She was super sweet and friendly and let me know everything to expect before she got started. She made me feel very comfortable. What I liked most is that she is knowledgeable about the application of lash extensions and the proper care. (Basically just "open" "close") I was not given a mirror, asked if I liked them, or anything like that at the end. She was also super rough brushing my lashes over and per, I almost had to tell her to stop. And on top of that, I've never had so many extensions just fall out so fast (Not my real lashes, just the extensions) not sure if it was the glue they used or the tech.
