I've had several massages in the past, mostly from Chinese massage places. While these Asian massage parlors do get some of the job done, they lack one thing: listening to the client's needs (since they already have a routine in place), which is understandable due to the language barrier. But there is so much more satisfaction in knowing that your massage therapist understands your focus areas and intends to work on those above all other areas. My husband and I booked a 90-minute couples massage at Enrich Spa, and their quality of massage is the same as that of a high-end massage spa from luxury hotels or that from SeaHills Spa at the Cavalier Hotel in VB, if you've ever been there. Enrich Spa just earned themselves a longtime customer. Conni did an absolute incredible job in massaging my problem areas and I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and painless compared to when i walked in. I wish they would allow 2-hour massage services since that is usually what I opt for in all massage places I go to. 60 mins just doesn't do it for me. Their longest is 90-min sessions, which is adequate, but 120 mins would be 'chef's kiss'. If you need a REALLY GOOD deep tissue massage, book Conni. She specializes in deep tissue. I just moved to the area and saw Enrich Spa nearby. I booked a 60-min massage and didn't have any expectations coming in. I am a critic when it comes to massages since by trade, I am a physical therapist. Except.... Lily took me by surprise. My body actually feels really relaxed, I recognized a lot of the techniques she used which I also use in PT and I feel like it's rare to find a massage therapist who does more than the bare minimum of shiatsu strokes across the back. (I didn't even tell her what I did for work so this was just her doing her normal thing!) it felt like she was combing through each muscle fiber and my body was so happy afterwards. I really can't wait to come back again and have my husband go too. She said all of the massage therapists went to the same school, so i think it's safe to say if you book with any of them you should receive the same quality! 5 stars! read more

I had just gotten off the boat and my friend and I wanted to go have a spa day so I went and got a pedicure. I had never been here before but the place was beautiful and clean so I had high hopes I'm not a picky person when it comes to How I have my nails done very simple just a gel pedicure but when I get a pedicure, I expect certain things. I don't know the lady that did my nails. I have her card but I can't remember off the top of my head. I can upload it when I find it. The nail polish is messy and the skin around my nails are irritated and burned to the touch. This was not a problem before I went. On top of that while I did have a lot of dead skin on the bottom of my feet, because like I said, I was on the boat for over a month despite taking a file to the bottom of my feet. It's almost like it did, nothing and the woman just gave up. I admit before I went in they were a little bit rough, but they were nothing of a horror story for a salon. There were no blisters or extremely long toenails or just neglect on my feet it was just a little calloused. I do not recommend getting a pedicure here. I paid $80 for service that was not up to par and I could've gotten the same thing somewhere else for less money and better quality. read more

It took me a day to process, but I'd like to share my story and caution anyone about Enrich Spa on Shore Dr. My family has planned a 7 day trip to Dominican Republic and I thought I'd treat myself to a leg/Brazilian wax (I'd been waxing for years prior to children) so I could swim all week without razor burn or worry. Lilya, who I understand to be the owner, was the one to wax me. It started wonderfully, but quickly went down hill. She stepped out multiple times without changing her gloves. She used the same stick to add wax throughout my session. She started a pedicure for a walk-in - during. My. Wax. She applied too much hard wax and pulled off large chunks at a time. I repeatedly told her the wax was too hot, but she never turned the temperature down - she said, "we're almost done with this part" (we weren't). I asked to leave hair at the top, and I could tell she ignored me based on the wax. I looked and was left with a half inch square. She left me in uncomfortable positions and left the room. She rushed through my leg wax and became more and more aggressive when I was pointing out the hair that was left. She kept asking when we were leaving and continued responding - "you'll have plenty of time to come see me if you see more hair." I will never be coming to see her again. She left MULTIPLE bruises from pulling the strips incorrectly and even commented on a smaller one saying "you bruise really easily, huh?" And continued. So now I'm left looking bruised and battered, strips and patches of hair left untouched, and ashamed to put on my bathing suit to enjoy my vacation with my children. I was assaulted and embarrassed. I hope no one goes to her so they won't have to feel this shame. read more

When I picked her up she was almost in tears, horrid manicure and pedicure where they tried to up sell her for more expensive services. She did enjoy her massage and facial (tried to up sell on facial as well). There was a mediocre attempt to correct her nails after she said something to them. I was VERY disappointed today 7/17/2023. Please make sure that if, you get a gift certificate, pay attention to the expiration date. My dear husband brought me a certificate for Christmas, and it has been a challenging year with death in our family. I pulled out the certificate and it expired last month 6/2023. Most certificates are good a year. The lady in this Spa went on with her foreign accent about the policy, how I need to READ (this comment made me HOT) and how they can't make exceptions.... First of all, you are not paying for cheap services at this SPA. I can't imagine that anyone would purposely NOT use their certificate just because they thought they could go whenever they wanted to......This is AMERICA, we always make exceptions. My mom and I came in here for some much needed massages on our cross country road trip. Our deep tissue massages went well. I know for me it was what I was expecting. She was even patient with my ticklish spots (of which there are many!) However, after my mom's massage she was scheduled for a manicure. They have you fill out what services you want when you book your appointments, it said they do bookings only. They hadn't had any availability to get us both in for mania so I had went down the parking lot for mine just to have my mom call me to say that 15 mins after her scheduled mani time she was still waiting. The woman who I assume was supposed to help her was helping another woman. When get scheduled time came, the woman was just getting started on someone else. And there was no acknowledgement of her waiting or that she would be waiting for any given time. So my mom ended up forgoing the mani, to which they didn't seem to feel apologetic for at all. Thankfully she was able to join me at B & H nails to get the mani she would've waited for a while to get. So I'd say- definitely check this place out for a massage! But maybe go elsewhere for any other "spa" services! read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. We got to the place and they didn't want to let us in. We stood outside for 5 minutes until the hairdresser finally let us in. No one came to talk to us and we sat for 20 minutes for our appointment to even start. It was at 1:30. My boyfriend went to the bathroom and we waited even longer until we got tired of waiting so we left. After we got outside 3 people chased us out and asked my boyfriend why we were leaving and if he could empty out his pockets. They didn't ask me because I was white, but they asked him because he was black. They didn't start apologizing until they found out he was an officer. It is located in a strip near a dollar store so I didn't know what to expect since I'm not from the area, but the spa is large, clean, airy, and decorated with cool paintings. Lilyana does an amazing massage. She is very strong, but makes you feel comfortable. I'm definitely going back when I'm in the area again. 60 minute massage for 70 dollars. They add ten dollars if you choose aromatherapy scent for your massage. I wouldn't add that. read more

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! I just had a baby 3 weeks ago and was in much need of a massage from holding her a newborn and breastfeeding. I scheduled a 60 min Swedish massage and when I showed up they were running a special for a massage + express facial for only $5 more and were able to accommodate my request to switch to the special. The appointment did start 15 minuets late but it was well worth the wait. Liliya gave a perfectly pressured massage, finding and obliterating all the knots in my shoulders! Well - I was a client of the owner while she was working at Fuller School of Massage. She was so good that when she opened her own place (Enrich) I would go in at least once a month, usually more as she really works magic on a particular sore area of my back where'd I'd had a spinal fusion. It's a good 35 minute drive but it was worth going there. I wrote her a glowing review. Well, then she started substituting different therapists when she knew that the ONLY reason I was going there was for HER service. I'd call and ask if she could see me, she'd say yes, I'd get there and surprise! she's booked (or is going to be booked) with someone else. Liliya was a 10 ranking in ability, these others were closer to a 5 and none could treat my pain effectively. So I can't go back, she's lost me as a customer based on what I feel was a serious lack of integrity and misleading practices, as there was NO misunderstanding that I was her client based on her unique ability. After the third time this happened, I just said enough is enough, as every time she made a substitution on me I'm in an awkward 3 way conversation where they are trying to convince me to use the sub. Sorry, this is just bad business. It was great while it lasted. I'm still looking for a replacement. read more
