I first came here I like their service but this time going was the worst to start off I came in asked for my nails and toes getting I showed a picture of how I wanted the same thing I had wen I last came my nails done went well until they was done and was time to move on to my toes for my pedicure before we start I went to the bathroom wen I came back he told me to set down there was barely any water in bowl I could soak my feet pre file or anything he tried to go right in to apply acrylic on my toes. I stopped him asking what service was he actually giving me he replied basic but I told him that's not what I requested he continued to do what he wanted as I'm trying to explain to him what he was doing wasn't what I want then he tried to over charge me when I ask him to stop completely he still charged me I will not be returning after this and yes my nails went well but my pedicure was my most important part I wanted and they failed me read more

I needed a pedicure and was out of state ,so I found this gem on Yelp with the hopes that it was open. I immediately started a "chat" with an employee on here and got a appointment. Its located in a plaza with plenty of parking. Wear your masks sign posted on door and a sign to wash your hands keeping up with the new laws. I was greeted immediately by the employees and brought over to a pedi station. Very nice inside and the stations are clean and pretty nice . The prices are really good and they give you a pamphlet detailing each opinion and costs. I went with the Spa Hot Stone treatment (50) with lavender wraps on your feet(recommend highly). The results were great ! I love this place and will come again when I visit my daughter . read more

I wanted to like this salon but I was so disappointed. I called ahead for a pedicure and dip nail appointment, which ended up taking three hours. !!!!! The nail tables were dirty and disorganized, with a thick layer of visible powder everywhere, and no fans or ventilation. This is not healthy for customers or the staff who work there. The chairs and tables were broken and clearly old. The girl who did my nails was nice, but did not seem to know what she was doing. She left my nails to soak in acetone and cotton for 1.5 hours, when you should not have that much acetone exposure since it will affect the skin and nails. She only did two coats of dip powder (when you should do 3-4 depending on color opacity) and my nails were done really badly; they were patchy and paper-thin. I had to ask her to do a third coat. They have already begun cracking. My pedicure was okay, despite filing one toenail a crazy crooked shape, but I got a horrible infected welt on my leg the next day, and I'm wondering if they used dirty tools or did not clean the pedicure bowl/chair. This has never happened in decades of pedicures, so I was grossed out. The polish is already chipping on multiple nails. She also kept answering many FaceTime calls from her boyfriend, and setting her phone down while he was on speaker, so I had a strange man looking at me and could audibly hear their conversations each time. She would tell him not to say anything "crazy" since her AirPods were dead. Really weird and unprofessional. The last part? All of this bad service took more than three hours! I asked if we would be able to perhaps speed up once we had reached the three-hour mark. I was shocked at the poor service and lack of skill from this salon. They also have a payment policy where you will be charged $1.50 for using credit cards, which I guess is fine, but they don't let you tip via card, except you don't know this until you pay and then it's too late. Will never go back. read more

I needed a cut down and fill on my nails. After being seated a guy came over and ground the polish off and left then a lady Julie came over fixed them up to the point it needed polish and got up and walked off to a station behind me. During the time she was working on my nails she was on the phone ear piece. Didn't try to communicate with me. After waiting 20 minutes I turned around to her at the station behind me where she started another customer and I asked who would be finishing my nails? She made some low tone comment after 10 min she finally came bk over and finished. Her manager checked me out afterwards and she just left the shop. I told manager that was poor communication and poor service and that I wouldn't be bk read more

For manicures they are PERFECT. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I come back to them every time, and everyone does my nails with the same quality. My only complaint is that whenever I get a pedicure they guy who usually does it makes me super self conscious because he talks about how weird my toes are (?) like I have small toes but they are definitely normal, please just talk about your day and not how weird you think my feet are lol. It's happened at least three times, so I just get my pedicures somewhere else. But anyways my acrylics always come out perfect! read more

I visited this nail shop today 10/25/23 for a mani and pedi. I could tell right away that the technician I requested (Tee) didn't want to service me. I told her she could pass me along to someone else. She was recommended to me by one of her former clients as one of the best in the shop. The fill in I received was just ok. She slapped oil on my nails upon completion, didn't rub in or anything. Just left a lot of oil piled on my nails. I had to pull out some wipes in order to handle my personal items to move to the pedicure chair. The pedicure was a complete joke. She didn't scrub my feet, didn't properly cut or file my toenails. It was below standards. I will never go back to this shop. Customer service was non existent. I paid for a service that I felt I didn't adequately receive. I will surely let my friend know her recommendation was wasted. Save your money if you value it. read more

I've been to the same nail salon for three years but needed my nails done on a Tuesday and they're closed so I tried clover. I'm so glad!! Helen did my jelly tips which are the clear nails they adhere with the light. I absolutely love them. The shape is perfect and the color is absolutely perfect. I've been trying to get this exact color with no luck until today. I also get a pedicure with T and she did a great job as well. The salon is great, easily accessible, and the service was friendly but quick. I definitely recommend Clover and I'll be back! Can't thank you enough for my beautiful nails!!! read more

I've been coming here for months and I've always had great service but today I am absolutely appalled... I'm military and I had a full set that got messed up at the gun range and so I went to get the two remaining nails off and a manicure... I'm charged $32 and my nails are absolutely awful and dirty? I question asking if they can clean it cause this is not a full manicure and he ignored me.... i really loved this place but if this is how you treat your military customers just cause this once I didn't get a full set... is disturbing... read more

I called ahead for an appointment and asked for reassurance that I would not have to wait as I work night shift and would still need to sleep prior to my shift. I walked in to a packed waiting area and had to wait AFTER walk ins. They allowed themselves to be intimidated by a rude customer who did not have an appointment. I try to treat service industry members with respect, so I would never do that to get ahead, but clearly I should have. They appear to use the shuffling tactic to try to distract from wait times. "Sit at number", yet no one is there to service you so you're just waiting again. I waited almost 30 mins and never got my nails done. I left. Terrible experience. Listen to the other reviews. I should have. read more

I most definitely do not recommend Clover Nail Spa. They use to be good, but they're very rude. They might want to understand that just because you're a particular race doesn't mean their language isn't shared and understood/fluently. I wouldn't spend another one of my hard earned dollars at this prejudice shop. Beware of who you're doing business with/who you have working for/on you. read more

yesterday I did a full set of manicures and false eyelashes. I do not recommend clover nail salon because they will not remove all the residue of the old nail polish and put the new one on top. And my eyelash extension fell off in less than 9 hours. I saved all the stencils that had fallen out and gathered them in a cotton pad to take back to the salon again. I'm very sad. The quality of the work is great I never knew men could do nails so well. Nevertheless, the customers service is egregiously disappointing and disrespectful! I ask to have my finger nails clip and filed; which is usually complimentary or 5$ extra with a service but instead it was 12$. Despite the cost the nailtech clipped and filed my nails on my clothing. Also, I noticed nail clipping in the pedicure water and on the towels used during my appointment. On top of everything the tech kept talking to someone else across the room in a foreign language. Laughing, guesting , joking, all why continuing to leave the station throughout my appointment. As a disable vet this experience was atrocious! I will not be going back! read more

This was my first time to Clover and it was such a joy! Firstly, the reason I chose their location is because they are open until 8 PM when most spas close at 7 (including my regular spot). As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly face and within two minutes, I was sitting in the chair. My nail tech, Ivy, did a WONDERFUL job. I asked for French ombré dip, which is a tricky thing to do with dip powder, and she blew me away. The service was fast and efficient and they even stayed late to do my toes when it was past closing. Everyone in the store was very kind and spa has a very nice vibe. I have to say, this is about to become my go-to spot! read more

It was my first visit and I made an appt for 4:30pm. I didn't have to wait, which was a plus. I got dip/SNS on nails with gel polish and a polish change on my toes by Kevin. I asked Kevin to do a specific design on my nails and he told me he wasn't able to do it (meanwhile I literally just asked him to paint half of my nail; even showed him a picture). I came here due to seeing a lot of pictures with nice nail designs.. so that threw me off. Anywho, I was in and out in 1.5 hours. Within 2 days several of my nails chipped. Not even one week I have 5 nails that are chipped. I will not go back. Maybe I just got with the wrong technician, but I won't go back to see. read more

When I started going to Clover my nail tech was great and I was happy. After 3 visits she no longer worked there. I had an appointment and Helen offered to take me since my tech called out. Helen CAN do good work when she wants. The problem is she is so busy micromanaging everyone that she gets distracted. Multiple times I have asked for cut down or clean up under the nail and was totally disregarded. Several times I have asked for new sets and her response is next time, and next time it's next time. Even worked through that I would take them off myself. Sometimes I want a design and my nails are either too long or too short. She ONLY wants to do simple stuff and move along to next paying client. I went today and wanted ombré nails and she said "You have to get new set ". I said I got a new set 2 weeks ago. She said they would not look good. They would be too thick. I said then take to acrylic down and do the ombré. She said I can't do that it will make your nail hot. I said not if you rotate back and forth between nails. She said she couldn't do. Let me say this is the 29 th straight year with nails and I know it can be done. She only wants to do fast service and move along. I go every 2 weeks and my average cost is $55 and I ALWAYS give a $10 tip. I just want what I want. Not what she wants. And lastly I called to make sure before going today she would have time for my request and was told she would. NAIL SALONS ARE A CUSTOMER ORIENTED BUSINESS. Give the customer the service they want. VERY DISAPPOINTED Below is a photo of the nails that I had done at another nail salon... they DID NOT have to remove the nail tip to do this beautiful design. read more

My experience here as far as customer service was nice enough. Every employee I encountered was pleasant. My nails though.. we know gel is supposed to last for a good minute. Especially on the toes. Not even an hour after finishing at Clover the polish on both of my big toe nails was smudging. I did go back and they fixed it pretty quickly with no problem so I commend them on that. I've just never had to go back to get nails fixed almost immediately after getting them done. The polish on my fingernails is already chipping away only two days later. I kinda regret straying from my usual place. I won't be back here.. read more

I've been coming here since they opened and used to have a great experience. But something has. changed in the last year. In June I received a pedicure and the girl scrubbed my foot so hard with the pumice stone that it cut me. My foot has still not healed all the way and I haven't been able to get another pedicure since. Today, I got a brand new full set and the polish is already coming off. The guy who did my nails was on a video chat with someone the entire time he was doing my nails. I really like it's time to find a new nail salon. read more
