All I can say. FINALLY! I found a place the fits my needs when it comes to feeling satisfied how my feet should be treated. I was ify because I have been searching for a long time. Always leaving an establishment completely disappointed. Not today. Totally worth spending the money and extra tip. It's located at the Kroger Plaza next to Sally's. Plenty of lot parking. They keep there tools sanitized and clean. So I had no worries there. I did there package 4 which including a hot stone massages and botanical lotion. I was looking for a new nail shop and someone recommend i go to Diamond Nails to see Van. I walked in Van was not there another tech called her and she arrived in 3 minutes. Van was amazing she did my nails and another tech (sorry i don't know her name) painted my nails. I was able to show them a picture of what I wanted from Pinterest and they made it happen. I've been coming here for the past 6 or so years. I moved away but I always come back to visit Van. She's the sweetest and listens to your requests. By far this is the only place I've found that's reasonably prices and yet the work is amazing. I am actually comparing this to the Washington DC nail salons. If you are expecting a fancy place with crystal Chandeliers this is not the place for you . However , if you are expecting great service and quality work at a very reasonable price, this is the place to go. I will I can take Van with me! Edges are uneven with some of my own nail exposed. Love gel polish but their polishing is not that great. Again, edges are left exposed and if you ask for them to fix it they get upset and start talking about you in their language. On my latest fill in the lady used super glue for lifting areas instead of clipping and filing. I mentioned this and she told me " I do my job". Well, as a matter of fact, they are my nails and my money I pay you with so I would like my nails done accordingly. I always tip, hoping they'll do better next time but they do not care. I like to relax when I treat myself to getting my nails done but this place gives me anxiety. Horrible lumps and clumps! read more

I absolutely love this place! They always accommodate my friends and I getting our nails done together and let us sit as close as possible. They also gave us all a disco by card to use for the holidays last year and still allow us to use it! They remember us when we come in and are personable! I am also able to stop in on my one hour lunch break and they will do a gel mani in about 30 mins for me so I still have time to grab food! The actual office is a little dated, but all the tools and such are clean! I am partial to this place due to the service and will wait to return instead of going elsewhere! read more

So this is my first year getting acrylic nails and I LOVE this place. The people are so nice and it's not overpriced, last time i went they even saved our number in there system because they give points so the third time we went we got ten dollars off. My nails always look nice. I went for the first time and got them done and they were great, no chipping, very durable. A month or two later i went to a different place to get them refilled because it was my friends go to place, they did an awful job refilling them and it was a nail place with a lot of fancy stuff so you'd think they'd do good. Me and 3 of my girlfriends went in here for a pedicure and none of us had a good experience. They were a bit busy which is understandable but but none of us had acceptable pedis. One of my friends first came in to see if they could accommodate us because we had just left a much nicer place that had an hour long wait. She said she wanted a basic pedicure. The rest of us wanted something a little more but the nail tech didn't ask us before she stated working on our feet. When I asked if I could get a Spa pedi she said our friend told her that we all wanted the basic one and that it was too late for me to get a spa pedi because she had already started. She was 5 mins into my pedi!! What kind of person doesn't want to make more money!! Any way she finished my pedi in 15 mins. Barely did anything to my feet!! And didn't even file my nails!! The other tech that worked on two of my 3 friends was worse. They kept having to tell her to go back and re-do things. Once we pay the $25 for our basic pedis my tech apologizes that we didn't have a good experience and proceeds to tell on e of my friends that if she wants a better pedi to make an appointment next time! Needless to say we were pretty appalled. Will no be returning to this place! read more

The some of people are nice but the quality of work is horrible. I had to go back because my acrylic was chipping before I got home. I was CHARGED to have them repaired bc the person who originally did them went home early. I also had my eyebrows waxed... THE ABSOLUTE WORST JOB EVER. It took a few weeks to grow back in.
