    Pedicure

My wife came in for a fill and I got a pedicure. It was awesome and the technician really knew how to properly take care of my feet. Will definitely be back soon!!!

My eyebrow that Tiffany burned while waxing

My daughters and I went to get our nails and pedicures at Envy. Overall the customer service wasn't the greatest but it also wasn't the worse. The lady who did my pedicure, which I can't remember her name was kind of rude. She kept rolling her eyes and was on her phone the entire pedicure. My daughters nails turned out ok but they didn't get what they asked for. Tiffany did my nails and she cut me to where I was bleeding. The lady also cut my daughters fingers to where she was bleeding . Tiffany did my eyebrows and it burned so bad. I've never in over 20 years had my eyebrows waxed and it burned like this. When I told her it was burning really bad, she basically ignored me and kept doing what she was doing. On my drive home they were burning even worse as if they were on fire. No exaggeration! Instead of going to the store, I came home and under my eyebrows on both side had red marks that looked like burns with the skin ripped off. I called the salon and explained to them what happened they put me on hold and then hung up. Called back again and in so many words told me there's nothing they can do and again hung up! I put aloe on the burns to try to soothe them. The next day my eye lids and eyebrows were so swollen and bruised! I mean it looked crazy and scary at the same time!! It took 6 days for it to begin to look better and for the swelling to go down. After spending almost $300 and the lack of care of the service provided, I can assure you I will never EVER return! It was extremely unprofessional and I'm not asking for a full refund. A apology or a incline to care would have been nice. The picture included is after 5 days when the swelling started to go down. Oh and let me not forget she messed up my eyebrows and made them uneven and skinny!! Never again!! Edit update: me and my daughter has several nails completely lifted after less than a week later.

Tom did my nails and honestly I'm so satisfied. I'm definitely coming back! I really don't trust new ppl on my nails but I didn't want to book a flight just to fly back home so my friend brought me here. I came in with a full set ombré (that I previously had done back home) and he did a fill and a cut down. I just loved the way they came out. Plus it was only $35 which is really reasonable. Also everyone is sweet in here and if you want a good laugh, go to Tom! Ps wasn't asked to write this nor was I offered anything. Just trying to help the next sista out who doesn't want to fly home to get their nails done

Trish was absolutely fantastic! I stopped in on a whim because it was close by work and traffic was awful getting home and I am so glad I did! Trish constantly asked if I liked what she did, never complained about me asking her to file my nails a little more, and took extra care with my real nails when I told her they were thin. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back to see Trish!

I have come here a handful of times and have never left disappointed! Today Lena did my nails and she did such an amazing job. She was so friendly, professional and talented! I will definitely be returning for my next mani pedi!

    My french dip by Ty!

This shop has excellent safety procedures in place during this temporary time. I was quite impressed mostly by Ty who did my nail dip. He was very professional and kind just chatting and explaining the new procedure of "dipping" to me. He is excellent! If you are in town and need some nail services ask for Ty! Great salon that has excellent service and procedures in place for your safety!

    Gel lifting a week later.

This place has gone downhill and 26MAY19 was the last time I'll visit. On the 24th I requested via the FB appointment scheduler for an appt. on Memorial Day. They were closed, makes sense, no problem! They asked what date I would like to reschedule and I requested the 26th. They told me not to make an appt. and come on in. Because I had other things going on, I chose to go to Envy at 1200, got there 5 minutes after opening. At that point there was already a 25 minute wait. Patiently I sat there, assuming they had no appt. slots and that's why they didn't let me make one. I watched at least 2 women walk in, be told there's an hour wait, and made them appts. for later that day. I'm irritated at this point because I would have taken any appointment slot, why couldn't I make one when I initially requested? This would have been worth it except the male manicurist I had acted too good to even look at or talk to me. He rushed through my manicure, left my arms sore a day later, didn't use cuticle oil, half-ass lotioned my arms and sent me on my way. Now a week later the gel is lifting on one of my fingers, and I've NEVER had this issue. My gel manicures tend to last 2-3 weeks, a month if I'm busy (though grown out). I left a review on FB and not a single response aside from my friend that noticed my review. This is unacceptable. I'm glad you guys remodeled and the place looks gorgeous now, but your customer service is not. I'm very disappointed, as you guys were my go to.

Green bacteria under the nail. I've never had this happen until now
    Laura H.

My nails have this disgusting green bacteria after having my nails done here. Even though I'm 5 hours away - 5 days later- they wanted me to come in so they can see it. Never told me what to do to get rid of it- just 'take the nails off'- no kidding. I've never had any problem with my nails at any salon ever. I want a refund as no one pays to get a bacteria. I will have to buy something to get rid of the bacteria and not have my nails done for how long? I have no idea. I highly suggest not going here.

Trish always does a great job and has great attention to detail, making sure the nails are even on both hands and that there are no blemishes when getting the dip manicure.

I was specifically intrigued by their beer baths, and after researching the benefits, I decided to try one. I initially attempted to book online, but while the site mentioned a 50% deposit, it required 100% payment upfront, so I called to finalize the reservation. I used a 20% discount since it was my first-time booking. I decided to schedule the Brewing Calm Immersion, my session included 20 minutes in the sauna, a 60-minute massage, and a 60-minute soak. When I arrived, the owner greeted me and showed me my bath soak options: Hops Brew, Barley Blend, or Chai soak. I decided to try the hops brew which was a blend of hops, brewers yeast, malt, oats and Epsom salt. I also chose Eucalyptus, my favorite aromatherapy, for the diffuser used during my bath. After that I selected my drink from a selection of beer, wine and non-alcoholic options, which was also served during my bath. After making all my selections, I was escorted to a private room where, I changed into the robe and slippers they provided. They also provide access to Lockers with keys for you to secure your valuables.   My Experience  Sauna- Before entering they gave me a cup of ice water. I love the fact that I had the ability to adjust the temperature and lighting. However I wished there was some music in the background because sitting in silence for 20 minutes felt very long. Massage- I found the massage relaxing; however, the Pressure was hit or miss and I also feel like certain areas were neglected like my feet and head. Beer bath/soak - My favorite part of the day.  They pre-steeped the brew so the ingredients were already activated. I was originally concerned that the bath water wasn't going to be warm enough but I had 100% control of the temperature. When you enter the room they already have music playing and I had the ability to change the genre if I wanted. They also provide you with 2 large ice cube for you to massage your face and cool you down if you get too hot. After they get you all set up they dim the lights which was the final step in setting the relaxing mood. The Soaking tub was huge and I was just sinking into it. Loved, loved, loved it! Overall I truly enjoyed my time spent & experience at Pint and Peace. I would absolutely recommend stopping in for a day of pampering and I am looking forward to returning for another soak. This was a great kick off to my birthday month of self-care.

We did the sauna treatment, 60 minute massage, and bath and it was AMAZING! When we arrived, we got to choose our bath treatment - there were 3 options. Since I've never had a beer bath, that was what I chose. We also got the option of tea, wine, beer, or water for our bath. We also got to choose an essential oil for the diffuser during our bath. After making our choices, we changed into robes and went into the sauna. From there, we got 60 minute massages, and mine was AMAZING! I asked for firm pressure, and that's exactly what I got! After our massages, it was bath time. It was really neat because the treatment is actually in a bag that you put into the tub. It isn't beer but the dry ingredients that go into beer I'm guessing. I loved that they cut off the big lights and there's the option of a small switch light. There is also meditation music and the diffuser that adds to the relaxation. They also give you 2 big ice cubes to use on your face, neck, or just to simply cool the water if needed. I used on my face, and it felt SO good. I like that we had our baths in separate rooms but were able to move the sliding divider in the wall if we wanted so that we could still talk to each other! This was a 2 hour experience and I would definitely do it again. It was the perfect way to relax with a friend or take some time to yourself for a little self care!
