My hi yo place for excellent nail services in a clean and very pleasant salon. The waxing is perfect whether for the fact it the body. These ladies have skills! I love the dimple gel manicure but the diamond dip is the best for a long lasting manicure. The nail techs are also very creative with their designs and Miz Elena can do whatever you like to make your hands pretty. They also offer other massage services that are very healing. My friend, Barbara, and I wanted to get pedis and maybe manis, so I called the day before we wanted them to make reservations. The greeter on the phone was very polite and gladly made the appts for us, noting we weren't obligated to get manis if we didn't want to when we arrive. We get there today and were welcomed at the door and asked to check in, which was no problem, just entering our info for services we wanted/text/email/bday. I had "Tina" as my tech and she did a great job. I like my soaking water hotter than most. She heated it up :) The pedicure was great. Barbara had "Don". They both worked efficiently while we chatted between ourselves. I chose 3 different gel colors to be festive for St. Patrick's Day They turned out super cute. We decided to get manis and they walked us over to the nail stations and put us side by side. Then they both did our manis! I like that, one tech to do both is a PLUS!! Barbara wasn't sure on a color, she wanted a neutral, and went with a color suggested by another very helpful tech, whose name I didn't get. I will definitely return here and recommend this shop to friends. The only negative I have to say is we weren't offered a mimosa or wine, which, 2 patrons received while we were getting pedis. I have had good experiences in the past, but this time was a little disappointing. I went in on 8/31 with my sister for her birthday and got a brand new full acrylic set, and my sister got a acrylic set with gel polish. The lady doing my nails was super sweet and kind the entire time, but I have to admit I am disappointed with the end product. 1. I feel like I was over charged. I asked my nail tech for medium length coffin nails. I was charged $5 for the "long nails" when though I asked for medium length and $5 for the shape, on both of our nails. I don't understand being charged an extra $5 for a coffin shape because who gets nails without any shaping once so ever? I understand complex shaping such as stiletto, but $5 for coffin seems a bit ridiculous. I paid regardless, because it's not about the money, and I still left a tip for the customer service and ultimately the nails were fine. 2. On the fifth day, I had a nail pop off and every single nail on my hand is lifting at this point. My sister also complained about her nails lifting at this same point. 3. On 9/10 I had two more nails pop off, and all of my nails are basically hanging on by a thread. I have NEVER had this issue before, especially on a brand new set. I left paying $97 for both of our nails, plus a $20 tip. I am extremely disappointed. I am not normally one to complain, but after over $100 spent, I definitely expected it to last more than 5 days. read more

I went to this salon because my regular nail tech is on vacation. I've gone here in the past and had very good service, however this time, made me question if I will go back. I made an appointment to ensure I was seen in a timely manner and the person that I was assigned (Susan) through the website didn't seem to really know what she was doing. All of the normal steps were taken for a mani/pedi but they just weren't done thoroughly. The salon is absolutely clean, and they offer a lot I just wish this experience had been a thorough mani pedi rather then put my feet and hands in water, push the cuticles, paint nails and go. I booked a pedicure through ClassPass at this location. When I arrived they had the reservation everything was fine. When I went to check out, they refused to accept my class pass credits as payment and made me pay. After talking to ClassPass to figure out what went wrong they said that the salon was paid with my credits so essentially they were double paid and they lied to me. The service was also incredibly shitty. I was rushed through and when I tried to dry my pedicure, the lady swept around my feet until I left will never be coming back here would not recommend it to my worst enemy. read more

Today was the first time coming here And I definitely won't be coming back. I received the worst customer service. Probably because I had my kid with me. If they prefer kids not to be in there they should have told me. Instead I received ugly stares from the Nail technician. She seemed annoyed with me the whole time. Had a great experience here while in town on vacation. We made appointments for SNS and a gel manicure and all our our techs did an awesome job removing old polish and reshaping our nails. #28/2020 (Update) I used to swear by this place because of the original nail techs and staff. I thought by them expanding that it would be a great thing but new management came with it as well and it just isn't what it used to be. I came in one day with my man's daughter who was in town visiting, to have one of her nails repaired. The entire time Sonny was on his phone. I found it rude and unprofessional. It was just one single nail he was repairing; he couldn't stay off his phone for that little bit of time? On top of that, the nail came out differently and it was so obvious. Another visit, I came with ample time before closing just for a pedicure and there was confusion on who was going to do it and it took awhile before someone came. After awhile they rushed me though the pedicure and sat me at the drying station. While waiting for my toes to dry they started cleaning up, sweeping around me, emptying trash cans, and even turned off the music and TV. It was just uncomfortable and rude. If they felt like there wasn't enough time to do a simple pedicure they should have stated that when I walked in. The last visit I had, my nail tech was really nice and really good. I can't remember her name but even she said it's so unorganized there and the management don't care. While she was doing my manicure, customers who made appointments to come in weren't being accommodated due to miscommunication or what have you. Not enough staff. Customers were really upset and my nail tech said, "See?" and shook her head. That day, she was supposed to be off but she said they called her as there were no techs scheduled and all these customers were coming. She was embarrassed by the way she was dressed because they rushed her to come in. I'm sorry but this salon has ALWAYS been busy since I started coming in 2010. They always had many techs on hand to accommodate appointments and walk ins. Why understaff all of a sudden? To save money? But then call staff on their day off? Not cool. The only positive comment I have about the new change is that they now offer wine and champagne...I just never got to partake because they hadn't received their ABC liquor license when I was still going there. I've since moved to another salon that the old owners now own and operate. Not only is it brand new, it's modern, beautiful, and organized like before. They're also understanding, professional, and accommodating. read more

Wont be going back. I had a manicure and pedicure done today. First, my lady forgot to do the scrub and lotion part of my pedicure and proceeded to hide the lotion when I asked about the missing service. Then, she skipped the manicure prep and went straight to filing my nails (and skin) then dipping. She made 4 of my fingers bleed and 8 of the 10 beds/cuticles are now red and inflamed. When my friend asked her why she didn't do the prep, she said its done after the nails are completed...???? I am no nail artist, but I know proper prep is everything when it comes to nail work and cleanliness. I left with short, dipped too many time nails and stay inflamed bed/cuticles. 100% won't be going back. read more

So I decided to get a pedicure yesterday evening because it's been a while and treat yo self. I used to come here a few years ago and loved my experience. Yesterday night, however, was just a little less than okay. The nail tech was very friendly and greeted me but as soon as I dipped my feet in the tub, I almost screeched. It was hotter than what I was comfortable with and not a relaxing feeling at all. I let her know of this and she responded back saying that it wasn't hot...I was surprised at her response because usually any tech would just dial it down a bit to meet my comfort but she just was adamant about it. She even told her coworkers that it wasn't hot, but the one next to her noticed how uncomfortable I was and just told her to lower the temperature. So the whole entire time, I was sort of angry at the fact that she responded to a customer's concern that way. Honestly didn't deserve a tip but I did anyway because I'm not a heathen. I feel like it's a well known fact that everyone's different. One can be heat sensitive and one may like boiling hot water. Anyway, I don't think I'll come back anytime soon or just request someone different because that experience made me feel uncomfortable and I used to think so highly of their customer service. read more

Tim has provided excellent service and done a great job on both my pedicure and dip powder manicure. I'll definitely keep coming back.
