This is my new go to spot! I'll probably only be going here for all my mani pedi needs!…read more I visited on a Saturday evening about 30 mins before they closed. I checked with them to see if they had time to do a pedi or if I should just schedule for the next day. They were happy to get me in. They offered me a drink & sat me in a clean chair. This was one of the most relaxing & nice pedi. It didn't feel rushed even despite how close it was to them closing! They did a great job with the gel polish! The facility was very clean and felt sanitary as they even used fresh tools. Highly recommend this salon!

The service here was disappointing, especially given the price. I brought my 16-year-old daughter…read morein for prom prep, including brow and lip waxing, a pedicure, and a full set of nails with designs. I clearly explained everything she needed to the front desk, but that information was never communicated to the staff, which created confusion from the start. Lily, our nail tech, was kind and professional, and the nail designs looked good initially. However, my daughter's nails began chipping the very next day, which is unacceptable for a service meant for a special event. Lily also performed the waxing. While the process itself seemed fine, the wax used on my daughter's eyebrows left her face extremely red, which raises concerns about the products being used for facial services. On top of that, I waited over two hours and was not offered even a basic courtesy like a beverage. For a total of $183 plus a $50+ tip, the level of service and quality did not match the cost. Overall, while the staff was polite and the designs were nice at first, the poor communication, subpar results, and lack of attention to customer experience mean I will not be returning. I now have to find another salon in North Carolina to fix issues right before my daughter's prom. Update: another nail chipped...I will NEVER come back to this establishment!

When you come in, you check in at the desk with an iPad, and the wait isn't long. I was getting a pedicure and decided on the milk-and-honey pedicure with hot wax. They have a host serving drinks, which is a plus, and the prices are reasonable. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that I felt the pedicure was rushed. They set a timer--probably for a massage--but the lady turned it on once she started scrubbing my feet. Also, her painting of my toes was a little uneven. I recommend the salon; it's centrally located, but I wish there was more parking.

I did a soak-off while the he was waiting for his client to respond back and thankfully they agreed to be moved back to 11am (thanks Terrie!) So happy I gave this place a try. There were only 3 techs working when I went in, and even though it was quiet, each tech was with someone and it seemed like a solid team and work environment. My tech, maybe his name is Ky?, he was amazing. Super fun to talk to and easy going, I'm not rlly one to talk but he was asking all the questions and being funny and making me feel right at home. I had a really good experience, plus my nails turned out freaking bomb It was my first gel-x set because I was tired of how thick acrylic sets can be and how the color on them often chips/scratches off. Ky paid such great attention to detail, checking the underside of my nails after polishing them to make sure they were neat all the way around and periodically asking if I was satisfied with how they looked. Could have not had a better experience, I can't wait to come back!!

We were…read moresent a gift voucher from a family member who does not live locally so my daughter could get her nails done. The bottom of the voucher had the website address to this business where I booked an appointment for my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday. I used the address on the website to find the location and brought my daughter for her first ever full set on her birthday. When I came in, I told them specifically I have a gift voucher to use like the bottom of the voucher stated. They said "okay" and set my daughter up to get started. They did a good job making her wishes come true on the set. However, when I went to pay they told me they don't honor these vouchers as they don't sell them on their site. I had proof of the voucher and the email sent from them when it was purchased and they still told me it would not be honored. They told me I'd have to reach out to my family member and get a proof of purchase from them (from back in December, by the way) in order for them to honor it. My family member lives in a different time zone and this was not possible at this time. The manager would not budge on the issue and told us they'd just take my daughter's nails off and we could leave. My daughter is 9 years old and was in full-on tears at this point. As a mom, obviously I just paid in full and walked out. Other patrons in there could not believe it as well. Just beware that their customer service and honoring a gift that came from THEIR WEBSITE is not something they will do and that's just shady behavior. Thanks for taking something that was supposed to be special for my daughter on her birthday and turning it into something negative and sad. 10/10 do not recommend.
