He did a wonderful job shaping , cleaning and polishing my nails. I went with the gel , he did 3 coats of polish . I've never had anyone do 3 coats plus a top coat . She takes her time and never makes me feel rushed. I get my pedicures done from Paul. I am very sensitive with my feet and he knows to be very gentle when he is doing the corners. Disclaimer: This review will be long and thorough. I went into this 757 Nails today for the first time after passing by it venturing to YourPie for pizza a week or so ago. I went into the salon knowing exactly what I wanted. A full acrylic set with polish and a pedicure with polish. (I was getting dip powder at another salon but prenatal vitamins mixed with being due in about two weeks, I was tired of paying $50.00 elsewhere for a dip set every two weeks and then popping off or growing out halfway through.) Keep in mind, I'm not super picky about my nails. The salon itself was nice, quiet, clean and surprisingly didn't smell super strongly of nail products. Mimi did my pedicure and I have to say it was the best pedicure I've ever gotten. She took her time and actually got ALL the dead skin off my feet. My polish came out smooth and she even took the time to clean around the nail bed with a acetone soaked brush. The nails look amazing and my feet feel great! Paul did my nails. He took his time taking off the dip powder I had and for the first time in a long time, I didn't feel like my nails were destroyed after the removal. He took the time to make sure my tips were on straight and also took his time applying my acrylic and painting them. This is the first time I've gotten polish on-top of acrylic and had it look smooth and shiny, without any lines, ridges or bumps. They also threw in a free eyebrow wax which they have a special for if you spend $50. You can tell that the manager, Paul, and the other nail techs really care about their customers. I wasn't treated like the usual walk-in guest but like I had been going there for years. Paul charged $41 for a gel fill with no manicure and one nail repair. He asked me where my nails were done before this and he kept talking poorly about them and the business while shaking his head and huffing/puffing. I recommend Luxe Nails in Red Mill as the place is actually nice/classy unlike this one and their prices are normal. It's stated on their website $25 for gel fill and $4 for repair. Also, just saw him respond to someone asking about powder dips and he said that and a manicure are $40 lol seems like he just tries to plot on people he can screw. Won't be back read more

I took my 4yo niece for her first pedi ever and these rude Rude RUDE people split us up even though there were chairs by each other and set us in DRY pedi chairs for 16 minutes before they even put water in hers leaving Me with none. DO NOT GO HERE! I came here to have my nail repaired, they ask me to make an appointment because they were short staffed. I said okay and came back later on. I've been here before and it wasn't the greatest. But I decided to give them another try, for something minor. After entering the nail salon I told them what my services were. They asked me to pick a color so I did. After discussing prices, I asked why they were higher than before meaning as advertised? They made up an excuse, saying that because my nails are longer then they must charge more. I said okay, that should be advertised (prices may vary). Then this male gentleman asked if I had been there before and I said yes. I have come before .I told him yes, he asked if my husband brought me a gift card? I asked him " what does that matter" ? He said " we cannot help you" because you wrote a bad review! I said, your reviews are based on your service and since you are refusing servicing me as a customer then I want my money back for the unused portion of my gift card! He said okay and proceeded to the register. Then he paused and said it must go back on your credit card. I told him my husband has the card and why would I have his card? He insisted that was the only way to refund me my money. Then the lady working said just give her the money so she can leave. What the heck! Lesson, if writing a review to this place and they know about it they will refuse your service. Not try and make it right. Further, gift cards are non refundable so make sure you want to work with them. I took a picture and this is the same person making jokes as I left the building. Support these people at your own risk! I don't believe this is a black or white issue but just decency in customer service. To be honest with you, I don't get manicures or pedicures. What I do get is waxing. I have been coming here for 10 years and they had a very talented girl that did my waxing at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately for me she moved to Ohio. I can't blame her for leaving by no means. But every since she left, the work has been good, very little wait time. But the charge has been all over the board although I get the very same service each time. This is where this place looses a star from me, and I have had the same 2 ladies do the same service each time. I have been charged anywhere from $17.00 to $40.00 for the same service. I came here with my daughter, sister-in-law and niece for a mani, pedi, and waxing over the holidays. My child and I started off with the waxing while my niece her mom started off with the mani-pedi's. In a situation like getting Manicures, most people pay before the service so the nails can fully dry nicely without messing their nails up. My sister-in-law paid, received their service and as we walked out the door, I asked them how they liked it. Man, could I hear the crickets! Once we left the parking lot, they let me know that they were not pleased at all. Me being sensitive to things like that made me feel terrible about their service. So this is the 4th and last time going to 757, my first and second time were pretty good. Then came my third visit, a child could have painted my nails better. So today when I went a man did my nails.... he was rude and rough. He kept looking over a the technician beside him correcting everything she did. Never once did he do anything to my cuticles, I still have the shavings from where he filed my nails stuck in the nail polish. Went in for a pedicure and was taken right away. I called prior to going in and was told a gel pedicure was $26. The basic pedicure was fine, but they pushed the cuticle so far back on my toes I was bleeding. When I was finished I got up to the counter and was charged double the price. $46 for a basic pedicure that left my feet sore and bleeding.
