When I complained to the owner, I was credited 10% with an apology. My requested nail tech (Linh) got an attitude and never apologized. I hoped the attitude would be better on December 23rd. It wasn't better, the environment was unfriendly too. There were no greetings or Christmas/Happy Holidays expressed. I have been a loyal customer for five plus years. I have even recommended family members here also. My regular nail tech (Tiffani) moved last year and it hasn't been the same. I have decided to move on to another salon that appreciates me.
