I have been a client with Lush Nails for many years & their service is top notch. The entire staff is friendly, professional & very easy to talk to. Prices are competitive with other nail places I've used in the past. Their selection of nail colors is fantastic & they work very hard to give me great service every time I've been there. I highly recommend Lush Nails at Cypress Point Shopping Center. You will be very pleased read more

Very happy with my visit nail technician very thorough and pleasant to talk to also very close to my home I will definitely visit again.

I've been coming here regularly for pedicures and gel removal only (gel-x isn't offered) for a little over a year. Unfortunately, it feels like the service has declined lately. During recent visits, I've had to remind staff of missed steps, and my last two appointments were mishandled, either the second service was forgotten or not communicated properly. At my most recent visit, the same technician as last time seemed unaware of social cues. I was clearly reading a book and hoping for a quiet session, but she kept interrupting with questions, so I had to put it away. I also had to tell her multiple times that she was being too aggressive, despite me directly saying "this is uncomfortable and I am not enjoying this", she didn't adjust her approach. I'm now left with broken skin. Condescendingly when applying the polish she added a question "does this hurt." I don't think this tech is licensed. Meanwhile my second service was completed I had to remind the 'tech' to add the clear coat. When it came time to check out I noticed they added an unadvertised additional fee. Still giving them a 20% tip this was a stressful servicing. It may be time for a new fav salon. read more

Worst nail experience i've ever had! I asked for a full set and left with half a take off. They wrapped my fingers in foil to soak off and then nobody showed up to finish. I sat for 45 minutes when told it would be 10-15. Eventually i gave up and took the foil off myself and walked out. Also, no they weren't busy. The employees were behind the desk painting each others nails!!! read more

I have been to several salons since moving back to the area. I had a baby six weeks ago so this was my first time of having a self care day since April. The Salon walking in was beautiful!! I was greeted immediately and even helped with what I wanted to get serviced on my nails. Everyone was attending to someone, but they all made sure to say hello as I passed. The sweetheart who did my pedicure and gel manicure was so polite, she was soft and very attentive to my pedicure. I loved everything. I will definitely be returning. read more

Loved how beautiful the shop was. I came in the first day as a walk in and there wasn't anyone available for me so I set an appointment for the next day. I came to my appointment, and the nail tech was running behind; as in not in the shop at the time. I came in for a fill, couldn't find the correct shade of pink because I didn't get my initial set done at this location--understandable! Finally, found our color and got the fill-in started Not even a week goes by, and my nails started to lift by the cuticles. I needed to get another fill. I'm down to try this place again, but I'd probably request a different nail tech. This was my first time here, I wanted to try out a new place but I suppose the techs are hit or miss? read more

This was my first time ever going and kim was amazing. She gave me the exact nails I wanted. I've only gotten a manicure maybe 3-4 times in my life. I wanted to give acrylics another chance since my nails are so short. She made them look so natural but cute. I definitely recommend her for anyone wanting to come here. I will definitely be seeing her again soon! read more

Jen always does an amazing job on my nails and in a very timely manor. Everyone is super friendly and helpful in the shop and great for giving great recommendations for different styles. Big plus for me is this shop doesn't have that normal nail chemicals smell other places have from poor ventilation. read more

I get dip religiously and this is the worst dip manicure I've ever had. The nail tech was rushing and it shows. Her station was messy, tools did not look sanitized, and she kept dusting my nails and the dirty countertop with the same brush. I also waited 20 minutes after calling ahead and being told they could take me at a certain time. I would not return. read more

Customer Service, Quality, and overall vibe was top tier. First salon I've been to that was very diverse. Sarah and Lariyah were wonderful and sweet. I went to this nail shop on a Friday afternoon around 3:45. Though I was one of the only people waiting , every nail-girl had a client in their chair. I came in for a gel pedicure , and was immediately put on the list when I walked in the door. This salon has some of the most diverse staff I've seen in the 757 which is a good thing. Most of the staff looks fairly young and there are different ethnicities on the staff as well. I would STRONGLY suggest you make an appointment with them because though I was a walk-in I waited around 45 minutes for my pedicure to get started. The ladies did make note that they appreciated my patience and took great care of me when I hopped in the chair. The woman who did my nails was very quick and precise with her work which I did like. I got the royal pedicure which included a mud-mask and a scrub. This was about $75 not including the tip. I will say compared to other shops in the area this is on the pricy side since things like paraffin wax and hot stones are extra to the pedicures and not included. However; the quality does seem worth the price so I will be back by appointment only. read more

Had amazing service here today! First of all, it's VERY refreshing that the aesthetic of the salon is different from what I normally see. It was very farmhouse and rustic, and it made me feel more comfortable. Secondly, the ladies who ended up working on our nails were understaffed today for various reasons, and were very apologetic about it and reassuring of how important we were as customers to them. Even having sat us a little later than our appointment, they took their time on our nails and paid attention to all the details. I'll be returning to this salon for sure! It also doesn't hurt to have a local coffee shop right next door to sip on while you relax! Yum! read more

The girls in salon are so sweet they are prompt to greet you helped me find a color and I love that you wash your hands before anything! Super clean and the esthetic in the salon is super cute! The girls are all friendly and you can tell they love their job! Great energy and prices are on point! The color I chose they didn't have and another girl jumped in and found me a color match I would 1000% recommend them call first as they do get busy but busy is always a good sign! Awesome place. My husband and I are here right now getting the deluxe pedi. We made an appointment beforehand so we didn't have to wait and they had two people to work on us simultaneously. They started with me and my husband had to wait just a few minutes on the talking massage chair with the water going so it was still relaxing and nice. They are busy so I'd suggest calling ahead. The ladies working on us are so nice. One with the knee tattoo and the other with a hand compression. They throughly did our feet and we're super nice when we half way switched from wanting a basic pedi to a deluxe one. I absolutely loved the lady that's working on me. I will ask for her name later so I can include it one here. She made sure I liked the color I picked for my toes and is very thoughtful and attentive. 10/10 Normal pedis are 35 and the delux with a sugar scrub and hot towels and minimum oil massage is 45. 10/10 would recommend getting the deluxe. Will be back! My feet feel so refreshed and smooth. And I love my toenail colors. I got the twinkle star very sheer sparkly light pink. The lady working on me also washed her hands before working on fixing my nail and he helped me carry my thinks to the mani section. Emily is the lady I loved. Will definitely come back for her! read more

So I've been here like 3 times so far? , each time they were kind of busy but in a good way. Everyone who's serviced me has been kind & professional, not to mention all of the techs are soo pretty! my regular tech is located in Hampton and our schedules haven't aligned lately... I've been doing my own pedis but simply didn't feel like it today. this place is normally my backup for services. I like it overall, the atmosphere is chill and upbeat. Prices are moderate and fair given the level of skill, professionalism, and services offered. I'd recommend this place over all of the quick in and out places that can be tough/not great customer service in the area. read more

I have got my nails done before from this place , but this particular time I think I got the best service. Place is easy to find with lots of parking spots. The space and the tools used are clean and simple . Making an appointment was fairly easy too , I mostly make appointments everywhere I go ,so I didn't have any particular difficulty to get in here I got a manicure, pedicure and ombré acrylic nAils. And it took two people to finish the service in about 40 minutes which I think is pretty fast , doesn't mean bad service though . Rachel was the nail artist this time and she was pretty great. I think their color selection is pretty fair . -1 because their service isn't consistent , I didn't have a great experience last time. Will I go here again ? If I get an appointment with Rachel then yes I will definitely visit this place again. Happy relaxing . Find me on Instagram:@sistainablesdiary read more

Finally found a nice, clean nail salon where the nail techs know what they are doing . Large parking lot in a quiet shopping center. Before I start this review I just want to say I do love and enjoy this staff and business every much and would 10/10 recommend it since I've been a customer there for years but this one particular day rubbed me the wrong way due to one workers attitude and demeanor. On a Sunday my mother and I decided to get pedicures and it was a day that my usually girl was off. I received a pedicure from this one particular person who not only took 2 hours for a gel pedicure but was so was rude, condescending, and interrogating me with questions. She definitely could not read a room and made rude comments during conversation. It was such an unpleasant experience that I didn't even finish the service and wanted to leave. She was rough through out the appt and she cut my pinky toe nail so low it now hurts. I love this place but that woman's service put a bad taste in my mouth and i will continue to still see those whose work I love and make my experience relaxing but she will definitely be named to never do a service for me or my mother. read more

Went there with my mom about three weeks ago. Both of us asked for dip nails and regular pedis. My dip nails only lasted a week, they have been peeling since then and are bumpy. I've been getting dip nails for over five years now and never have I seen them not last more than a week, normally they last me four to five weeks. The customer service was nice, but seeing as the work was not worth it, I will not be returning. read more

I visited Lush last month on a weekday for a full set and gel pedicure as a walk-in around 10am. Since appointments were full, they asked me to return that afternoon at 2pm. When I came back, I was given a relaxing pedicure (I can't remember the nail tech's name) followed by a thorough full set by Jen. I started with very short, brittle nails so I was super impressed by how well they turned out! Yesterday I went in for a polish change on my toes and a fill in by Lyn. She did a beautiful job on my nails and gave me advice on what to ask for the next time I come in due to my nail health and needs. I definitely recommend Lush Nail Bar to anyone looking for a quality but affordable nail salon in the Bayside area! read more

Great place! Sarah was absolutely amazing!! Thank you for everything you made feel really comfortable.

I always have a great experience here. It's clean and all the employees are welcoming, polite, and skilled. Appointments are recommended but I've never waited more than 15-20 minutes when I walk in. They are upfront if they are too busy and the wait will be too long and suggest a different time for you to come in. I've been to other salons but this is my favorite one and I keep coming back. read more

I had an appointment for 5pm. I arrived around 5:08, my maps took me around the back of the building. Everyone was busy with clients so I sat and waited in the front waiting area. I watched some nail techs approach the desk to ring up their clients and promptly leave the desk without acknowledging me in the slightest. No "hello", "we're busy", "someone will be right with you", nothing. I sat for 10 mins and no one so much as looked my way. I can understand that their busy, and even having to wait longer because I was late but I can't support a business that doesn't even acknowledge that I'm there. read more

I came in after a manicurist (who I had never had before) at my old nail salon completely ruined my nails by filing way too hard for a gel manicure. She had also done just a really poor paint job. I had called Lush to see if someone could remove the gel without damaging my nails much more and they said they'd be happy to help. It took us at least 30 minutes to soak off the (very thick) gel, and my technician was extremely gentle when removing the final layer. After voicing my concerns about gel and keeping my nails healthy, I decided to go with a plain polish. My nail tech freshened up my nails, made them look healthier and gave me the prettiest regular manicure I have ever had. The paint lasted almost two weeks! She also spent close to two hours with me at my appointment. I definitely recommend this place for the quality manicure I received and also for the time my technician took to ensure I was taken care of! read more

My nail technician did a great job on my nails... but (a big BUT!) I don't think I've ever seen a dirtier nail salon. I was the first client to arrive on a weekend morning and it appears that the closing crew from the previous night had not cleaned anything in the salon before they'd left the night before. The floor was filthy and the tech was having to sweep first thing. The pedicure chair I sat in was covered in nail dust from a Dremel file. The manicure stations were covered in nail dust, nail clippings (I was the first one there and they weren't mine!) and it didn't appear that the stations had been cleaned in a very long time. I also didn't see evidence that tools were disinfected between uses ... not saying they weren't, but I didn't see autoclave wrappers or disinfectant rinses anywhere. I'm new to the area, so not sure if this is common around here, but similar salons I visited regularly in Chicago were never like this. It's really too bad, too, because my technician was super friendly, easy to talk to and really did a good job on my nails. read more

I called for a same-day appointment for an acrylic fill with gel polish and was fit it within an hour. When i arrived i was immediately greeted and told it would be a short wait so i grabbed a coffee from next door. The salon itself is clean, beautiful and very nicely decorated. All of their salon equipment was obviously new and very recently upgraded. Jen was my nail technician and i couldn't have asked for a better artist. I had a reference picture of what i wanted and she achieved it to well and beyond what i had imagined. She took her time with every step which was a breath of fresh air with a fill, generally you're the person who is being rushed as a fill. She shaped them perfectly and took into account my personal preference of thickness/look. Meanwhile she held great conversation even though it was very busy. I am so excited to have found my new nail salon! read more
