TH Nails located in a strip center at the corner of Dam Neck Road & London Bridge Road, has always been my go to salon for a Pedicure. The salon is consistently clean and organized, and the staff is both friendly and professional. They offer a variety of pedicure options for adults, as well as dedicated chairs for kids' pedicures. I typically get the Fire & Ice Pedicure, which includes a cooling gel treatment and a hot stone massage. All services also include a complimentary beverage, such as wine, beer, or a non-alcoholic drink. Please note that they only accept cash tips, they do have an on-site ATM and accept Venmo or other electronic options for convenience if needed. I highly recommend TH Nails if you are looking for a relaxing pedicure experience. read more

By far my da favorite nail spot! The owner is amazing and so far everyone who I has done my service has been great. My nail tech today was my least fave but he was still nice he rushed a lil and forgot to do the massage part lol however my friend said her lady was too massage friendly I guess we should of switched hahahaha Ill love that they offer all kinds of specials and you even get a free mimosa or sprite while you get pampered Definitely follow them on Facebook to keep up with the specials like Chinese new year or the great Stella rose giveaway at Christmas read more

I've been doing my own nails for about 3 months, but I needed to get my nails done before my trip to Cali. I couldn't get in with my usual tech so I yelped it. I found TH and was persuaded by their drink menu that compliments their services. I love to be pampered with a glass of wine. I was seated promptly for my appointment and showed the tech what I was looking for, she kindly paired me with another tech more experienced with my shape and design needs. Micheal did an excellent job with my long almond French tip set and white gel pedicure. I love my current shop but TH is a strong #2 for me. read more

Tiffany is the best nail tech! She's my go to, always so patient with me (my indecisiveness) when choosing a color. I did take two stars off as there was one lady that complained because I was trying too many different colors and "wasting" nail polish... when I was literally just doing a swatch on my nail. Didn't even paint the entire nail. Wasn't her place to say anything, nor was it her business as I wasn't her client. Other than that, I will keep coming back to see Tiffany! read more

I love having my brows done by Abbie! She is attentive, takes her tome and consistently asks for feedback as she works. I always leave her feeling relaxed and looking better! read more

Quick, friendly, and amazing! First 3 words that come to mind when I think of my recent experience here. Ethan filled in my acrylic nails and did a fantastic job! I only had like 50 minutes to get my nails done before I had to be back to work and he was able to get me done quickly and my nails look amazing! Perfect shape, size, and color! With the location being so close to work, I'll be back for sure!! read more

TH nails came highly recommended from a coworker, so I decided I would give it a try. I arrived without an appointment and they were still accommodating. TH nails offers not only nail services they offer, pedicures, waxing, lashes, and massages being that it was my birthday I decided to treat myself and get a massage, powder dip nails, and a pedicure. This was my first time here when I arrived I was greeted right away. It reminded me of a spa check in. At the current time they are offering you to pick a red envelope when you get a service due to Chinese new year. I thought that was really cute. My day started with a 30 minute massage which was really relaxing honestly I think I should've had that at the end to wrap up everything. If I had to write the massage, I would give the massage a nine out of 10 and the only reason why I wouldn't give them a 10 is because honestly it's my own fault I should of done 60 minutes instead of 30! After my massage I had my pedicure. Honestly, the pedicure did not live up to my expectation. The pedicure felt rushed. The water was not really warm. I really felt like the girl was rushing through my pedicure. She really did not talk to me. I try to make conversation with her but she was not talking to me, there was a woman that came in after me to get her pedicure and someone else did it and her pedicure was a lot longer than mine. After I got home and I took a better look at my feet I noticed that she really did not do my heels that well and some of my nails on my toes were still rough like they weren't filed good enough. On my big toes she did not get the corners that well where you usually get ingrown toenails so for me, I would have to give the pedicure a five out of 10. On to my nails Tina was my nail technician. Tina was very friendly. She made great conversation while doing my nails. I showed Tina a picture of what I was looking to do and informed her that she didn't have to do exactly that but if she can do something in that same design concept, Tina nailed it I would highly recommend her my nails look amazing. They are the perfect length just like I like them. I would definitely recommend Tina for my nails. I would give her a 10 out of 10. read more

Started out as 5 stars, but.... Their level of service is evident even upon making reservations. The website is user-friendly, they break down categories of services (lashes. Massages, mani pedi, etc). And what each service entails. You can even select from a long list of staff categorized by male or female and of course by name. It is very clear what they charge for each service which is great since the nail place which I normally go to, while friendly and all, always has different prices seemingly every time! When you arrive it feels like a mini hotel lobby with a counter to check in, even with where you sign in with your phone number and register for first time with email address. There is a hand sanitizer placed on a narrow pedestal in the middle of the foyer. You are then greeted, asked if you have appointment and then asked to pick your color based on regular or gel polish. Then you're asked to go to (assigned) chair. The manicure/pedicure area is spacious and open. There are 3 TV monitors within view regardless of where you are seated. 1980's 1990's songs are playing over the PA system. They offer mimosas for each service, even for basic pedicure. For a time period now until Chinese New Year of the Dragon, they advertised on their Yelp website that you get a red envelope with crisp bills of $1, $5, etc and a lucky coin which gives you special discount - let's see if they will remember to give me what is advertised! They did NOT - not 5 stars Now I have been seated and the service was okay, I was bothered a bit by the constant coughing that my technician (don't want to reveal name here) had, she didn't pause to sip water or take cough drop, just didn't feel sanitary that I was in such close proximity. For that, it's definitely NOT 5 stars. Then towards the end, I was charged $38 when after all the praise I had about great detailed info about services and price, I got the spa pedicure listed as $33 so not sure where the $38 came from. Definitely NOT 5 stars. read more

This was my first time getting my nails done at a salon and honestly it was really good. I always worry about doing it in case they don't do the color right, or the acrylic ends up too thick, but Yvette gave me exactly what I asked for and did a fantastic job. Also got an aromatherapy massage that was very nice as well. The only thing I'll say is that I wasn't told while getting the nails there was going to be an up charge for what I wanted. I wish that was expressed more because I only brought a certain amount with me today. However, I blame myself for that more than anything. But I'll definitely be coming back eventually and asking for Yvette, amazing little place. read more

DO NOT WALK-- RUN to go see Jasha at TH Nails. J is amazing, her nails are beautiful. She's a great nail tech that takes the time to do an amazing job. I saw her at a different shop and when she moved I also moved. I recommend everyone go see her. Her designs are well done, her shaping is on point. She is gentle with the crooked, baby fingers. I was the last appointment for the day, I got to watch them clean everything and deep clean the foot spas. The shop itself is super cute, kid friendly, clean, and they have free mimosas. I don't usually do reviews but here I am due to disappointment. This happened a month ago but i didn't get a chance to write one until now. I scheduled the latest appointment they have due to my work schedule. The tech seems in a rush which I understand, it might've been a long day and she might want to go home BUT I still paid in FULL with additional $25 for the "design" My fault too as I left the salon without completely checking my nails. Even if I did, the salon closes at 7, the same time she finished my nails. I also have to drive the next day at 5am for my trip so I'm not really trying to stay there forever as I live an hour away (i had to try this place as I'm seeing a lot of good reviews, so I did the drive) The next day - one of the nails chipped. I reached out through Whatsapp, they responded the day after but I was out of town. I saw the reply and I responded when I got back which was a week after. After that, i didn't hear back anything from the salon. I am posting the nail inspo VS what I got. read more

The staff are very friendly and nice. They are so considerate, they fixed my appointment for me so I don't have to come back.

Ended up walking in here to waste some time. Not saying my poor feet couldn't use a pedicure. I got the fire and ice one. I thought she did a great job! Tons of color choices. And I went with a sparkly red. You do get one alcoholic beverage with the nail service. They do have a cute little kids area and if you want, you can do a kids party here. But I digress, I came here for an adult! I'm glad they were able to walk me in. The water was nice and hot. They put a bonnet looking thing in there so that seemed pretty clean. Maybe one metal utensil was used and let's hope it was sterilized. I have to admit, I wasn't paying attention cuz I was too busy looking at my phone and enjoying the massage chair. It definitely looks like a bunch of people can make an appointment at the same time. The place is really big! Somehow, it doesn't smell like normal nail salons. It just smells like a regular establishment. I thought my nails looked good. I didn't feel rushed and she did a good job cleaning up my feet. Just a heads up, cash only for the tip! It looks like some people have PayPal, venmo, cash app you can tip with. And they also have an ATM. I definitely would consider hosting a kid party here. They also do kids spa packages as well. I did see a massage room but ain't nobody got time for that! read more

I have been getting my nails done by Tina for a few years. She is phenomenal and I only like going to her for my finger nails. My go-to, at her suggestion, is pink and white ombré but I've had different colors and a few designs. She is quite talented. I've gotten pedicures by different techs and have not been disappointed. They treat my girls well when they come with me for a special treat. The business is professionally managed and they value their customers. Every employee is kind, attentive, and professional. I will continue to visit TH Nails and highly recommend them. read more

Today was my first time visiting Lilly at TH Nails & Day Spa for an acrylic fill with gel polish. I had to repair four nails that had broken off and the total cost of the manicure was still fairly priced at $50. On my quest to find a salon that doesn't nickel and dime you at every corner, I think I'll be frequenting TH Nails for awhile. Everyone was nice inside and they even started my service 15 minutes early, which was actually even before the salon official opened. I really appreciated that! Clean salon with online booking make it a great option in the heavily populated nail salon offerings of Virginia Beach. read more

I started coming here because my favorite nail tech Gwen started working here recently after maternity leave. She's the best. I live all the way in Grassfield Chesapeake and drive all the way over here to see her. This place is clean and pretty bougie. You get complimentary drinks (wines, mimosas, etc.). They also do lashes and offer massages in another part of the spa. Very quiet, relaxing and everyone is welcoming. read more

Started out great...I was appreciative that they opened earlier than posted time and agreed to take me for a pedicure. I chose my color, the nice man from the front desk set me up with warm water for my feet to soak in while I waited for the tech, and a free mimosa! This is the only reason I'm giving a 1 star...I'd even go as far as half a star if I could. The tech came shortly thereafter and started. This isn't my first pedicure, and it did feel like she was rushing. I watched at she cut my nails with a nail cutter, but didn't file them smooth. She sort of pushed my cuticles and cleaned them off, but I noticed she didn't do it for each toe. She started painting my nails and I noticed that it wasn't really smooth. I let this all slide, giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she knew better and was going to pull out the stops at the end. All of the sudden, my flip flops were going on and she was taking my credit card. I got into my car and looked at the work. Horrible. If I wanted nail polish THROWN onto my nails, I could've asked my 5 year old stepdaughter, instead of going to a "professional." I couldn't even go back inside to complain because I had to get home to my 2 year old and my 1 month old. It's so sad that this is the first time in a REALLY long while that I was able to get away for a second to get some self care in, and this is what happened. I felt so guilty leaving my husband with my kids too...if I knew this is what was going to happen, I would've totally skipped the terrible feeling of guilt just to get this half-@$$ pedicure that wasn't even worth it. I would not recommend and I would not go back. By the way, the tech's name is Lisa. read more
