Their service sucks!!!! I showed Jenny who did the pedicure and she looked at me confused saying she scrubbed it twice. It's dead skin not metal! Scrub it again that's what I'm paying for!!! Needless to say she did not. I called and asked for an appointment with the lady in the front seat specifically. I did not know her name. I was booked with Jenny who sat all the way in the back. How do you book me with someone sitting in the back when I specifically asked for the lady in the front. The owner...which was the lady in the front...didn't give a damn. Told me she was busy today. Had too find a nail salon last minute for my Middle schooler. She loved the color and design. Schilac included for a nice price.

Called upon arriving and was told they do a service I asked for. When I came in, there was nobody inside and I was able to get to a chair quickly. The lady that's younger and has patch work was trying to get me to agree to something that breaks my nails but would cost more as well and when I said no she had an attitude. As she was filing she was trimming my natural nails on the side so I asked her to just stop with the shaping because it hurt, she sighed loud and started going in to where I actually wanted to cry. I was in and out in about 30 minutes whereas it's normally a hour. Definitely do not recommend her she rolled her eyes multiple times and was incredibly rude. read more

Even though I am from out of town, I decided on a full set here and I'm really glad I did. I called in the morning to make an appointment, they were booked through the afternoon. Each of the staff members was really friendly and engaging, and what I really appreciated was that they were turning away walkins because they had appointments coming up. So many times in the past, at other salons, I've been pushed way past an appointment time because they've opted to take a walk in right ahead of me. It speaks volumes to me that they respect their customers time. Plus, I love my nails! Oh, and the prices were very reasonable. read more

I like this place for the convenience. It's super close to my house and the staff is pretty friendly. I've only ever had two services here which are pedicures and I've had my eyebrows waxed. The lady who did my eyebrows made them way too thin even after I told her how I like them done. It took a while for them to grow back the way that I like them to look. Never again. I'll certainly pop in here and there for a pedicure. I've never had to wait super long and my pedicures always turn out neat. read more

This was my worst experience getting a mani/pedi and I have to been to many nail salons all over the country. They did not complete my services as they should have. I paid respectfully and even left a tip. I had to get out of there quick before I lost it on these lazy unprofessionals. I even had an appointment which makes it even worse. Its a HELL NO for me. The people are very nice, alittle pushy and its never crowded. But today the nail tech took sooooo long for a full set and the job is wasn't done correctly. The shape isn't right, one whole nail isn't polished. After an hour and a half i just wanted to leave. I'll go elsewhere next time. read more

Went here yesterday for the first time and there was no wait. The salon looked pretty clean and the people were very welcoming! They have a huge selection of nail polish - regular and gel. I wanted to get a (gel) mani + pedi, but I only had time for a mani. I let them know I was on a time crunch and they were pretty quick giving me a full mani and didn't sacrifice quality, which I appreciated. Average pricing... What will make me come back: Their service. As I was leaving, they handed me a holiday bag full of candy! How sweet!!! Next time I'll have to get a pedi! read more

I went into this establishment a few months ago to get my nails done, the staff were friendly, and as the manicurist did my nails she asked me how did I want my nails done, and I told her exactly how I wanted them done, she said ok and cut them super short,shorter than I told her to. I didn't realize how short they really were until the next day they looked like press on nails. I was extremely disappointed as I am a valued customer who wasted my hard earned money on this poor 'manicure craft' A few days after the manicure ,my nails started stripping and the color started to fade because the nail polish was old. Then to add insult, my nails were crooked because the manicurist was in a hurry to do other people's nails, and honestly, it was a big mess. With that being said,I will never go back there to do my nails. One star for the friendly staff. read more

Lord have mercy. That was the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. I would rather go back to the salon that gave me a weird rash on my legs than to come back here. At least the rash salon scrubbed my feet and got the dead skin off. My toe nail polish looks like crap, I still have dry dead skin on my heels and big toe. I came here with my friend on a whim. She's pregnant and can't touch her toes anymore. I'll never come back that's for sure. 2 stars for friendly service and by friendly I mean I had my feet smashed into her breast the whole time. Sweet. And another star for being so cheap. $23 for a shiticure. I come in here pretty often just because its so conveniently located to my work and my parents house. The staff is really nice and remembers my name. I really dislike the fact that the prices have gone up quite a bit since I first started going there about 7 years ago. The quality of my manicures and pedicures isn't too bad and the service is relatively good. I just noticed that recently whenever each person is assisting someone and another individual walks in there tends to be a shift of focus and the job is rushed to completion. Aside from that I haven't really had any bad experiences. There have been a couple instances where they haven't listened to my request but I just go with it so that I don't have to be there any longer. read more

I just started a new job around the corner from this place, so I went there on my way home to get my acrylics filled. I was immediately not happy with the salon (children running around, a dog, way too much incense burning, random coffee and cigarettes everywhere, etc). I decided to just suck it up and I'm glad I did because they were really friendly and did a great job, and the prices were totally reasonable. The only reason I wouldn't make this my regular nail place is because the polish selection leaves a LOT to be desired. They don't have a lot to choose from, and then of what they do have, most of it is old and separated and it's primarily off-brands I would never use. Found this place while searching Google figured I try it but they don't do pedicures that great as far as taking off the dead skin but I was like they do nails pretty good. Won't be returning now that I've seen I've got a fungal infection in my nail. Which means they don't clean their tools thoroughly. I've been going to K-Nails since 2013. It's a great nail shop. Van is so awesome and great. Her mom, aunt and uncle also works at the shop. Van, is the owner. She is the best nail tech I have ever met. She's always smiling, welcoming and friendly. They make you feel like family when your their. I take my girls their also to get their nails and toes painted as well. I recommend them to any and everyone who wants top notch customer service. Literally around the corner, so convenience played into my initial visit. I love small businesses and this one is owned by a small close knit family which I really liked to hear upon chatting. Got a mani/pedi, but for some reason within hrs my mani was 50% chipped off. I called the very next day to fix and Van fit me right in for an immediate repair. They looked great again, but hrs later they were back to being chipped. I just repainted myself since I had a major event that day. She mentioned that I chose an old polish that someone had left there yrs ago. I personally would like to know that I'm getting good service, but also a good product. To be honest I expected more from this place a friend of mine has been going for 8 years and to be honest her white tip full set looks great but as for my shellac manicure it's the worst I've ever had. I had to go back in the same day I got my nails done actually not even an hour later because the shellac was on my skin and it snagged on my clothes and ripped the shellac right off of part of my pinky nail, I also have so many air bubbles trapped underneath my nails it's crazy, In less than 24 hours a manicure that's supposed to last 2 weeks has already started chipping and peeling. I'm so unsatisfied with my French shellac manicure I could literally scream. What a waste of $30. If I ever go back it'll be to get this removed and probably not even then, I really only gave it one star because the customer service was really great, I just hope it's as great when I go back in to either get a refund or get a new style read more

Absolute horrible place to get nails done. My boyfriend and I went here for a Saturday morning pedi and it takes a lot for me to convince him to go with me. Needless to say this place ruined it for him. We tried this place out because of its close proximity to home. Negative things: -Price for a pedicure was more than I have ever paid for myself and for him -Staff was unfriendly and unpleasant. The man did my toes and he literally threw them down into the water and had a death grip whenever he had to touch my feet. Never smiled and never asked if anything was okay like the water or the treatment. -He clipped my toenails to the point that it's been a month and they're still not grown back to a normal length. My toes were red after we left because it hurt!! -My boyfriend had an infected nail bed for a week after we went here, he was in pain the whole time as was I. Overall, just extremely unfriendly staff and horrible, unclean, and overpriced services. read more

I wanted to give this place a chance since they had one good review and a few bad old ones. Plus it was super close to my house. I didn't wait for a chair to get a pedicure which was nice but then the technician started grinding my nails down which I politely asked her not to. There were no new tools or files used on me and didn't appear to have any great sanitization done on anything, everything seemed to be thrown in the drawer. She gets done with my toes and I told her I changed my mind on a manicure and left. I went to pick up my daughter and my sub par pedicure (not great coverage on the nails and extra polish on some cuticles) was ruined instantly when she hit the side of my nail...it had been over 30 min and all the polish just came off that nail. Too think and goopy to dry in time. Oh well, now I know better and at 8 months pregnant I got to try to reach my toes which was fun. read more

The only reason I give one star is for the one lady that was very nice and talked to her clients. She was the closest one to the register. I had a bald older man that was just so rude. Didn't talk at all when I tried to start a conversation. I got a fill and cut down on my acrylics! My nails were SO rushed. They turned out horrible except one nail. It literally took him about 10 minutes. My nails are uneven, there is pink coloring on the white tips, and they are very sharp and jaggedy at the ends. I am so so so upset. I am going to go to a new place and get these removed ASAP! Waste of $20 bucks forsure. Wouldn't recommend this place. read more

So I tried this place out yesterday. It's on my way home. I checked the reviews... didn't seem too bad. There was a young lady at the first seat beside the register that helped me. She was very polite. There was a customer waiting ahead of me so I took that as a sign they must be pretty good. I needed an eyebrow wax. She started off of... I closed my eyes during the wax... when I thought she was finished... she used a RAZOR to finish!!!!!! I was so shocked. I have not used a razor on my eyebrows. I didn't know people still did this. Is it even sanitary???? I'm sure it was used before me. If I knew this I would have NEVER EVER IN LIFE allowed this. If you like razor... try them. If not... beware. Also she thinned my eyebrows out... major No No. I just asked to be cleaned up! read more
