First time at this nail salon and it is by far one of my best experiences! The staff is friendly and it's very welcoming here. My nail artist Anthony is the best! He'll have you laughing the whole time he's doing your nails. If you want clean, professional and entertaining nail service, he's the go to !
Update 8/30/19- still love this place 3 years later, now I get the dip powder and I get excellent manis and pedis. Been coming for at least 3 years, usually for acrylic and gel polish. Today I tried a color changing (glow in dark) gold glitter nail, new powder they use on acrylic. SO sparkly and pretty! I never have to wait long to get my nails done and they are ALWAYS efficient and quick in their processes. Excellent customer service as well. Anthony has done my nails the last couple of times, they look amazing but all of the staff do a GREAT job!
Yen is hands down the best nail technician!! Super personable, very attentive to detail. I've been going to her for over two years and she never disappoints!

I recent moved here from California and I was in search of a new nail spot. I looked on yelp and saw good reviews about NailPro. Went in at 9 am when they opened and Anthony took me right away. He was very sweet. Asked him for the ombré almond shape and he nailed it it's exactly what I wanted for my birthday. I would definitely recommend going to NailPro and asking for Anthony. He was kind and honest which I like. Next time getting a pedicure!!
Great Experience! This was my first time here. I was immediately greeted and was looking for a manicure and pedicure. I got the basic manicure and the Hot Stone Pedicure. Linda was great! She listened to every need or comment I had. She was clean, neat and thorough. I was there for over two hours and was extremely satisfied with my results. I will definitely be back.

If you are all about indulging in a spa pedicure, this is the place to come. They have multiple spa pedis to pick from---come in, relax, let them rub your legs, coat them in salt scrub, dip them in paraffin, wrap them in hot towels, massage your calves with hot stones...yeah, this is the kind of pedi I want when I get my toes done. I was so excited with my little trip in here, I left a lasting impression...as I went combing through all the polishes, I had a few in my hand and I went to show them to my girlfriend. Then, in classic Troy form, of course, one of the polishes slips out of my hands and busts all over the floor--guess I'm not getting that color! I was so embarrassed but they were very nice about it. I guess I am that unforgettable customer now. Might I suggest just sitting down and just having them bring you their palette of gel polish colors--they have more gel colors than I have ever seen anywhere. This is much safer than taking the risk of another clumsy moment like I had. They do walkins or appts--in fact, me and 2 of my girlfriends walked in at once and they were easily able to accommodate us, and we even got to site side by side. What is even more awesome is that they are open 7 days a week. With my crazy work schedule, I am couldn't be more happy to have time on a Sunday to get my toes done at a real nail salon that isn't in the mall. They offer other services too, which I tried to get a snapshot of, so check it out. I know they do waxing, massages, etc. I am totally sold on Nail Pro. Have fun ladies!
Very nice and professional and quality job. This is my third time getting a pedicure here. Today I got the Pearl Spa Pedicure which includes hot stone massage & paraffin wax. I had Yen today who was great. She asked what my name was and addressed me by my name instead of just saying please put your foot in the water she would say "Kim you can put your foot in the water" just a little personal touch that made it a better experience. My mom also came with me and loved it. The pedicure seats are all massage chairs. The salon is very clean. I also had my eyebrows waxed there and they did a great job. When going, make sure you have cash for tip. They have an ATM that has a high fee.

I wish I could give this place a higher review because the people are nice but the service just isn't there for me. The one and only person who understood me, shaped my nails well, & applied the Polish perfectly was Jon. I've been here about four times now and the last time I was there I got my eyebrows done and they ripped the wax off in a way that's left a scab above my left eye. Also this is the only nail salon that I've been to that cuticle care/removal is an extra service... that's disappointing. Over all the nail service is mediocre & I'll never get another wax from here again.
4 stars because I only had one service. Walked in on a early Sunday morning, intentionally avoiding the crowd. Acknowledged immediately by a nail technician who was with a client. I let the tech know I needed an acrylic fill. The tech pointed out the gel colors, turned into a booklet, way more organized than those key chain style nail sticks that some salons use. The technician that would be doing my fill, took a look at my nails, asked what I would like and immediately got to work. Vigorously sanding off the old polish, a buff, filed to a more almond shape, 3 coats and I was out of there. $34 dollars because I paid Credit,5% off if you use cash on services over $25. I'll be back for my pedi! read more

I've been going to Nail Pro and Anthony has done my nails for many many years. I have never had anybody do my nails as good as Anthony can I bring him pictures off of Pinterest and he does the design just like the picture! But as far as I'm concerned, he's a magician and can work his magic on any set of nails!!! read more

I went in today with one of my finger nails chipped extremely bad on the side. I try to veer away from false nails so instead of having to put a false nail on we went with a coffin shaped nail. We stuck to SNS dip and I didn't want the typical pink and white so we did a light off white top w a solid white tip and i love it. Yen always takes her time and does a great job doing my nails. read more

The nail lady I had for many years moved out of the area so I had to find a new salon. I have spent months with no success and unhappy until today. For some reason gel nail polish has never stayed on my nails for longer than 1 week with out chipping so I have started to use SNS gel powder. Not many salons do it but the few I have recently visited did a terrible job. Today, I went into Nailpro and had the pleasure of having Tim as my nail tech. Let's just say... I have found my new nail tech! He did such a great job with my nails, I can't stop smiling! My nails look amazing. They look so natural and perfect. Not to thick and not to thin. I will definitely be back and will recommend him to everyone that compliments my nails! I am so happy:) read more

I ALWAYS go to this salon. I get full sets and share pedi times with my boyfriend! They really take their time to get to know clients individually, they take their time to make sure their work is done right, and they TAKE THEIR TIME to fix their mistakes without complaints! I rarely ever have any issues with my nails cracking or breaking within a 2 week timeframe, nor do I EVER suffer from nail damage! Their products have shown to nourish my nails and I've experienced beautiful growth. I'm always happy when I leave NailPro. read more

I've been here twice now. I just moved to the area and needed to find a new salon. I went somewhere else and was sitting there not being helped so I left and came here. So glad I did! The first time a man who's name I cannot remember did my nails. He was very kind and patient. He asked me through the entire process of what I would like better and gave me several options. The second time the owner Anthony did my nails and he was amazing. When I walked in everyone was with a customer so I waited. It was no more than five minutes before I was seated and being worked on. Anthony talked to me and asked me through the process if everything was okay and if there was anything else he could do. I did a colored glitter acrylic powder tip with clear nails and they turned out amazing! I will definitely be coming back for however long I am in the area! This place knows their stuff! read more

Had a great experience getting my nails done here! My boyfriend and I decided to get pedicures, and I had a shellac manicure as well. It was his first pedicure, and I think I have convinced him to get more done. I feel as if we had the star treatment done, and we didn't even get the most expensive package! We definitely will be back! read more

I wrote this review about 5 months ago after just finding Nail Pro. Well, I have an appointment tomorrow night for my fill. I've been going to this place faithfully since I found it. I'm still sooo happy with my nails. I've not had even one break or lift. They look so real, feel real, and yes...... I'm even able to scratch because they are thin. You know what I mean... Don't you just hate it when you get nails and they're so thick they feel like clubs on the end of your fingers? Yea... This is the best nail place I've found in 3 states. Still love em! **I will say this though, their selection of polish is sad, no good colors-so bring your own. read more

Yen is my go to girl and she does an absolute amazing job including designs for occasions and holiday seasons. Men - Don't bother with this place. $11 extra charge just because of your gender. Just because I am a guy I have to get paraffin treatment on my feet? Additionally, the one star is because the technician didn't even remove the protective clear coat from my last pedicure or offer to do it this time. Will be contacting my credit card for a refund as management at this place doesn't care if you don't like their service as evidenced from the signs at the register and on the door. read more

Tried this place and dip for the first time and they started chipping at the top after just 3 days. I expected dip to last even longer than a normal manicure and think it's pretty ridiculous it started chipping after that short of a time. For the price of dip I was expecting it to last at least two weeks and I'm extremely disappointed. One of my hands was also a bit bubbly after. Would not recommend at all and not sure I would try any other service after getting the dip nails. This is the nails after 6 days. read more

Hadn't really found a place where I felt a review was warranted. This place deserves a review. I arrived at 1230 on a Saturday and left 2 hours later very pleased. No wait at all( I was prepared to wait as I had no appointment) I was seated for a pedicure and decided on number 3. There are several options. My nails are now all the same length and shaped nicely. The treatment included a salt scrub, cucumber mask, hot towels, hot paraffin wax and the best part a lovely foot and leg massage. The treatment lasted an hour, it was heaven. Then I went to the front for my new nails. I was given several options on type and length, shape. They turned out lovely. At checkout if you pay with cash , you get a discount. Omg !! This by far was the best nail salon experience, I've ever had. I walked in with old, brittle and thick nails. The owner Anthony took very good care of me, suggested I should get a new set and that I wouldn't be disappointed. Explained to me every set of the way exactly what he was doing. Down to information about the products he uses. And after everything was done, after washing my hands he said that in the winter time for free they offer u to dip your hands in the wax to keep them from being so dry. Best experience EVER!! Anthony is seriously the best nail tech! The place has a great atmosphere and everyone is so kind. Have been to many nail places because I couldn't find one I loved, but this is my place now. Absolutely love it and will come back. Make sure you call and set up an appointment because they are busy as they should be for how amazing they are! read more
