So there is an abundance of parking outside of Oasis nail salon. It is located in a small strip mall area next to an Anytime fitness and a few other shops so I feel that's a huge courtesy for customers. Upon entering the establishment it is very open, bright and vibrant and I instantly loved it. Most nail salons are right and cluttered and make me feel like I'm going to knock something over with the slightest movement not here. You can move around and not feel like you're going to bump into anyone or anything; great usage of space and design. Very modern, contemporary elegance and I love it. Don't know about you all but another determining factor of cleanliness for me for establishments are the bathrooms. I work in Northern Suffolk and the drive here took its toll. The bathroom was very clean. You can tell regular cleaning is norm and that's a plus as well. Let's get into this staff; I was greeted the moment I stepped into the door (Big Smile) I was asked what services I sought and pretty much told where to seat immediately except my waterworks had other plans. I had a full-set removed, a full-set put back on with gel polish, and a pedicure with gel polish as well; altogether it totaled right around $129 dollars and I paid with cash. Now that's honestly super great because I was definitely happy with all the services rendered and I wasn't there all day. Thank you Oasis I shall return soon!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I came here for a pedi prior to my baby shower. I was not greeted upon entry. They are NOT sanitary; no pedi tub liners, no tool sanitation. The regular pedicure took me 2 hours. My first tech did ok with the actual pedicure and horribly with the paint job. It literally looked like a toddler painted my nails. It was so bad, a second lady came over after the first had to leave abruptly before finishing. The second lady clearly saw how bad the paint job was but was about to put on the clear coat before I asked her to please fix it. She did as good as she could, but by that time I was over it. This was anything but relaxing. I was really looking forward to having a great pedi experience before having my baby. Highly disappointed am do not recommend. read more

Usually it's affordable when I go here but I'm not sure why they overcharged me today. I left there with bubbles on my nails and uneven French tip for a fill for 70$! Last time I paid that for my child and me to both get them done. I'm so disappointed but I did not have time to stay and try to get it all fixed. read more

Since my wife doesn't have a Yelp account, I'm writing this review on her behalf. She has visited this salon three times, and unfortunately, her experience has only gotten worse. Her last visit was on 9/11/25, when the nail polish looked caked on and the technician even cut her cuticle. On 9/14/25, she visited another salon for a color replacement, and it was discovered that the polish hadn't fully dried--suggesting Oasis may be using old products. After three visits, each worthy of a 1-star rating, it's clear this place should be avoided unless you prefer unskilled technicians and outdated polish that belongs in the trash, not on nails. read more

I went to Oasis for a gel manicure and pedicure. I waited for an hour to be helped, then was told to go sit in the pedicure chair where I would be helped in 5 minutes. I sat with my feet soaking for 45 more minutes. When they finally got to me, they tried to convince me to purchase a 90 dollar spa pedicure and when I declined they kept pushing. The woman started drilling my nail polish off while I was in the pedicure chair, and made me carry all of my belongings and some of her tools over to the desk. I arrived at the salon at 1:50, and left at 5:15. It took 3 1/2 hours for a mani pedi, and then was charged $110 for a gel manicure and pedicure, no design. read more

Staff at Oasis were attentive as soon as I walked in. I didn't have an appointment so I tried to get in as soon as they opened and was immediately shown to a pedicure chair. Received wonderful care throughout my whole Volcano process and my technician was super friendly and easy to talk to.I did not leave this salon with any cuts or unpleasant feeling like I have with other Suffolk salons. I have been to many of the surrounding nail salons and have not been slightly impressed upon leaving until my visit to Oasis today. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and the prices were NOT OUTRAGEOUS in my opinion. I definitely feel like I under paid and so made up for it in tip. This salon has been around for longer than most the ones we have seen come and go and I don't wonder why. Will only be coming here for my pedicure relaxation time. read more

Oasis was recommended to me as the best nail salon on this side of Suffolk. However, when I walked in, there was a line and one of the people that were in line had just walked in right before me. The man at the station on the right asked me what did I want to get done and I proceeded to tell him a manicure and pedicure with gel. I didn't want to add any nails to my hands or feet and he started talking to the other person and his native language after about two minutes he told me I'm sorry we're closed. They took the two other ladies before me which was approximately 45 secs before me, and while that is not the problem, i would have understood more if he could have started the conversation with. I'm sorry maam we just took our last customer. Would you like to schedule an appointment for another day? This is not the type of service that you should provide, especially with it being my first time at your shop. I understand he didn't know that it was my first time but it still was unprofessional IMO I thank the person for RECOMMENDING me to them but I will never go back. Needed a last minute Pedi came here. Pulled in around 9:15 open light was on so I went in was asked if I had an appointment (didn't know one was needed) but someone was able to take me. 2 more people came in without an appointment and were able to be serviced. I came here for a quick pedicure. They open at 9:30 and I needed to leave for a hair appointment at 10:30. I walked in at about 9:24 because their OPEN light was on. I was greeted in the front and asked what services did I want and to pick out a color. I was helped by a man (I'm pretty sure this is wrong but I think his name is Viet. That's what it sounded like but I don't know. He looks like James Franco) he was VERY helpful, friendly, and funny. I received a spa pedicure and got the normal pedicure treatment plus sugar scrub on legs and feet, paraffin wax treatment, hot towel, massage, etc. This was a great experience. Everything was clean which is a big deal for me. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a spa treatment! I was looking for a nail shop after relocating. I saw the work of Vincent and asked about where he worked. I called scheduled an appointment and I've been going every since. He is very detailed and takes his time with your nails. The shop is very quiet and a serene too as the staff is friendly. I was excited by the attentiveness and that they stayed open 30 min late for my niece and I. The problem was they filed my feet so much and then applied an acid that my feet were cracked and bleeding for nearly a month. My sister needed her nails done since she was visiting from California. Somehow, she found Oasis and I tagged along and got my nails done as well. We needed the pampering and the therapy of getting our nails done, as we just lost our mom and were preparing for her memorial. This place was warm and friendly and caring and really made us feel comforted. I'm not a regular nail person like my sister, but I tried the gel nails with the Unicorn finish which was a metallic pink mirror look and was unusually pretty. I even went back to get my nails done awhile later and they gave me a beautiful design using magnetic nail polish which was a new technique using magnets to create aI like that they try the latest techniques. I've been here a few times and I can say it's a decent neighborhood nail place. The first time I went I made an appointment for 3 people and when we got there they had trouble getting us all in side-by-side, even though I had made the appt. They're more of a walk-in place. All of the nail techs are polite, all of them always try to upsell me, offering a brow wax or a mani addition to my pedi. I was a "walk-in" and was greeted immediately and with a positive reaction. I had a pedicure, manicure and wax. I was happy with all the treatments. It's a clean and nice place. I'll definitely go back for my next treatment. The only negative was they have wide screen tv's and they were blaring. I asked that they be muted or turned down and the staff was happy to quiet the tv's. I have been going there for about a year. Every time I went into the shop I've come in with at least 2 broken nails. If you like your nails long this is definitely not the place to go. My nails were always filed thin as possible. The white lady that works in there I believe she doesn't except black clients as she always pretends to be busy even if I'm the only person in the salon she will find things to do until someone else asks what do I need done. then she will except the next Caucasian customer. The only reason I still went was because I was in denial lol but the last visit for a polish change and of course 2 nail fix I can still see my previous polish and my nails are lumpy :( I think I've made up my mind to just go elsewhere. They were nice, albeit a little fake but it's the end of the day so I get they're tired, I went in at 5:00 pm and they closed at 7:00pm so still no excuse for the awful job done.
