Bling Bling Nail is such a lovely nail salon. I had went the other week to get a pedicure, and recently went to get a manicure. I'd like to notate that the pedicures are reasonably priced! The manicure's are slightly higher than some other locations but they did a phenomenal job. I fully felt like it was worth what I spent, plus tip. I had my natural nails painted and asked for some designs. I'd like to notate that they also offer complimentary drinks (water, coffee, soda, & maybe champagne). This place is very clean, nicely decorated, and has a welcoming atmosphere. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted and seated within about 10 minutes. They also offered me a complimentary drink, which I really appreciated! My only issue was with my initial nail tech. She kept leaving in between doing each nail and would be gone for several minutes at a time. At first, I didn't mind, but this continued for about an hour and made the appointment take much longer than expected. Eventually, I was moved to a different nail tech, and he was able to finish my nails. Overall, I was there for about 2 hours and 50 minutes for a basic acrylic set, which felt like a very long time. I decided to visit Bling Bling Nails after seeing Stormy Blue's reel on IG. I was excited about having press-ons applied professionally, since when I tried putting them on myself, they didn't hold long. There was quite a selection of nails in various widths (small, medium, large) and lengths. I am normally a simple paint or French tip girlie, mostly because I don't have the patience to sit for hours to get the more elaborate designs done. The press-on nails let me add some embellishments without having to sit. My nail style alternated between French tips and animal print. The middle finger had a small pearl located in the center of a painted flower. My nail size is medium, and I opt for a different shape (almond) than usual (squoval)l. The website initially said 5 minutes for the application time. I am glad they updated to 30 minutes to reflect the actual process. The process entails buffing your natural nail, then applying glue to both your natural nail and the press-on. They did use a handheld UV light for each nail, then a nail lamp to cure. My nails held on strong for 9 days. Not bad for $40. It's also on par with what usually happens when I get gel nails or acrylics done, since my nails grow out quickly. After the 9-day mark, two press-ons broke, and two press-ons fell off. read more

I brought a friend here on 12/2/25 to celebrate them getting married and we had an amazing experience. We each received manicures, pedicures, and waxing services. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and welcoming. The interior of the salon is absolutely beautiful--sparkly, pretty, and aesthetically pleasing. My nail tech, Leo, was so sweet and did a wonderful job. Ashley at the front desk was incredibly nice and kept everything running smoothly. Even though they were busy, the atmosphere never felt overwhelming. They really took care of us and we all left feeling pampered. Staff is so nice and welcoming!! They like looking at pictures for reference to know what nail design you're interested in doing. On my last visit my nails lasted for 3 weeks, where normally they last 2 weeks since I tend to pick at my nails. They really take their time to make sure nail prep is done correctly to have longer lasting nails. read more

Amazing Experience at Bling Bling Nails in Norfolk! I had such a wonderful experience at Bling Bling Nails in Norfolk! The customer service was truly amazing from start to finish. I visited to celebrate my husband's birthday, and he received their special birthday pedicure. The women who did our nails were funny, welcoming, and made the entire visit feel special. They went above and beyond at the end of the service, they sang Happy Birthday to my husband and even surprised him with a piece of cake complete with a candle. Throughout our appointment, we were offered snacks, drinks, and ice cream, which made the experience feel even more relaxing and enjoyable. Called before coming inquiring about a wait due to me being short on time. I was assured that the time was perfect because there was no wait. Upon my arrival I was seated in a chair and STILL had to wait over 20 minutes while the nail tech assisted other employees. I received a BASIC pedicure with gel polish that shouldn't have taken longer than an hour. Simple white polish with no designs. If you are in a rush or have other endeavors I would not recommend. read more

Unfortunately, I believe it will be my last time coming to the establishment. I went to get some problems for my previous nails that was done fixed and somehow I walked out with more problems when I asked the lady for a French tip it was decided to do the smiley ones, and when the lines on the side of my nails weren't long enough, and I pointed it out because I like the sides long, I was told by the person doing my nails that they are not a machine even when I told her a easier way to do it, I was looked at weirdly and that ruined my entire mood for the rest of the appointment. Also, the previous person who did my nails came in and saw me there, and was just hovering over the table, staring at me. I felt really uncomfortable and dismissed and I think it's crazy that she could look at my nails and tell that they looked like this and still decided to just go ahead with it so this will be my last time coming here and I guess I'll just learn how to do my nails myself. 0 stars if I could. read more

My daughter and I went to get nails done and I do not recommend this salon for african american people, we were there both getting nails done, we were never offered a drink, however every client that came in that were white was offered a drink and treated very well!
