I haven't been to KP Nails Plus in a few years so I couldn't wait to stop in and get a pedicure. When I walked in, I couldn't help but notice how beautifully renovated the nail spa was. The new lighting and upgrades made the spa look really nice. I was pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked in. I made an appointment for Noon on a Saturday and I only had to wait a few minutes before heading back to the pedicure area. As soon as I sat in the massage chair, I was given a book of nail colors along with the list of pedicure prices to choose from. I chose the Signature Spa Pedicure with the Paraffin Wax. The pedicure felt amazing and I always love the massage chairs, it was very relaxing. The whole pedicure took about an hour and it was a great experience from start to finish. Went here from a friend's recommendation! Extremely pleased with how my nails came out! The staff was all smiles and super sweet. They offered me free water, juice, or soda. Their color selection is widely ranged and they offer a variety of services and spas. I was just looking for chrome mani and pedi and I was happy to find another nail tech that could do it well! I found this nail salon just looking thru my next door neighborhood app. Lots of people recommended this nail salon so I decided to check it out. Love the fact that it's super close to home too. Walked in on a Thursday and was glad it was packed and there wasn't a wait. My daughter and I picked out colors and got seated immediately. The nail salon looked fairly new and by some other reviews I read people said they just recently renovated and changed the chairs. The chairs were definitely comfy and I was able to get a back massage the entire time I was getting my pedi done. My service was great and super relaxing. My technician took her time doing my nails and massaging me which is very much appreciated. I hate getting my nails done and feeling rushed like they just wanna get me out of there so they can help the next customer. They also took their time with my daughter and talked to her to make sure she liked her nails. I think I found my new nail salon!! read more

I must have gotten my nails done by the wrong person in this salon because in no way did my gel manicure look anything like the photos posted. My pedicure was wonderful, that is the only reason for the Three Stars. The man who did my nails was fast and could have cared less about doing my nails. He didn't even buff them after filing. The polish was put on quickly and without care. It was not straight at the cuticle and some areas of the nail were missed. I didn't even paint close to the cuticle so now, a week later my gel looks super grown out. He wouldn't even clean up the polish he got on my skin, I had to ASK him to. And then when he didn't and it dried, he used a clippers to take it off my skin!!!! Who does that?! A lazy person is who. I do NOT recommend this place. I walked in before noon and was helped right away. I got a shellac manicure because I'm a nurse and my nails aren't the best honestly. Constantly using hand sanitizer and washing my hands really wear down my nails. Blue (nail tech) is phenomenal and really took the time to care for my nails. She's super sweet and we talked for a good bit. I don't normally get my nails done but I recommend carrying cash to tip because there wasn't an ATM inside and I did forget my cash. Terrible business. The nail tech was fantastic. The management terrible. I don't ever carry cash with me anymore, it's not safe too. So I go into this store for a pedicure, not knowing I needed cash. After the service was complete the manager informed me they don't have working internet to accept my debit card. . He then said, you can sit here and wait till we get signal. I said excuse me but I have appointments to keep. He was so nonchalant and shrugged me off. To top it off they had no ATM. After 45 minutes of waiting my sister finally met me there and paid for it. Worse place to ever go. Terrible terrible management. There are too many nail salons around to put up with this dudes bull. Never will I go back. Checked this salon out with a friend on Saturday (Oct 10th), it was both our first times there. My friend randomly invited me out to get our nails done and she had picked this place because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews it had and the photos of the nails that she saw online. We both were looking for a salon that we would feel confident in knowing that they would be able to do nail art/ designs and do them well- we were not let down at all here! We had an appt for 2pm but they were pretty busy and full so we did wait about 20-30 min before someone was free to do our nails but the wait was worth it! All the staff were extremely nice and friendly, especially the lady who did our nails (wish I got her name!) Ethan was super awesome, he finished up my coffin acrylic nail set and I am straight up in love with them! I had to go three times in 16 days after a full new set of nails kept popping off because the nail tech forgot to use primer the first time. Instead of starting new, she repaired and filled and the nails continued to pop off. Oh, and they charged me $20 for the polish on the repair. I got my money back for that and was told they would fix the nails. On the third visit, they wanted to charge me for the fill because the initial set was done 16 days prior. Unbelievable! I spent $160 in 2 months at this salon and they were rude and i accommodating nor apologetic. Never again. Oh, and when a business owner and staff in America can speak English to learn what happened, they absolutely shouldn't be communicating about your problem in their language in front of you. Don't spend your money here. They no longer post prices and it seems they make them up as they go along. read more

I had a great experience while I was there. I walked in greeted and sat right down. I got a pedicure and it was relaxing. The only problem is that the clear coat that was put on it wasn't put all on my nail so you can see where it wasn't at, a couple of toes it's only ok half the nail. I went in for a color change... the owner HANNAH came out and and interrupted my session with Desiree not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES to humiliate this tech... she had asked HANNAH's HUSBAND the price of a color Change prior to mine and HE GAVE HER THE WRONG PRICE, please notice I said HE provided Desiree the wrong information... rather than waiting until she was done with my nails, HANNAH , (did I mention she is the owner?) continued coming back and forth making smart remarks at Desiree, "price listed on paper, you not look?" Desiree said she asked him... HANNAH said "you not read? It listed on paper, you go look on paper"... again Desiree said she had asked him because she was doing the ladies nails... HANNAH THEN GETS THE "menu" for the salon and proceeds to SHOVE IT IN HER FACE WHILE SHE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF PAINTING MY NAILS and asked her, "you see the price? It say $20 for nail color change, you not read, it right here!" I was LIVID having to witness this!! An employee should NEVER chastise an employee to this level in front of a customer/client.... needless to say after I was done, I did let HANNAH KNOW how I felt before I left and i will NOT be going back... Best customer service I've had in a very long time. I walked in(for the first time) to have my nails reshaped from the last salon I went to and Ty took the very best care of me. He warned me it would be a slight wait because he was busy which was nice that he was upfront about.. especially since I just walked in with no appointment. He did a beautiful job and didn't want me to leave until I was happy and he was proud of his work. As far as pedicures go, this place is legit. I am barefoot 90% of my life, so whenever things start to get gnarly, this is my go to spot. You never need an appointment, its $25 for a regular or $35 for the deluxe which comparatively, is a lot cheaper than some of the places around here. They do a legitimately good job and are super kind people. The place is clean, they offer a number of services and are reasonably priced. Just remember, while they do accept credit cards, they do not allow you to tip on them, so bring some cash. read more
