I don't write many reviews, but this one is well deserved. I had a manicure and pedicure with Linda at LV Nails, and it was one of the best experiences I've had at any nail salon. From the moment I sat down, she never made me feel rushed. Instead, she made me feel like I was her only client, taking her time with every step and paying incredible attention to detail. What really stood out were all the thoughtful little touches along the way. Linda was thorough, gentle, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. The level of service and professionalism made me feel valued as a customer, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The biggest surprise was the price. I expected to pay much more for the quality of care I received. The experience honestly felt like something you'd get at an upscale luxury spa, but at very reasonable prices. I've found my new salon. I'll be returning regularly--not because of the pricing, although it's an excellent value--but because of the exceptional care, outstanding customer service, and consistently high-quality work. I brought my 92 year old mother to get a regular fill for her nails. No gel. The cost was $25 for the fill. The cost of the cut down was $5. No extravagant shaping. Simple rounding. They tried to charge me $10 additional for "shaping". What?? Ended up just paying the $30......but really? Wil NEVER return. Very sorry, but have to take our business elsewhere. read more

Place is very clean and quiet. We booked a same day appointment, the man that did my dip manicure was very quick, it took about 35-40 minutes and was precise with his work! Walked in knowing I needed to get a polish change on toes and wanted an overlay on my nails. The ladies were all very helpful. I got all of it done within an hour. Clients were obviously repeat as they all had a relationship friendship going with workers which to me is huge! When I finished, the original women that didn't work on me asked how I liked my finished product and told me about caring for my nails to continue the growth. Overall great experience! Hi i am K.L. I love L.V. NAILS. I have been going there for many many years, and I can tell you the truth about the service, appointments, and the atmosphere. Have never had a bad experience there, I have had pedicures, manicures. I am the type of person that loves color. I usually like to do colors of the seasons. I have to be very careful about the services I get because of a medical condition. The staff has never know of this condition but I have always had the best service, very pleasant and professional. I am always greeted when I come in. I have enjoyed going to L.V.NAILS for years and have had the best service. Sometimes I let my nail technicians pick my color because the care and know they clients. I always get the perfect nails and always leave feeling great.The prices are very reasonable for this area of greenbrier and I have never had anys tips fall off or hurt. Excellent Service! Professional Personnel. And the Owner keeps everyone busy so a walk in does not have to wait long at all. I had an acrylic manicure here. The lady put the nail on completely crooked and I asked her to file it to be straight 3 separate times! She got annoyed with me and ended up giving me to someone more experienced who made my nail more "straight" but it was still pretty crooked. Also come to find out when trying to remove these nails, they used MMA acrylic powder which is ILLEGAL!! If you don't know why it's illegal, do some research on the internet. This place was also super cluttered and messy. Dust everywhere. I was too scared to get a pedicure with the lack of cleanliness because I am afraid of getting a fungus! This is a CHOP SHOP and you are still going to be paying normal prices. Please go elsewhere so you don't spend $60 on crooked MMA acrylic nails you hate like I did. read more

I had the worst experience at any nail salon here. The staff Davan, Alisa and the owner were all rude and snarky towards me, messed up my nails making my acrylic set lumpy and uneven because they rushed through it which unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home. I called the next day when I had time but they'd closed 15min earlier than I thought. The next day I asked for a manager or the owner to make sure I could come in to get them fixed. They gave me Cynthia on the phone and said come in. She offered me a new color so I picked one. 5min before she is done, Alisa comes in the salon from behind me yelling why was I there. I told her I was getting them fixed and she gets inches from my face screaming "get the f*** out of my salon and you need a d***" the called the cops on me. Never had anyone humiliated me and done something so wrong and dirty as that salon. I wouldn't recommend them and they should be ashamed of their disgusting behavior. read more

Quick service & friendly staff! I really enjoyed my pedicures I've received. Everytime we have showed up the wait is maybe 15 minutes. They have lots of color options, gel, & dip powders! I've been coming here for years. My nails have always been ok. Not perfect but decent. Today I felt completely taken advantage of as far as the price of my nails go. I got a gel overlay with tips that are very short and got charged $50, not design. I usually get my nails a lot longer with designs that cost $45. Do not recommend at all. Came in for a full set and asked for short almond french tips, was told she couldn't do short almond but I've been getting short almond for years. Left with very long pure white stiletto nails. My nail tech was rude overall, kept pausing to go on her phone. Acrylic was bumpy and polish was sloppy. Immediately went to another salon to get them fixed. Better off going to a different salon and getting what you actually want. read more

My pedicure by Sandra was awesome. I also wanted a fill in on my ombré nails I'm which one guy said he couldn't do. I was then told by the nail tech Eunice she could do an ombré fill in. Let's just say I was not at all happy with the results. She didn't file my nails well enough so some are shaped funny. She filed one hand down a little so nails are a little uneven. I also can see the line and discoloration in my nails because the ombré wasn't done right. I'll just go back to the place I was going to before just decided to try a new place. Adding onto this post after a few days holy smokes three of my nails lifting up already. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. I'm going to have to start over with a new full set. read more

I went here yesterday for my first time since I just recently moved to the area. FIRST: I usually do a dipping powder which some lady (I never caught her name) said they don't do but they would do acrylic for me, which I have had in the past so I know how it's done properly. SECOND: With any artificial nail you're supposed to soak it off to prevent damage. But no, this lady RIPPED my nails off. I now have 3 nails that have absolutely NO NAIL on them. 2 others she split in half. One nail was literally bleeding! She said "oh you okay?" I responded with "no it hurts actually, why are you ripping them all off instead of soaking them off?", as I'm sitting there cringing almost in tears. She had no answer for me. I should have just left but I stuck it through, thinking "it can't get worse than this, maybe she'll actually make the nails look good." *no I'm not an idiot, but I was for thinking positively like that* THIRD: I asked for a light blue for a wedding I was going to so it could match my dress. Let me tell you, they are 100% NOT a light blue..... now I look like Elsa from the damn frozen movie. Needless to say, I shouldn't have tipped but out of the kindness in my heart, I did. NEVER going back here. That lady screwed my nails up so bad that I don't know how long they'll take to go back to normal & I am PISSED. read more

My nails were "too thin" even though Inhave never had a problem w Shellac. They are overpriced, RUDE and a crappy place for shellac. My shellac didn't even last 3 days and the manicure took forever. I got shellac done on my nails on Saturday by an older woman there and they were already chipping the next day. I had to work Monday so I couldn't go back to get it fixed and complain. So disappointed with their shellac manicure! I spent $27 and it has already started chipping and peeling and it hasn't been a week. My nail tech filed the previous shellac manicure off instead of letting it soak, which has caused my nailed to be more fragile. They got us in quickly, but the older guy that did my pedi didn't seem like he knew what he was doing at all. Look at the pictures attached. My dog could do a better job painting. Notice my cuticles as well, terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! The chair massage kept stopping after 60 seconds, super annoying to have 4 hard balls on the lower back, especially considering I have a bad back. I asked for a simple design, he couldn't do one, guess I'll go home and do my own design.. The polish job was awful. I will Not be back. Ugh. read more

This nail salon is an interesting one. I came in to get a color change on my toes and dip powder with tips on my nails. I went with a neon orange for my nails and I wanted to match my toes. This was the first place I've been to that made me try to match the colors. Let's just say the lighting was poor and they do not match. They were beautiful the first day of having them, color is beautiful and the shape of them is nice. The second day, I notice that the clear coat on top of my nails is starting to peal off(this has never happened before). I have been looking for a new nail salon since I moved to the area rather than drive on the other side of town for my regular spot. My friend happened to be looking around and this had the least wait so we decided to check it out. My friend got there first and was already in pedicure chair when I walked in. I opted to wait for the lady sitting next to her to finish up so I could sit next to her. I was seated and got to soak my feet up. The nail technician started working on my feet with a massage and moisturizers. I wish I had mentioned I was down for the spa pedicure because my feet could have used the extra attention, but I was happy enough with the regular price service. My nail technician was very polite and quiet. I don't mind people speaking in other languages since I happen to speak another language myself, but it was nice to see that wasn't blatantly going on to the point where you know they must be talking about you. They offer a lot of options such as jelly pedicures, shellac manicures, etc. They also do eyebrow waxing. They offer a lower price for high school mani/pedis and children's mani/pedis. I'm a mother of 5 and I happened on this nail salon while trying to figure out what to do on my "mommy time." If you're a mom, you know that time is of the essence when you are by yourself. When I saw a fire truck sitting outside my regular salon, I decided to drive around and look for another place who would take a walk-in. I drove to LV nails and to my surprise, it was not too busy on a Saturday morning. I was immediately greeted by the staff and after inquiring what services I would like, they sat me down in the spa pedicure chair to relax and soak my feet. Let me tell you, I felt so relaxed.
