I did get my eyebrows done by the other gentleman that works there I forgot his name but he did a really good job super efficient. The ambiance is lovely! Love the smell inside! I have visited one or two nearby, but I was not impressed enough to return again for a fill in or a repair. Nevertheless, I came across this spot on Google. I usually use my handy dandy Yelp app, but sometimes, you may miss out... like this place was not up there... but she should be now! I added this business after my appt. on Saturday. I made my appointment on Friday after reaching out to the nail tech via text. She informed me of her booking website. The website was easy to use and I booked my appt. for the next day without worry. Puscat has an IG and Facebook page. I was able to check out her work and I was super hyped to try her. I arrived for my appt. on Saturday and she was on point. The shop is located inside of a building, where others can rent out spaces. It was not hard to find at all. This was my first time, but I felt super comfy as if I was a regular. If you are into nails and love pizazz, I highly recommend this shop. I am super excited to return. It's clean inside, the vibe is awesome and it's spacious. Do not forget your mask. Parking... I only saw street parking. I was able to snag a space directly across the street from the building. As you can see my nails in the pic, my nails were all freehand by the tech. Upon entering the establishment it is very open, bright and vibrant and I instantly loved it. Most nail salons are right and cluttered and make me feel like I'm going to knock something over with the slightest movement not here. You can move around and not feel like you're going to bump into anyone or anything; great usage of space and design. Very modern, contemporary elegance and I love it. Don't know about you all but another determining factor of cleanliness for me for establishments are the bathrooms. I work in Northern Suffolk and the drive here took its toll. The bathroom was very clean. You can tell regular cleaning is norm and that's a plus as well. Let's get into this staff; I was greeted the moment I stepped into the door (Big Smile) I was asked what services I sought and pretty much told where to seat immediately except my waterworks had other plans. I had a full-set removed, a full-set put back on with gel polish, and a pedicure with gel polish as well; altogether it totaled right around $129 dollars and I paid with cash. My polish was horribly put on my nails. There were cracks and debris in the polish. When I asked to have it fixed, the women had an attitude and started talking about me to her counterparts. Next, this women dug food out of her teeth after cleaning feet and tried putting those hands back on my feet! Against my own judgement- I tried a manicure. When the lady pulled a pair of clippers out of her drawer with someone else's dead skin on them- I was done. She became incredibly rude and yelling to her counter parts. I tried explaining the clippers had dead skin and she was trying to use unsanitary items. The gentlemen at the counter told me to stop talking and pay my bill and leave. So I gave them a try!! I visited this past Saturday, for the first time, about 10am I walked it to a fairly non busy nailshop. In my mind this could either mean, they aren't that good, the people just haven't risen early or etc. Well I took it as this was a sign that I arrived right on time. I entered and I was immediately greeted. From what I know now, Jimmy greeted me and asked what I needed today... Within one minute I was sitting in the pedicure massaging chair waiting to soak my feet that needed severe attention. Just from observation, they offer lashes as well. This location started to pick up about noon so either I picked a good time to go or on this day people just decided to sleep in.
