When I called, I spoke with Bri (I think her name is) and she was so kind and efficient with getting me scheduled same day. This was my first Brazilian and it was made so comfortable and seamless. The team was so accommodating with me and my 1.5 year old (granted little man is super chill to begin with). I worked with Shelby who made me feel so comfortable and at ease with the whole process. She made herself available to answer any questions and was very mindful of me being comfortable. Super personable and professional. Cannot recommend this business or the team I worked with today enough. I live in Suffolk and will continue to drive to their location for the wonderful experience and value. Shelby you are amazing and congrats on your new little one!!!!!!!

She was very friendly and easy to talk to. I have only ever gotten a Brazilian one other time at another waxing place and I was really unhappy with the results plus the pain. I'm very happy with my results & it honestly didn't hurt that bad! I'll be coming back to Shelby!

They are super quick, and from what I've heard, all their waxes are done similarly, so you can't go wrong with having anyone wax you here. I've personally only been to Aaliyah, but it was the fastest Brazilian I've ever had, and done in 12 minutes. Unlike my previous waxing establishment, you immediately strip down to whatever you need to expose right away in the room (Aaliyah turned around for this part to prepare for my wax), and then lay right on the table. I got my Brazilian done and then I got dressed and went out to pay. She cleaned off the table for her next client as I was getting dressed. She immediately took the next client. It was a quick & smooth process- I was amazed at how it was done so quickly & efficiently. They have so many specials (for example- I got the June Brazilian special for $45!!! That's $20 less than my previous spot). I will definitely return. It's a nicely decorated spot, but no extra frills- get what needs to get done and you're out within a good time frame.

She has her own private, quiet room in Edward Johnson salon. Relaxing vibe, music playing, huge windows that allow for bright sunlight. It was a welcome two hours at the end of a crazy week. I felt renewed when I left. As soon as I arrived, she was ready to roll, but not in a rushing way. She was so sweet and welcoming. I had a shellac mani/pedi with oil gloves/booties. We chatted the whole time, laughed, shared stories. Most importantly, she did a phenomenal job. Probably the best pedi I've ever had and I have had many, so this is saying a LOT. This will be my new spot for sure. Another plus aside from her workmanship is the fact that you can schedule online and add yourself to a waitlist if the appointment time that you want is unavailable. I did this for the mani portion of my appointment and was lucky that she added it onto my services. So grateful to have this place in my repertoire now.

I was sitting there for over 30 minutes with nothing from her. Turns out she was sitting in her room the whole room just around the corner. She said she didn't get anything from me and "the door's been open the whole time". How am I supposed to know where to go if you never came out to get me, never communicated back, and told me LAST time you're not always in the same room? Unapologetic and unprofessional. I thankfully was able to get in asap at another salon with a much better experience. If you want to book her as a new client for the $20 special cool but after that I would recommend booking at a different salon or with a different person that's not Brittaney.

Busy upon walking in, so we waited a few minutes until they came out. Everything was great! The facial was really nice and I loved how the owner asked questions, gave suggestions, and explained the process. It really made me go home and revamp my facial items! The massage was nice as well. Since I did facial first, I faced upwards for my massage and I must say it interrupted my nap pattern a bit when it came to flipping over a bit Lol. For two people facial + massage it was about $400 since I had a small upgrade to my facial. When she mentioned what method she recommended, it would've been nice if she mentioned the change in cost but also I could've asked. Overall it was a great experience and I would visit again.

On Saturday I went for the spa services. I had a wonderful massage and a excellent facial. (The…read moreonly reason you see stars at all). I decided to book additional services utilizing the salon. So I arrived for my appointment today at 5 pm, I was taken right away by Mary. My hair was washed, conditioned, blow dried and finally braided in preparation for crochet braids. Now this is my first time having any kind of hair on my head that wasn't my own. So I dont know what to expect, so I am trusting the stylist. That was my first mistake. The style I asked for called for curly hair and she pulled out straight hair. So I asked and she assured me she would curl it to get the same look. My second mistake not leaving at that point. So I was quoted 3 hours, now it's 2am and she is "finished". Mind you, I have two bags of rods in my hair and no one wants me to have to spend 45 minutes under the dryer, so I am told to go home and complete the style myself. What. ....I have to get up at 6am. Let me remind you it's 2am and I am not even home yet. Needless to say it's now 3 am and I can't lay down because there are a million rods in my hair. So pissed off. I can't believe I paid for this, so I am asking the stylist questions. When did you last do crochet braids? A few months ago. Huh? I seriously think it was her first time. What a complete mess, I think she is still in hair school. So now I am questioning if she is a licensed stylist. I am beyond disappointed, this was my first and last time. I will update tomorrow with pictures and information after I reach out to management. Because words cannot express how I feel. Okay so it is 0845 and it took me 30 minutes to get all the rods out and the hair is still straight. WTH? I left a message for when they open. What a disaster. So here we are at 1230, my hair has been returned to it's normal status. Maureen was noticeably upset and apologize for what I endured. I was provided a full refund and the crochet braids were removed, my hair was washed and styled by Monika. Thank you Monika for coming in on your off day to rescue my tresses. I highly recommend the spa services, but I will pass on salon services.
