Got a gel manicure & pedicure. Not even one day after the gel was starting to lift & come off... I normally have to get gel removed but I picked it right off. Hand massage was a painful & the pedicure wasn't comfortable either. The place looked like an unfinished construction site. With pipes and dust/ debris everywhere & hot/ stuffy air. I will say the staff is nice and they had super personal conversations with a lot of the clients coming in and out so if it's your regular spot maybe these things aren't an issue for you but as someone just walking in I was pretty disappointed. read more

I don't know what magic they did but my non-gel manicure is on day 8 and still going strong! No chips or anything which is pretty amazing. They're more expensive than other salons but based on this manicure I'd say they're worth it! Also, I got two compliments on my nails. One from a coworker and one from my husband. Well I didn't think what happened to the person the first time I went here would happen to me but it did. I set up an appointment on Wednesday at 12:55 pm for Friday morning at 10am although I wanted a later time they told me they free at 10am I made time for that appointment especially since my bday is coming up and I needed this done and was in the mood to be pampered. When I got there I was early I called at 9:56 am and ask if I can come in early and they said yes come in ... three people was ahead of me which they never ask them for their name they just let them in but stopped me and said they were full and I didn't have an appointment. I was confused where is your book with names and time slots for the appointments people are calling in? U didn't ask my name or check the book to ensure what I was saying was right. She asked me if I'm sure I called the right number i was confused clearly I called the right number if I called from the car and u told me to come in. The worst experience I have ever had in a nail shop in my life. In my life! I walked in and was immediately greeted. I asked for a Gel fillin. It's 3:30pm in the afternoon on a Thursday. The salon was full so I assumed it was for a good reason. I asked to get my nails soaked as I currently had gel. I'm looking for a new salon and this one had good reviews so eh, why not. Again, worst experience ever. I get sat down at a table with no lights, no tools on the tabletop, it appears to be an empty station. A lady comes and drops a bowl of acetone in front of me and I begin to soak my nails. Cool. A man comes up, sita down at this empty station and then starts scraping my gel off with his nail. His freaking nail!!!! So I'm concerned, I don't say anything. He puts my hands back in the bowl, leaves and comes back. He brings a bowl of hot water and places the acetone in it. He then again proceeds to scrape my nails with his then pulls two files out the drawer. I then quietly ask if there are any tools? Then I further ask is this a station? He says the tool makes it harder. He pulls a random scraper out the drawer and half uses it. I told him, I'll just pay for the soak off, that wasn't a soak off and I left. Prior to me leavingI told him the reviews were good on Yelp but maybe it was a bad day. He legit did not want to do my nails. He had no desire to work and that was obvious. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not even someone who'd been there before. One person can ruin a whole experience and that is sad. This shopping plaza is going down for reasons like this. They aren't real acrylic but MMA. If you don't know the difference please google it and YouTube it. Acrylic flakes off and MMA is gooey. Won't be coming back here. The old man did sloppy when I got my full set and when I went to get a soak off that's when I knew it wasn't acrylic. Chop shops aren't always the best. And there is no suck thing of "gel powder" Google that too. Hard gel is a liquid form and never powder. They get you with the acrylic and top coat of gel polish and call it "gel powder" lie lies lies! Please learn and educate yourselves. Don't alway believe what people tell you. read more

I came here based on the prior good reviews and was disappointed in my experience. I am giving this a low review based on the following: 1. Came here specifically for solar nails because they are supposed to be better on the nail beds - I left with acrylics. 2. Not the most sanitary place in the world. I assume the metal instruments were sterile, but the buffers and nail files were definitely pre-used. 3. Afterwards my fingers were hurt and swollen for 3 days. I think this was because of the drill used on my nail beds - I hate drills! 4. I got these done for a special event. One of my nails broke before the event which was 5 days later. 5. Whille the nails appeared pretty from a glance, several of them were oddly shaped. I guess I will have to do my research better next time. read more

First of all, when we called ahead to make an appointment we were told that there was no need and that we should come in at 10am. When we got there and not only did we have to wait around 30 minutes to even be seen, the entire appointment took THREE HOURS! It forced us to be late for another appointment we had that day! All that we needed was gel french tips for both hands and feet for one person. She was repetedly left alone and ignored the whole time, despite the fact that the shop was far from busy, and treated very poorly. The overall work that was done was ok, but it cost nearly $80! They had no prices posted so this came as a huge shock to us. Additonally, the whole shop had a terrible, terrible smell and very poor ventilation. After three hours of waiting in there we all had headaches from the fumes. They definately lost some customers that day. The whole ordeal was completely ridiculous! read more
