Micah is hands down the BEST nail tech I have ever been to. My nails are PERFECT every time and she is just the sweetest on top of it. She's done solid color, french manicure and cat eye on my nails and each time they looked outstanding. Micah has the magic touch. This last time it was 27 days between my gel manicure and my nails still looked amazing- just grown out. If you've been on the search for a talented nail tech then Micah is your girl! read more

Went here based on the reviews, which were 50-50 and it was three starts so I decided to give it a try. I will absolutely not be coming back. The nail tech that did my nails, fixed a broken acrylic nail and left a lot of acrylic residue under my nail. I asked her to file down more of the acrylic as it was bulging on my fingertip. And in the process of her filing it down also cut me (accidentally) but then also got nicked a few more times when she was filing my nails. I also got a pedicure. The service and friendship from the lady (Jenny) that did my toes was top-tier. Only thing is she did hurt my toe in the process which then led to a small infection and pus leaking out of my toe. All I asked was for French tip and it wasn't the best French tip, but it was OK. I still tipped at the end for their time. The ambiance was not great at all. When I first got there it was as I was just being thrown around from tech to tech as who was going to service me at first. The people definitely have their favorites they tend to better than others. I was treated poorly and will not be coming back. read more

Gwen and Kelly are the best. We've been coming for several years and love the friendship and care.

I've been getting my Jelly Pedicures done by KELLY for 10 years now, I am 25 & I'll NEVER make the mistake of going elsewhere. I've followed her since she used to work in Greenbrier Mall and now has her own spot, which is a relaxing vibe. She is very catering, fulfills the needs & is the only tech that can get my ingrown toe nails out without pain nor infection. She makes my toes & feet look and feel beautiful! I'll never switch my tech, love you Kelly! read more

I will not be returning. The nail technician rub more skin off than nail... my toes are still very sore. This used to be a nice place. I was overcharged without explanation. So disappointing. The water was very cold when asked to increase the temperature. The technician just like stared, like she didn't understand. The products being used has decreased and quality. Again, so very disappointing. This used to be one of my favorite spots. read more

worse pedicure experience I've ever had. for starters, the technician half painted my toe nails, literally. I mentioned this to the technician she stated there needed to cuticle left which I understand but it was way too much. the paint job was extremely messy to the point where i had nail polish on the top of my foot and around my ankle. Instead the lady taking finger nail polish remover to remove the paint on my skin, she decided to use the nail filer on my bare skin to remove gel polish which had already dried. After I told her twice to stop and asked for a manager she finally brings someone over. There's no greeting, he didn't seem happy or welcoming, he removes the paint off my skin carefully but he does nothing to correct the horrible paint job. I will never return here. No discount was offered, the service was corrected, nothing. Terrible experience! This is also supposed to be a square toe which I asked for, and this is the shape i received. read more

I had such a great experience at Instyle today! I made an appointment in advance and was lucky enough to get Gwen/Guin. She took her time on my nails and really understood what I wanted & they turned out SO nice! To top it off I had a couple really bad coughing fits throughout my service and another technician brought me a water and some cough drops. So thoughtful! Overall very glad I came! read more

Went there with my daughter today because i needed a place that would take me in quickly. Its a very pretty shop but the older lady that did my nails did a horrible paint job. I was happy with the younger lady that did my daughters nails but the interaction at check out made me never want to go back. The older lady was upset that i left a $10 tip. I was shocked that she kept telling me she had to share the $10 tip with the lady that did my daughters nails like WTF. Tips are tips, they aren't supposed to be pushed like that and regardless, she did a HORRIBLE paint job. Definitely never coming back. read more

Asked for thin rounded square nails. Received chunky, uneven, ugly square nails with a bad paint job and overage around cuticles. They have you on a timer the minute you get there and the man doing nails, should not. This place is slow for a reason . Do not waste your time and money here! read more

I went to get my nails filled and feet done since moving and packing messed them up I did not go to my usual nail place which I regret. The man who did my nails/feet was okay at first but then his UV machine wasn't working and he started focusing more on fixing that than me as a customer and rushed my feet once FINALLY after what felt like forever of him bitching and complaining in front of me grabbed another UV machine. I had my kids with me as my daughter got her feet/nails done as well. (Mind you whom did hers was fast and kind) making remarks to my children rudely. Moving to my nails he kept man handling my hands saying I was moving and when I said why I was moving due to him cutting into my skin with the nail file machine and filers he literally complained that because of my being uncomfortable and jerking from the cutting his shoulder was hurting .....from me..... I was baffled. I asked for the blue just on the tips.. we'll he painted the entire nail and at this point I just wanted to leave he then finished painting and said "oh you just wanted the tips I forgot.. I said it was fine just leave it he then went to file around the nail to clean up his messy work and was cutting more into my skin when I finally had enough he didn't even clean up my right hand he pushed my hand away said he was done and left it like trash. I've never experienced this type of mail service and for my first time here I was disappointed. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Idk if the guy was just having a bad day because he did make jokes with my kids here and there but his slight rude attitude and the other lady who yelled at my kid for getting in the pedicure chair the wrong way need a lesson on how to speak to people. I paid I tipped well and left every disappointed. read more

I love it there. I see Kelly and she treats me very good. Good atmosphere. My husband actually had a pedicure and loved it.

We have been customers for several years and love great service and quality. Ask for Gwen or owner Kelly.

The quality of service is sub-par. The 1st time at this nail salon. i requested dip for my nails because uv isn't needed. It was used and when i asked about the uv The response was everyone does it differently. The manicure did not last 4 days before chipping and breaking nail. Customer service was good because my manicure was done over and fixed without conflict. The entire manicure had to be redone. My search fo a nail salon continues... read more

I received a manicure by the owner. He completed the manicure and then massaged my hands with lotion. Now it's polish time but I noticed he didn't remove the oil residue from my nails prior to putting the base coat on and it's almost like he did it purposely. So what happens the next day? My polish has already started to chip on multiple nails. Every time I get a manicure and pedicure..wiping off the nails with alcohol is a step that has never been missed. The service has completed gone down in this establishment and the only person that can truly do nails there is Kelly. After years of going here this will unfortunately be my last time. read more

I went in for the first time and it was good. Gel nail only for $25. Not bad at all. However the second time I went, they shaved off my gel nail with the drill thing too much to the point it was hurting and next thing I know it was thin enough to bend. I went home and the next day, my thumb nail broke in the middle part of my nail which was extremely painful. I went back to the salon to get fix. It was the same guy who took care of me. All he said to me was "be careful with your nail". Irony. If he was careful enough I would still have decent nail. He accidentally shave off my skin where my thumb nails starts and I ended up bleeding +swelling which isn't a plus. His nail goods were unsanitary, you could visually see very well that he never cleans it. No wonder my thumb is swelling with bacteria. He told my husband to pay because i take care of him daily or whatsoever, which it was none of his business and it wasn't a funny joke at all. Anyways only thing that was decent was that we ended up not getting charged(of course not). They also have military discount too, I think 10%. So if you get the right nail technician with actual nail skills, it would be a decent place to get your nails done. But I personally won't be back though. read more

LOVE this place! Always excellent service and not extremely crowded. Never have to wait too long.

Probably the worse pedicure I have ever received. The facility is practically brand new and already looks run down. Never again!

KC is 10/10! He takes his time, I never have any complaints and it lasts! He can always get me in same day too with is another plus!

I come here all the time to get pedicures and eyebrows. I don't get my hands done because I do too much with them, but if I ever did, I'd trust them to do it. ***WITH THAT BEING SAID, there is a disclaimer here.***: there is talent within the shop, and some harness more than others. I trust Kelly with my eyebrows. She does a great job with my thick shape and she's a delight every time. In and out with no issues. There was another lady who did my brows too thin. She was sweet as pie, but I'll stick to Kelly. I've had great pedicures here from ALMOST everyone. The latest one I got, I wasn't too much of a fan. I didn't catch her name, but she was really nice. Just the paint job and overall quality of the pedicure has been much better from other people in the shop. On a side note, I suggest that if you plan to come on a Saturday, you might want to make an appointment. It gets BUSY. If you have an appointment, they will honor it and service you on time. All in all, I've been satisfied the majority of times I've come here. Plus, the customer service is great, the employees are all friendly, and the decor is beautiful. Out of all the people who work there, there's only one I would think twice about getting a pedicure from and that's saying something compared to other shops. That's why I give it 5 stars. Give this place a chance, you might like it. read more

Terrible service! Went to get my gel nails removed and they sat me waiting for more than 40 minutes! This is probably the nicest nail place around me. My best friend and I came here to get a pedicure. We were able to be promptly seated and serviced. The place was super clean. The staff was friendly. The decor was beautiful. Tons of color options. Their prices are great. The guy that did my toes gave me a great Pedi that actually has lasted a few weeks now! Base coat, Polish and then top coat. Hell yeah! Some places only put polish no base or top coat and my Pedi wears off quick. He also gave my feet and legs a nice massage. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great nail service!! They're awesome!! They also have a punch card system to earn discounts after so many visits read more

This salon is really far from my house but that's not going to stop me from coming back. This is one of the cleanest salons I've been to in the 757. I had a really terrible experience with a pedicure a few months back so I was nervous about getting another one but the other Yelpers reviews made me confident that this place was better and it was! My niece and I both opted for jelly pedicures and it was a pleasant and different experience. An older lady serviced me, she was so sweet. She did a great job and gave me a fantastic leg message. In my opinion the pedicures were reasonably priced. I have paid way more for pedicures that didn't look as nice or feel as good. This is definitely more of a spa than a salon so I was ok paying a higher price for better service and a relaxed atmosphere. read more

Do not let their dazzling interior fool you. This place is beautiful but that's all it is. I will never be returning to this salon and neither should you. These people couldn't care less about their customers. I waited for over an hour without even being acknowledged. After becoming impatient I set my nail polish back, aggressively scratched my name OFF their sign in sheet, and made my way to the door. One of the nail techs stood up and said "You want pedicure?". I turned around, looked down at my flip flops that I was wearing in 35 degree weather, looked back up at the nail tech, and said "No, I've being patiently waiting in clear sight of 7 of your co workers for 60 minutes and not one of you acknowledged me, and now you approach me as I'm leaving to ask if I want a pedicure?". She stood there silently staring at me looking annoyed so I answered my own question. "Hell no, I'm sure your pedicures suck just as much as your customer service. Enjoy your day!". This salon doesn't give a damn about their customers and it's blatantly clear. If you're one of those unfortunate Yelpers who don't trust the reviews, bring a bag of popcorn and A LOT of patience with you. You'll need it. read more

Clean and sanitary but the skill level of the manicurists is poor. Maybe there are a couple good ones but the guy I got, Joe, gave me the worst mani and pedi I've had. He didn't take away the cuticle. The left nail polish on my skin. I had to ask him to remove the excess after he dismissed me. This pic is three days after getting them done. I'm certain there are a few well trained employees that do a stellar job, but my friends and I did not get the better trained manicurists and walked away paying full price for with mediocre work.
