Got my nails done by VINCENT DANG and told the receptionist that I did not ask for them and I wanted them to redo them he stated I had to pay so I walked outside the area to talk to my mom and he chased me. After he chased me, I went back and then they were talking about me, and I walked outside the area to call the cops. Then I requested Security to follow me and four guys follow me after that with Security. Then ask Security to bring me back into the shop and he stated that he could not. And once I asked Security to walk outside with me while I waited for police, they followed me all the way to Cracker Barrel and McDonald's recording me. Cops came and told me that I was correct that it was not the correct service and that I would have to pay but could dispute. Update : Bank is giving me back my money

We were…read moresent a gift voucher from a family member who does not live locally so my daughter could get her nails done. The bottom of the voucher had the website address to this business where I booked an appointment for my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday. I used the address on the website to find the location and brought my daughter for her first ever full set on her birthday. When I came in, I told them specifically I have a gift voucher to use like the bottom of the voucher stated. They said "okay" and set my daughter up to get started. They did a good job making her wishes come true on the set. However, when I went to pay they told me they don't honor these vouchers as they don't sell them on their site. I had proof of the voucher and the email sent from them when it was purchased and they still told me it would not be honored. They told me I'd have to reach out to my family member and get a proof of purchase from them (from back in December, by the way) in order for them to honor it. My family member lives in a different time zone and this was not possible at this time. The manager would not budge on the issue and told us they'd just take my daughter's nails off and we could leave. My daughter is 9 years old and was in full-on tears at this point. As a mom, obviously I just paid in full and walked out. Other patrons in there could not believe it as well. Just beware that their customer service and honoring a gift that came from THEIR WEBSITE is not something they will do and that's just shady behavior. Thanks for taking something that was supposed to be special for my daughter on her birthday and turning it into something negative and sad. 10/10 do not recommend.
