I must admit I was a little afraid to try this shop out for the first time because of the reviews. But I thought to myself, self... these reviews were years ago, it can't be this bad in 2022... So I gave them a try!! I visited this past Saturday, for the first time, about 10am I walked it to a fairly non busy nailshop. In my mind this could either mean, they aren't that good, the people just haven't risen early or etc. Well I took it as this was a sign that I arrived right on time. I entered and I was immediately greeted. From what I know now, Jimmy greeted me and asked what I needed today... Within one minute I was sitting in the pedicure massaging chair waiting to soak my feet that needed severe attention. Services rendered during the visit: Spa Pedicure with gel polish Full set - medium length stiletto nails with gel polish Jimmy was my tech for both!! Overall - I was thoroughly impressed!!! I must say I prayed my visit would be a good one and it was more than I imagined! My feet feel great and my nails look amazing! It's only been a few days since I left and people are asking where did I go.... that's always a sign of someone admiring someone's work! I will definitely return when the time is needed. Just from observation, they offer lashes as well. This location started to pick up about noon so either I picked a good time to go or on this day people just decided to sleep in. Plenty of parking outside. This shop is located in a shopping center among other places so the traffic is there, but if needed, appts. are only accepted Mon- Thurs. and they are closed on Sundays. I will not be returning to this nail shop. I work a lot with my hands so i get the SNS dip powder and it usually last me about 4 weeks with no chipping of the paint. It has been only an week and a half and majority of my nails have broken. The guy did not take his time to do them because there are so many lumps and i even have to stop him a few times to fix things that should have been very visible to his eyes. Even my toe nails have chipped! I'm so disappointed! On top of that with all of this coronavirus going on it appointment only. A girl came in for an appointment with she switched from 2pm to 10pm but somehow they didn't not write it down. They made her leave and come back at 2pm. Found this nail place on google I got a full set and pedicure price was okay $107 before tip but the guy rushed the whole time i was in and out in under an hour my friend also got her nails done all white no design which were $63 before tip seems a little pricey when the service was not great at all I won't be retiring here read more

I went in on Monday for a repair and decided to get my nails redipped. I called to make sure they had availability and someone who could do the service and they said they did. Got there and they were trying to sit me w someone for a refill. When I explained again what I was looking for they had to go get another tech, Michael T. Michael/Mike sat down and asked me "why you want dipped" then expressed his negative feelings about the process, even admitted to being rusty w the technique, and ended the sentence with kind of a condescending "but that's what the customer wants" as if, I being the customer, was asking for too much or something outrageous. It took forever bc he had to redo a few of my nails bc even he thought they looked bad. Then he said the dip didn't take to part of my nails on one hand so he filled it in w gel nail polish. I had asked in the beginning if i could get a few rhinestones on 2 of my nails. Which he had completely forgotten about by the time he was done. I had to remind him as he was packing up like he was finished. He did throw the rhinestones in for free bc he took such a long time to finish my nails. The jewels started falling off THAT DAY. Then day three comes along and the nails on the hand that were finished w gel are already chipping and look TERRIBLE while the other hand looks nice minus the missing jewels. My tech knew I lived over an hour away and was there on an emergency. I informed him that I had one nail that had cracked all the way to the nail and just needed to have them redone. So it isn't like I can just come back to Happy Nails to have this remedied. Unfortunately, now just FIVE days after paying $65, plus a tip bc when I left the salon they looked ok, to have them done at happy nails... Well.. went in for a mani pedi and waxing and was finished within 45 minute. HA! mani was regular but pedicure was supposed to be with wax hot stones massages and hot towel. Never presoaked my feet Never scrubbed my feet they are ruff with a callus never even touched left wax all in between my nails all done within less than 30 minutes Gel polish!!!!! wax brows lady noticed me picking the wax off my nails and tried to fix one toe and now I have a spot on my toe with no polish!!! $103.00 I expect service I pay for instead of a RUSH job and they weren't busy!!!! This is the 4th place I've been to for a pedicure in the area. I am by far sold this is the place to go. They always look busy and when I'm heading in to food lion I didn't want to wait. Today I had time to kill and even though they looked busy they could seat me right away. About an hour for the whole pedicure and fantastic. I only heard two of the six staff speak any English but oh my what a great job the lady did who did mine. The massage was more than expected. Soak, cut, nail file, pumice, oil, push cuticles, clean under nails, soak, file foot, scrub with massage, lotion with massage, hot towel, massage again, layers of paint with amazing detail! Very dirty. It looks like they don't clean anything in the salon, they put clippers and nail tools back in drawer after each use. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and a manicure ..on my nails I got gel ... the very next day the polish on my nails and toes started chipping off. Horrible quality with the French manicure . The girl who did them took an extremely long time and the lines were uneven . I went back in today to show them my nails were messed up they only guarantee gel for 1 day ....... I am really happy with how my nails and eyelashes turned out here. In town for a wedding, I googled a nail salon close to the Hilton Garden Inn where I was staying and found this gem. The ventilation in this place is awful. The toxic smell is something I have not experienced in years visiting a nail salon. They need to update the ventilation and remodel this place. There is nail/acrylic/filing dust on everything. This is not a very clean place. They reuse nail files which doesn't happen in Houston, TX where I am from. It's old and outdated!! read more

Trash.I couldn't get a appointment at oasis so I came here.The place seems very junky and outdated and the workers looked messy.I just wanted strip lashes done and brows.Brows were okay but lashes were barely okay She left a gap between the band and my real lash n she used some weird glue for it.And the lash area was so messy and unprofessional.Unfortunately i cant fix the gap in between but rthe lashes are somewhat presentable so imma have to work with them for now.They really need to clean the inside though, smells like shrimp and must. read more

So I went in around 5pm. There were three people ahead of me. I waited approx 45 minutes before it was my turn. I couldn't understand what the lady was telling me. And most of the time I can understand nail techs. I got a deluxe pedicure ($32) and a shellac manicure. The pedicure looks fine but the girl next to me was getting rubbed down and got more done to her and we both got the same pedicure. The manicure was the worst part. I asked for square nails and only 8 of my 10 nails turned out to be square shaped. Then my thumb nail was broken pretty far down and I had told her about it prior to getting my manicure thinking that she would put powder over it to prevent it from breaking more. She didn't and then I asked about it because I didn't think the base coat of the shellac would protect it. (My nail Broke with shellac polish on it.) She looked puzzled like she didn't understand what I was saying or just didn't want to do it. The male nail tech sitting next to her told me it was too late and that he would do it next time. Ummmm that doesn't help this time and she didn't put the actual shellac polish on it yet. So she fixed it, but didn't seem to be to happy to do so. It's my nails not yours and your in a customer service position you should be making sure what I want is carried out. So when she was finished with the light she gave me the quickest massage with the lotion. I have been coming here for 7 years with no complaints until the latest owners took over. I got a new set and came back two weeks later for the first fill in. The male owner told me I needed to take them off and get a new set because I had them on too long. I asked him how long a set is supposed to last. He told me 6 months so I told him no thanks I just want a fill in. He insisted I get a new set. I told him again no thanks that I just had the set put on 2 weeks ago and this was my first fill in and that if he really thought they were that bad he should do it for free since he was the one who applied them two weeks earlier. This has hands down been the worst nail salon experience I've ever had in my life. I got my nails painted on Saturday. Everything was fine until Sunday evening I decided to move some outdoor cushions. I get inside and notice that my nail polish is completely smeared to the top of my cuticle. I go in and have it fixed today (Monday) and the owner says that it's not his fault. He tells me that nail polish doesn't last long. So basically I paid $15 to have my nails painted for them to smear 24 hours later? I noticed when I was originally picking out a color that all of the polishes were so watered down with acetone that they basically weren't nail polish anymore. I spent at least 10 minutes trying to find a decent polish/color that I ended up settling with. Today, I brought one of my own nail polishes that hadn't been watered down with all the chemicals so they could redo my nails and it actually stay on. However, they told me if I wanted to use my color I would have to pay again to have my nails painted. So I ended up getting that same color they originally painted my nails with and the nail tech literally wiped off the smudged parts and redid them. She did not even try to redo the whole nail. Funny part is, as she opens the bottle of polish she poured more acetone into the bottle right in front of me. I told her that this is exactly why my nails wouldn't dry and she just laughed in my face. So now my nails are uneven. Had the owner just fixed it and didn't argue with me in front of all of the customers in the salon I would have been totally understanding. I would never recommend this place to my family or friends. Oh and the nail salon is dirty. It's hot. Flies are flying around. Sad part is that this salon used to be great with the previous owners. BEWARE. read more

Will not go back there again ! I went there to get fill ins and to have two nails replaced and get my nails cut down a bit and she told me my nails were going to be $30. I asked her why were they going to be $30. She said because I was getting coffin shaped nails ( which is the nail shaped I already had. How can you charge me for a nail shape I already have ?! ) and because my nail length was too long ( this is after she cut my nails down and my nails weren't even long after she cut them down). Usually at any other nail salon I have been to, they don't charge for length ( unless they are really long ) or nail shape. So anyway, I told her I would just get them cut down a little shorter and get square shape so it would be cheaper. She proceeded to cut my nails down really short, and I hate them. Do not go there they will try to rip you off. I was left very unsatisfied. I wanted to try something new and go to a different nail salon, but no I will continue to go to Oasis nails like I usually do.
