Got probably the worst full set I've ever had in 15+ years of having my nails done. Dude spent more time filing at my skin than actually shaping the nails even after being asked to correct it. So much so that I am bleeding and will have scabs on two of my fingers. The design I got was a checkered pattern on one nail per hand- it looks like crap (a design I've been getting done for months at other salons and through multiple professionals has been nailed, every time). It was like he slapped the acrylic all over my finger on my right hand- it's literally still all over my fingers because he didn't bother to clean it off at all, except to use cuticle nippers to the exact spots he had already filed raw... Absolutely will not be going back to Clover. Never had this issue before, but the guy that did my nails today seemed to be more interested in how quickly he could get it done than anything else. read more

I used to love this place . I go here for pedicures regularly. It's changed. Staff is okay. Prices are decent. Sadly, the floors are never clean. They don't clean, sweep, dust, etc. It's unsettling at this point. The chairs are worn and falling apart. I no longer recommend this place to do nails. This wasn't my first visit to Clover Nail Spa and while I've never had an experience bad enough to leave a review before, today's visit to Clover Nail Spa left me feeling disappointed. In the past, the place has always been a bit unkept, but I tended to overlook that because they used to have a young man who did great custom nail art. I'm not sure if he's there any longer but I didn't see him today and due to time constraints and availability I just asked for the first available. To be fair the ladies who worked on my daughter and I weren't rude but you do feel rushed. The mani/pedi I received today was nothing special but not terrible either. My lady first grabbed the wrong color and if I hadn't noticed and corrected her she would have used it, she was also bit stingy on the nail polish; I had asked prior to choosing a glitter nail polish I liked was opaque and was told yes, but it wasn't. I had to ask for extra coats for both my mani and pedi. (I used the same color). Sadly even after the extra coats some small parts of my nails are still showing through. Luckily it's not noticeable unless you're looking closer, no one is going to do that, but for the price...‍ While some employees weren't particularly busy during the visit, they were mostly on their phones. It would have been nice if that time was used to clean up the unused areas which could elevate the overall atmosphere. At check out the lady was about to charge me 40 dollars over the amount it should have been. When I corrected her and the other employee who was standing there they just went "oh" and changed it to a smaller number. I'm pretty sure I was charged $5-10 dollars over the actual amount owed but since I don't have the receipt on me I can't verify atm. Not a terrible experience but definitely not great either. I gave this place a second shot after my last horrible experience here last year. The last time I got a young very sweet young man who had never done a manicure he did very good on the pedicure, but the manicure was without cleaning my nails or cuticles, my nails were all different lengths and no massage. I could tell they were nervous about him doing the manicure (I must have been his first) people kept coming up to check but not do anything to help him and of course, I couldn't tell what they were telling him. The manager told me after my nails dried to come back over for the massage- which I didn't. . I had to go home and fix my nails. I felt sorry for the kid because he was young. He did a good job on my pedicure so I let it go and paid for both. ----- Today. I came in for a pedicure because I'm going on a trip tomorrow. I was working on my phone while he was doing the pedicure, so I didn't notice that he did not take any dead skin off, he didn't do the cuticles, my toe nails are uneven and look horrible. My 30 minute pedicure took 18 minutes ( manager disputed but I had timed clocks from working) I could've done a better job myself. When I complained to the management, he offered to get the dry skin off the top of my toes try to fix them as well as he could with them already painted...and gave me a few dollar discount. I would avoid this place. They don't care and hire untrained men who will practice on you and the management never cares. read more

I asked for square nails and he made the sides diagonal. Then I literally showed him a picture of the subtle French tip I wanted and he started doing the deep arch one everyone is getting now which is definitely not what I wanted. I usually get a full set done with dip powder, however, after speaking with Helen (nail technician), she suggested a new method that uses a LED/UV Builder gel instead of powder. AVOID THIS SALON! The salon was great when it first opened, but the service is absolutely terrible now. The nail techs do whatever they want to your nails and today was definitely my last visit. I come here often for pedicures, and today the gentleman that did my toes completely messed them up! I paid $60 to have my toe nails shaved down to the skin!!! I hadn't noticed the damage until I felt him filing my nails against my skin. Never have I ever left the nail salon and cried my eyes out in my car over how hideous my toes look... until today. I literally came straight home to put socks on because I just can't deal! To put things into perspective, I faithfully came to this location for gel sets. The owner was my go-to, until she started paying less attention to doing my nails and more focused on her phone. My last visit for a gel set, she was watching a movie on her phone while doing my nails. When I told her that my nails were crooked, she insulted me by saying that it was my fingers that were crooked. Her favorite line! I then decided to only continue coming for pedicures. We went in for their "most popular" pedicure and did not receive all of the steps. They even advertise that they have many scents to choose from- well we got nothing of the sort!!! We all left with the same rough feet that we came with just a different color paint on our toes. All 3 of us have chipped paint on our toes, and this has never happened to any of us before when we have paid for gel paint (which we did this time as well).The full set that my sister got was rushed and not put on straight and the paint was messed up. she went back the next day to have them fixed (they fixed them) it is literally a week later and 4 of her nails have popped off. Needless to say we will not be back. I am finding it harder and harder to find a quality nail salon that does a good job. I found a new nail salon! Such a beautiful salon, very spacious, with lots of staff to accommodate everyone as well as many Pedicures and nail chairs. No more long waits. This place will have you in and out. All the other nail salons need to take note! They also use a number system where they give you a number according to when you came in so everyone is taken care of, and no one is skipped or forgotten. All of the staff were very friendly and Greet you with a smile. They actually come and get you from wherever you are sitting and introduce themselves. Not yell at you from across the way and tell you to sit in there chair. The bathrooms were clean, the pedicure chairs worked great, and even the music was very calming and professional spa type of music. No loud TV with Jerry springer on it. Just nice calm, spa music. I was very relaxed, and loved my visit. My nails turned out exactly like the picture I showed my technican which was Devin. Overall it was okay. The nails I had prior was from a. Different salon that had listened to what I wanted which is thin acrylic to make them look natural. These came out thicker than what I had before. And the sides were not clean. Plus at the end she gave me a pump of lotion and didn't massage it in. So I had to massage it in and take out my wallet to pay with slipper hands. Going to keep looking for a better salon. Plus for a fill with French manicure came out to $60 Should have just gotten a new set at that point. I book an appointment online for my birthday I was super excited after seeing TikTok videos just for me to be told that the person I booked with doesn't do what I wanted then told me she wasn't there when I seen her just working on another client (they thought I didn't know what she looked like) but I let that go and get taken back for my pedicure, the lady was super rough cut me multiple times and left a bad scratch on the top of my foot. Absolutely no for eyebrow waxing. The back room is filthy with grime over the white tables, chairs have grease from other customer's hair that they did not wipe off. The lady asked the nail tech if she knew how to do eyebrows and she said no and then she (the lady who asked) ended up doing my eyebrows... which turned out to be horrible. They do not have anyone who specializes in waxing and now I know. They should not offer this service. I will never go back. Just a bunch of untrained staff. For starters, they pushed for me to get the more expensive pedicure and manicure so many times. I declined each time the services were being pushed but that didn't deter them. It wasn't as though my feet were in great need of a pedi, as I had just had them done two weeks prior somewhere else. Next issue was that I had to tell her to get the little bit of callus on my pinky toe and on my heel. My Wife and I went to Clover Nail Spa tonight for a Mani-Pedi. These folks really know how to treat their customers. We were not rushed (always a great thing when it happens) and the service was great. This place has only been open for about 2 weeks so it was not busy but I'm once word gets out about the professionalism of the staff, that will change. All of the spa facilities are super clean and the "tools" were wrapped in plastic, a good indication of them being sterile. The prices are fair for the services offered, a rare and wonderful combination in the highly competitive Spa Nail Business. The staff is very friendly and well trained. They were not in a hurry to get you in and out like most of the other places around town. They were thorough and they let you relax and really enjoy the experience! I asked to see the polish colors and she ignored me.. they wanted to charge me an additional $5 to drill off the existing gel on my nails, making it $35 for a gel polish change. They asked questions throughout the manicure and pedicure to make sure the shape, color and filing were just right. We both had a full set and pedicure with gel polish done. Im used to being pampered when I take the time to get my nails done. I was very disappointed in my service today. I was shocked at the level of disregard for me as a customer. I noted that the shop was in disarray. There was a tech napping in a pedicure chair when I walked in. My techs station had globs of acrylic on it, and he simply swept the nail clippings and acrylic remnants on the floor. I have never been in a salon that was this messy. My tech caused me to bleed due to clipping me with cuticle scissors. He was very distracted by his phone and talking with the other techs. Even when I tried to start conversations with him, he would ignore me. When I raised questions about the design and color, I was asked to ask the customer seated next to me for her advice. I felt like the tech rushed through the process, and made me feel like a burden. There was so much acrylic dust around that my 75.00 nails have "bumps" from the dust on several of my nails. Sadly, there also was no paper towels in the restroom. I am giving this review a 1 star as I do like my design- I just hated the service, and the experience as a whole. read more

So they were like sit down. 5 people approached me, asking what I'm getting done today & once I explained they went with someone else. While I'm still waiting. Then they are just approaching me to tell me someone will take care of me but it might be another 40 min! (Mind you their 15 min last time turned into 1,5hrs). So I said that I couldn't wait that long. So he said no one was available. I reminded him that I was just approached by 5 different nail technicians that totally skipped me when they heard that I needed my nails fixed. So his reply was "sorry, but I can't spare any technicians when we are busy!" Never have I ever written a complaint before but I'm beyond upset! $100 for the gel nails to last 3 days (the toes are peeling as well but I didn't even plan on mentioning that). I visited this nail shop today 10/25/23 for a mani and pedi. I could tell right away that the technician I requested (Tee) didn't want to service me. I told her she could pass me along to someone else. She was recommended to me by one of her former clients as one of the best in the shop. The fill in I received was just ok. She slapped oil on my nails upon completion, didn't rub in or anything. Just left a lot of oil piled on my nails. I had to pull out some wipes in order to handle my personal items to move to the pedicure chair. The pedicure was a complete joke. She didn't scrub my feet, didn't properly cut or file my toenails.
