I don't know what magic they did but my non-gel manicure is on day 8 and still going strong! No chips or anything which is pretty amazing. They're more expensive than other salons but based on this manicure I'd say they're worth it! Also, I got two compliments on my nails. One from a coworker and one from my husband. I normally do my own nails but definitely will be back here the next time I get them professionally done. read more

Finding a nail salon that provides quality service is so hard these days. Luxury Nails & Spa was great. I was immediately greeted and sat for a gel pedicure. Given that I am 9 months pregnant, you can imagine how much I prayed for a good massage and paint job. That's exactly what I got! My nail tech was very thorough and did not rush through the process at all. You can clearly see they are sanitary and take proper steps between customers. I left feeling so relaxed and happy with my feet! read more

Excellence at this salon! You want excellent nail service where you're treated with upmost respect and genuine hospitality- go there! I love the staff! Loni uses the best acupressure and reflexology techniques for her pedicures- I almost fall asleep. 10/10. They never disappoint. I recommend the spa pedicure service. With gel polish, it's just $52. read more

An overall 3.8 star review. On my first visit I only got a pedicure but it was a good experience and I opted to return for a gel manicure. The service time for the gel manicure was a little lengthy but I felt appreciated as a customer. Located in the Lynnhaven North shopping area, they have generous parking and there is minimal wait time. The prices are affordable and because they are lower in price they don't skimp on customer service. I do look forward to returning for other services to see if the rating will increase. read more

If I could rate this 0 I would ... all I came in for was a simple full set and I wanted short nails and painted white the job was done sloppy you can see the bumps under the paint and around my nails there's glue and nail polish still on there and they charged me 55 dollars !!!! Very disappointing read more

zero rating. I made a 5 pm appointment. at 5:15 I was put in a pedicure chair with almost warm water. no one spoke to me. at 5:35 I asked for a towel to dry my feet so I could leave. read more

Got a gel manicure & pedicure. Not even one day after the gel was starting to lift & come off... I normally have to get gel removed but I picked it right off. Hand massage was a painful & the pedicure wasn't comfortable either. The place looked like an unfinished construction site. With pipes and dust/ debris everywhere & hot/ stuffy air. I will say the staff is nice and they had super personal conversations with a lot of the clients coming in and out so if it's your regular spot maybe these things aren't an issue for you but as someone just walking in I was pretty disappointed. read more

Loved the environment but the technician I got wasn't experienced with dip from the result. I was in a rush so I didn't have time to get someone to redo them. Pedicure was great though! read more

If you want all the services you paid for and for your nail art to look good I do NOT recommend Luxury Nails & Spa near Lynnhaven Mall. I spent over three and a half hours here for a fill with nail art and a pedicure. $124 later I have hideous nails and wasn't given everything I paid for with the pedicure I chose. I do not recommend this place at all. Longest I've spent having my nails done and the nail art is awful. read more

Came here since the woman that does my nails at my go-to nail salon is out of the country. The man that did my nails did a pretty good job -- I was in desperate need of a fill. Their prices are very reasonable. It was $15 and up for a fill. I didn't see prices anywhere, no sign or pamphlet to view, so I had to ask. Overall, I am happy with the outcome of my nails but this a little out of the way for me. read more

I will definitely be returning!!! John did an amazing job!!!! Fantastic customer service!!!! It's been a loooong time since I've gotten my nails done. And I really don't know much about nails. I'm sure they could tell I was a newbie, but I love how they didn't treat me any differently than a customer that has been getting their nails done for years. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants perfect nails. read more

Moved to Suffolk and have been trying to find a nail spa and havnt had much luck. I was early to see a movie and didn't want to grab a pedicure in the mall so I drove around a bit. I know the area pretty well and found this place super close. I decided to give it a try and was Very impressed. The salon was clean and the service was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the spa pedicure with hot stones. I will most certainly be making this drive again. Totally recommend this place if your nearby read more

I didn't have a second great experience with them I had and appointments and the gentleman told me to sit down and I kept telling him that I had and appointments and to check the book well he fell to do so as others where coming in and getting there service done and I'm still waiting well I told him that others where coming in and getting their service done and I'm just sitting and I said I have an appointment and you said they have an appointment and I said I asked you to check the books to see who my appointment was with that was my second visit and I couldn't quite remember the person that service to me well once I saw the young lady take off her mask I realized who she was and I told him I had an appointment with her he moved me to one of the seating area and told me to sit where I stayed there for 30 30 more minutes long story short had he to check the books to see who my appointment was with my appointment was at 5:30 I would not have left at 8 so customer service by the gentleman that means the death is not quite customer service he could have done a better job with clients read more

Well I didn't think what happened to the person the first time I went here would happen to me but it did. I set up an appointment on Wednesday at 12:55 pm for Friday morning at 10am although I wanted a later time they told me they free at 10am I made time for that appointment especially since my bday is coming up and I needed this done and was in the mood to be pampered. When I got there I was early I called at 9:56 am and ask if I can come in early and they said yes come in ... three people was ahead of me which they never ask them for their name they just let them in but stopped me and said they were full and I didn't have an appointment. I was confused where is your book with names and time slots for the appointments people are calling in? U didn't ask my name or check the book to ensure what I was saying was right. She asked me if I'm sure I called the right number i was confused clearly I called the right number if I called from the car and u told me to come in. Moral of this story is don't go here they're plenty other salons in the area that are better and more accommodating with even better prices ... worst part is I've seen it happen to someone else I could imagine the amount of other people they do it to. Very unprofessional. read more

When i say i loveeeeee this place it is an understatement i only come for my pedicures since i go to a specific person at Eli Beauty for my gel nails but anyways pedicures here are everything they get to the nitty gritty and the massages are soooo LIT!! The worst experience I have ever had in a nail shop in my life. In my life! I walked in and was immediately greeted. I asked for a Gel fillin. It's 3:30pm in the afternoon on a Thursday. The salon was full so I assumed it was for a good reason. I asked to get my nails soaked as I currently had gel. I'm looking for a new salon and this one had good reviews so eh, why not. Again, worst experience ever. I get sat down at a table with no lights, no tools on the tabletop, it appears to be an empty station. A lady comes and drops a bowl of acetone in front of me and I begin to soak my nails. Cool. A man comes up, sita down at this empty station and then starts scraping my gel off with his nail. His freaking nail!!!! So I'm concerned, I don't say anything. He puts my hands back in the bowl, leaves and comes back. He brings a bowl of hot water and places the acetone in it. He then again proceeds to scrape my nails with his then pulls two files out the drawer. I then quietly ask if there are any tools? Then I further ask is this a station? He says the tool makes it harder. He pulls a random scraper out the drawer and half uses it. I told him, I'll just pay for the soak off, that wasn't a soak off and I left. Prior to me leavingI told him the reviews were good on Yelp but maybe it was a bad day. He legit did not want to do my nails. He had no desire to work and that was obvious. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not even someone who'd been there before. One person can ruin a whole experience and that is sad. This shopping plaza is going down for reasons like this. Not sure what kind of luxury this is but I'm disappointed. read more

I really love this nail salon. You can't beat a $25 pedicure that includes a nice massage. They have a great selection of polish and the staff is very friendly. read more

The service itself is decent, nothing amazing though but i only give it 2 stars cuz it's really annoying when you walk in and they constantly tell you it's a 10-15 minute wait and 30-45 minutes later they still tell you 10-15 minutes. read more

Nice massage chairs & gave good tips!

They aren't real acrylic but MMA. If you don't know the difference please google it and YouTube it. Acrylic flakes off and MMA is gooey. Won't be coming back here. The old man did sloppy when I got my full set and when I went to get a soak off that's when I knew it wasn't acrylic. Chop shops aren't always the best. And there is no suck thing of "gel powder" Google that too. Hard gel is a liquid form and never powder. They get you with the acrylic and top coat of gel polish and call it "gel powder" lie lies lies! Please learn and educate yourselves. Don't alway believe what people tell you. read more

I love this place! Michelle has done my nails for years. They give great pedis and waxing too!

I've been seeing Lynn for my pink and white acrylics for over a couple of months. She does such a great job and listens to exactly what I want. Come here twice a month for nails and toes. Great service and decent prices.

I have been a client for more than 15 years. Every person in the shop is courteous and talented. They are always accommodating even when people are rude and frustrated after they failed to make an appointment. They are kind to every person that comes into their establishment no matter what race or sex. Over the 15 years I have seen many customers who are short tempered and impatient; but the staff at Luxury Nails remains kind and tolerant. If you want quality nails and a pleasant atmosphere, Luxury Nails is the shop to visit. read more

I came here based on the prior good reviews and was disappointed in my experience. I am giving this a low review based on the following: 1. Came here specifically for solar nails because they are supposed to be better on the nail beds - I left with acrylics. 2. Not the most sanitary place in the world. I assume the metal instruments were sterile, but the buffers and nail files were definitely pre-used. 3. Afterwards my fingers were hurt and swollen for 3 days. I think this was because of the drill used on my nail beds - I hate drills! 4. I got these done for a special event. One of my nails broke before the event which was 5 days later. 5. Whille the nails appeared pretty from a glance, several of them were oddly shaped. I guess I will have to do my research better next time. read more

Best place I found in a long time! My nails look great every time. Mimi does great nail designs!

First of all, when we called ahead to make an appointment we were told that there was no need and that we should come in at 10am. When we got there and not only did we have to wait around 30 minutes to even be seen, the entire appointment took THREE HOURS! It forced us to be late for another appointment we had that day! All that we needed was gel french tips for both hands and feet for one person. She was repetedly left alone and ignored the whole time, despite the fact that the shop was far from busy, and treated very poorly. The overall work that was done was ok, but it cost nearly $80! They had no prices posted so this came as a huge shock to us. Additonally, the whole shop had a terrible, terrible smell and very poor ventilation. After three hours of waiting in there we all had headaches from the fumes. They definately lost some customers that day. The whole ordeal was completely ridiculous! read more

Great place for a relaxing spa pedicure. Staff friendly and efficient. Wait is minor but would call ahead on Saturday.

This place is amazing and the workers here treat you like you are family. I always go here to get my nails done an I will not stop. The employees are so kind and when there are little kids who come here, they play with them. I recommend coming here because they have great service and people. :)))) read more
