I've been coming here for about three years now, and I've never had a bad experience. I usually do walk-ins, so I don't have a go-to nail technician, but everyone I've seen has done a great job. The longest I've ever waited was around 20 minutes and that only happened once. I typically get both a manicure and pedicure, and the prices are very reasonable. They always have HGTV playing, which makes the wait and the service time fly by. I honestly feel bad that I don't know anyone's name because they've all been so kind and professional. Came here because no one else could fit me in and I am sooooo glad!! I got a spa pedicure and spa manicure. And by far the best spa manicure I have EVER RECEIVED!!! Specifically Savy. She was hands down amazing! She did an exfoliating scrub, mask, hot towels, and hot stone massage on my forearms and hands. And did gel clear on my nails which so many other salons refuse to do. So good that I sent my husband and two ten year old girls to get manicures and pedicures today! I am from out of town but whenever I am in town visiting my inlaws I will be coming back. I would not recommend this salon. I went in for one pedicure and I was charged for two pedicures. I did not notice until I checked my bank account 3 days later. I called the salon and they knew that I had been charged and didn't act surprised. I had to drive back down there to get my money back. The lady said she accidentally charged me for two pedicures! Well if she knew that she charged me why didnt she tell me or contact me which they have our phone numbers and tell me to come get my money which they stole from me! wow! do not go here. I had a fairly good experience at Angel Nails today. Cleanliness and sanitary practices are a priority here. Every "reused tool" is either dipped in a cleansing solution or sent through what looked like an autoclave. As a germophobe, that was confidence inspiring. I got an acrylic full set. My nail color options were very limited. This salon appears to deal chiefly with gel, not a bad thing - but FYI. Angel nails provides a charge-free ATM for customers. This is because they won't add tips to their card transactions. I suspect most of us end up paying entirely in cash as a result. I found that my bank still charged me $2.50 for the transaction, but that isn't the salon's fault and I'm grateful I didn't have to pay fees on both ends. Tips: Gel is the way to go at this establishment - you'll have much greater color options. Be aware of the cash/card tipping dynamic. Make sure you have cash in advance if your bank charges fees. Update: My nails didn't prove to be very durable. Within days of my service I had chipping and acrylic "lifting". I'm pretty conscientious with my nails, so I don't think I contributed to the problem. read more

I got the spa pedicure and all the "extras" that came with it were totally worth the $15. My go to nail salon. There are some technicians who are just okay, but majority of them are great! I've been to quite a few nail salons, even in California, and Angel Nails have been my favorite so far. Beware though, they only take tips in cash. You can pay for the service with a credit card, but there is no place for you to add tip on your card. Luckily there is an ATM that doesn't have a service charge, but my bank charges me for ATM usage outside of them. Kind of inconvenient. But I'll suck it up. read more

I have been to about 7 different nail salons in the area and this one is the best so far. A few things I liked: 1: good regular pedicure experience - they really scrubbed the bottoms of my feet. The massage was nice, not too rough, and I didn't feel rushed. 2: they had a kid pricing menu. 3: my eyebrow and lip waxing turned out amazing! She would immediately put soothing cream on after she pulled the strip each time. I wish I got the woman's name because this was by far the best waxing around. The only con was that a few of my toe nails were clipped/filed a bit crooked. All in all, I will definitely be back. If you get waxings you know how hard it is to find someone good, so I will deal with a "good" pedicure. read more

Made an appt for two pedis and two full sets.. so they knew we were coming! we arrived early to pick out color and they immediately took us without giving any time to look. My friend went and got her pedi and I went and got a mani.. so much for girl time. Everything was SO RUSHED. My nails aren't "natural" looking.. they're thick, and don't look nice AT ALL. I had to have another lady fix them in the salon because the first girl missed parts of my nail. My pedicure turned out okay, it was also rushed but compared to my nails I won't complain... I'm not impressed by the services this go around. By far the worse service I've ever receivEd. I won't be returning. This salon usually does a great job on shellac manicures and pedicures. However, the past several times I have gone, they rushed through my shellac manicure and I was not happy. Several nails have already chipped after 5 days of having the shellac on. It is supposed to last 2+ weeks. I have been to various salons that take their time and allow the shellac to dry the complete duration of the UV timer. These salons give great service and their product looks great for weeks. These technicians at Angel Nails want to get you in and out! Needless to say, I will not be returning. read more

It was my first visit at this salon AND MY LAST. If I could rate it zero, I would. I asked the technician to not cut my nails so low as he began to cut. Listen he did not. My opinion, he got upset. My nails represents me as well as my occupation. He cut down the nails on my right hand and left the other as is. He also filed down the top of each nail, whereas the redness was visible to my professional technician. I will never cross their door again. My advice is to walk away when the technician is not there to serve YOU. read more

I'm sorry to say Angel Nails has lost a customer. Over three weeks ago, I decided to get gel nails as well as the shellac, in fact wanted "American" tips, u know, the French tip but in ivory color. I was told that only one person does the gel nails and we proceeded to get all of it done. When finished, I saw that the ivory painting was painted down almost half of my nails instead of just the tips. I cut him some slack, because a couple of months ago, I was there when this particular technician had someone walk out without paying, even after he had spent a lot of time doing designs on her nails - so I felt sorry for him. Last night, I went back to get them filled. Again only he could do it, so I quickly changed my mind and got the "mood" colors instead. This isn't my first set of gel nails. After he fixed the thumb nail from damage that had occurred, through life, not anything he had done wrong, he started to do the fill. I wasn't paying too much attention, expecting the technician to know what he is doing. Then I thought about what I saw. He was using the stuff for acrylic nails. I even asked him and the chatty young girl who also works there, "you're doing gel, right?" He said yes and continued his work. I kept watching, thinking maybe he's gonna use the UV lamp when he's done all ten fingers. Nope, the only time the UV lamp was used was when he was putting on the color. Granted, I was the last customer, coming in after 7, but I got charged for gel fill and I specifically asked for gel before and during the work. I don't appreciate being lied to. After confirming my suspicions with the first nail salon where I originally started get fake nails, I decided then and there, no more. And I decided to warn others of this work. I've been going to this location for six years, send my friends and clients there and rave about them, until now. Me and my friend went in and got sat together. Spa pedicures for $45. My entire pedicure was done toenails painted and all while my friend was still getting her legs massaged. The first leg. They usually massage with oil then lotion then stones. My friend was getting her first leg massaged and mine was over. I said something to her saying my pedicure is done and my friend just started her leg massage?? She shrugged her shoulders and kind of laughed and started speaking to the worker next to her. I am so bummed and disappointed in this today... She had another client waiting for her and that is why clearly she rushed. But that it not okay, especially when you sit together and get the same service and one is finished significantly faster than the other.
