Got probably the worst full set I've ever had in 15+ years of having my nails done…read more Dude spent more time filing at my skin than actually shaping the nails even after being asked to correct it. So much so that I am bleeding and will have scabs on two of my fingers. The design I got was a checkered pattern on one nail per hand- it looks like crap (a design I've been getting done for months at other salons and through multiple professionals has been nailed, every time). It was like he slapped the acrylic all over my finger on my right hand- it's literally still all over my fingers because he didn't bother to clean it off at all, except to use cuticle nippers to the exact spots he had already filed raw... Absolutely will not be going back to Clover. Never had this issue before, but the guy that did my nails today seemed to be more interested in how quickly he could get it done than anything else.

The young man who did my mani/pedi did a good job but the owner had to step in when it came to the tiny designs. He did try though. Only negatives about his manicure job is that I had to keep pointing out that he filed a few nails unevenly but fixed them when I asked. No complaints in English but he was speaking to the other young man the whole time while doing my nails in a different language. So who knows. Then their white gel nail polish was old, he was literally digging in to it to get some on his brush and there were black specs inside which made him have to wipe and redo the nails again a few times until he grabbed another almost empty white bottle. Which worked. I believe this caused bubbles in the gel because I had to point out to him that there were bubbles in my cured gel, he just said he'd fix it by cutting them out. Which he did with a cuticle cutter but then it left an indent in my nail polish. The nails and pedi came out pretty, eventually, for the price I just wish the design wasn't rushed. Overall I'm not displeased but not against trying another facility before coming back. *update: My mani nails only lasted a week before starting to peel off, which makes me so sad because I did like the design for the most part. From the moment I walked in, I felt rushed. She only talked to me once at the beginning when she asked what I wanted but otherwise she did not ask for length, shape, if it looked okay, or anything which I usually get from other places. It took 15 minutes for everything when it usually takes 30 minutes at other places. She knicked me twice when doing my cuticles to the point where I started bleeding. Also left bubbles and paint on my fingers. Very careless. Not worth the price. You can definitely find a better place else where.
