Normally, I don't write reviews. However, my last two appointments were so unpleasant. On November 21st, I waited forty one minutes beyond my appointment time to be serviced. When I complained to the owner, I was credited 10% with an apology. My requested nail tech (Linh) got an attitude and never apologized. I hoped the attitude would be better on December 23rd. It wasn't better, the environment was unfriendly too. There were no greetings or Christmas/Happy Holidays expressed. I have been a loyal customer for five plus years. I have even recommended family members here also. My regular nail tech (Tiffani) moved last year and it hasn't been the same. I go here all the time and absolutely love it! Jenny always does my nails and they turn our great every time. It is always clean, the atmosphere is nice, it is bright, and they have nice seats for you to wait. You almost always have to wait because they are busy (because they are so good!) but the wait normally goes quickly. And if you put your name down you can walk and get a cake or food from another store and come back. I always recommend this place when someone asks where to go get their nails done! read more

I just got this gorgeous shellac manicure and matching shellac pedicure. I had Queen and will definitely be going back to here. She gave a wonderful message during the pedicure and manicure. The only thing I should've paid more attention to was the price of everything. I got the second to cheapest pedicure for $40, shellac was another $20. As you can see my the picture I took of my manicure, I got a specialty nail which cost more money than a normal shellac manicure. The total came to $93. I think I'll go back to the basics next time I come for a shellac manicure and pedicure, BUT it was overall amazing! Would 100% recommend ****2 weeks later and my nails have not cracked, chipped or broken. They are starting to come up off my nail a bit by the cuticle, but hats expected at this point. Boy oh boyyy did I i need this. Amber did such an amazing job on my pedicure! She was efficient but took her time. The gel pedi was a little pricey then what I'm used to paying . But I will be back for just the service alone. The spa had a nice ambiance and I love how that played jazz & R&B. It was very clean and I was told that they had just remodeled. Worst pedicure of my life today. paid $55 for the spa pedicure, no cuticle trim, did not cut toenails correctly, sprayed my legs with rubbing alcohol virtually zero massage time, nail polish all over my toes and feet, and the polish was still smudging 3 hours later. So I went here specifically for the jelly pedicure after seeing others post pictures of their service. I have been trying to get here for months because I tried and failed to find a closer spa offering this service. There aren't many in the area. Unfortunately for the both of us, I have a foot complex so I do not have a picture of me getting this service but just imaging soaking your feet in a warm jelly type substance. Ok ok...it's not for everybody, but it's definitely for me. Now, as excited as I was to finally get this service, I was disappointed. So they start off running warm water in the little foot tub like a normal pedicure. Then they add a powdery substance that gives the water a jelly type texture. The weight of the jelly and the warmth felt really nice but about 10 minutes into my experience she added more water to the bowl which messed it all up. Now I'm getting a standard pedicure and paying for a premium one. So my bliss was short lived. I also hated the way the gel polish was applied but not as much as I hated how short lived my jelly pedicure was. I'm going to go back and give them another chance to see if maybe I went when they were having an off day. I'll let y'all know how it goes. read more

I like to treat myself to a spa pedicure occasionally and their price is affordable and they have many choices. I've gotten a lot of compliments on my nails since I've been going there. They have a lot of polish choices- including OPI. I always do the shellac manicure. They have perfect match, mood change, Kiara Sky, etc. They recently started doing chrome nails. I desperately needed to get my nails done and it was New Year's Day. After passing by 2 salons that were closed, I came across this one as open. I got a herbal spa pedicure with lavender and rose scents. It came complete with your standard pedicure, a scented scrub to exfoliate, hot stone leg massage, and my legs and feet wrapped in hot towels. Next up, my french gel manicure was done to exactly how I liked it as she made sure to ask my opinion at each step. I love that the stations were kept clean and that there were two UV machines so I got one for each hand which made the process a lot faster. I also got to put my hand dipped in wax paraffin 4 times until i left my hands so moisturized. Finally, I got my eyebrows waxed to perfection. I was super happy that she only tried to clean them up rather than give me some crazy arch like other places can suggest. What really stands out of this place is how they take their time to do your manicure and pedicure. The whole process took about 2 hours and while that may seem like a long time, I left feeling completely pampered and relaxed. I felt like I got my money's worth just paying about $90 for the herbal spa pedicure and french gel manicure. *My eyebrow waxing came free since they found out I was getting married, but the price for that was $10 according to their list. I waited for an hour and a half to get a dip manicure and was very excited to pamper myself some! However, this was by far the worst manicure I have ever had!! While buffing my nails out, he rubbed my skin absolutely raw and didn't let up even after I said something. He was very sloppy and tried to tell me I was done and good to go when there was still polish on the skin around my nails. After asking him to fix it he cleaned up some but not all and then once again told me I was done. At this point I was over working with him, so I left with polish still on my skin. So disappointed. Over priced & poor quality. I don't mind spending money for good work, but i definitely paid too much for my nails here. My pedicure and full set were done by two different people. My pedicure could have been better, but was okay for the most part. My nails though, whole different story. My nails are noticeably all different - some are more tapered and some aren't tapered at all. Some of my nails aren't filed straight across but on an angle. I told the nail tech and she caught an attitude and said she wasn't finished. Even after she was finished, still different shapes and angled. I told her I wanted to pay before she polished them, another attitude. Getting your nails done is suppose to be relaxing, this wasn't at all. read more

I would give no stars if i could. Horrible service from the guy who works up front to the left. I'm very particular about my nails however when i stated that to him h he proceeded as if he could give me what i was looking for. For example; i need the acrylic to be all around my nail just not the top but the sides also, i like my nails to look natural not to thick and i don't like them to be wide in width. Well as i explained that over and over again as i watched him do my nails he started to become frustrated told me i could go and left my nails undone. I have been here before and received way better service however, i had never seen this mans face before. I completely pissed as i needed my nails done for my fathers funeral. Love this place! I am extremely picky with who does nails. I prefer quality. Jen has done mine a few times and she always does an amazing job! They have a wide variety of different pedicure options.
