer but I didn't see him today and due to time constraints and availability I just asked for the first available. To be fair the ladies who worked on my daughter and I weren't rude but you do feel rushed. The mani/pedi I received today was nothing special but not terrible either. My lady first grabbed the wrong color and if I hadn't noticed and corrected her she would have used it, she was also bit stingy on the nail polish; I had asked prior to choosing a glitter nail polish I liked was opaque and was told yes, but it wasn't. I had to ask for extra coats for both my mani and pedi. (I used the same color). Sadly even after the extra coats some small parts of my nails are still showing through. Luckily it's not noticeable unless you're looking closer, no one is going to do that, but for the price...‍ While some employees weren't particularly busy during the visit, they were mostly on their phones. It would have been nice if that time was used to clean up the unused areas which could elevate the overall atmosphere. At check out the lady was about to charge me 40 dollars over the amount it should have been. When I corrected her and the other employee who was standing there they just went "oh" and changed it to a smaller number. I'm pretty sure I was charged $5-10 dollars over the actual amount owed but since I don't have the receipt on me I can't verify atm. Not a terrible experience but definitely not great either. My nails are fresh now, so I'll see how long they last.

The space is adorable, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and my appointment was confirmed. I was there for a gel pedicure, and even though I arrived 15 minutes early, she got me started right away -- no waiting! She offered me water, made sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly attentive throughout. But here's the part that really impressed me: I've had a splinter lodged in the side of my toe for what felt like forever -- through several pedicures at other places, no one ever took care of it. She noticed it, carefully removed it, and honestly, it felt like she worked a little miracle on my foot. I left feeling pampered, polished, and actually fixed -- not just painted over. My only criticism isn't actually about the salon itself, but about the online booking system. It appears to be a platform used by many nail salons, and I find it difficult to navigate. Service descriptions are limited, making it hard to know exactly what you're booking, and choosing a technician is largely based on photos without much information about each person's specialties or experience. Once I arrived, however, the experience exceeded my expectations. The live piano player created a relaxing and unique atmosphere that I wasn't expecting and truly appreciated. Rose, the owner, took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences. She thoughtfully communicated them to the nail technician who worked with me, which helped me feel heard and understood. Enough to hold me over until I got home. The owner proceeded to remove the dip powder by dipping in acetone quickly and then peeling off the dip powder. I was left with zero length on any nails and then her gel paint job looked like a preschooler did it. The two pictures are what my nails looked like before I went and then afterwards! Stay away!!
