Vogue lashes is extremely exceptional! When you first arrive they always offer you coffee or water and greet you by name if you are a frequent customer. Anastasia does the best lashes for me , however any location or any tech can do great!!!! I see Oxana for my facials which she usually stays booked by will work out a time if she can fit you in. I went here to get my eyelashes lifted and tinted and brows done. I was greeted promptly and taken back from my appointment. The girl who did my lashes did a fabulous job and made sure I liked everything before leaving. It's a very calm and cozy vibe in the place and very clean. Will definitely be coming back. read more

I waited 3 hours for my scheduled appointment for a bridal party. My nail girl reeked of cigarette smoke after showing up 30 minutes after I received a text that my nail tech was ready. My friend attempted to call management where she was hung up on and not called back. They gave us a 50% discount but this was the worst nail experience we've ever had, I would have paid to not come. Also to mention the nail tech knew a piece of my nail messed up and said "can we just leave it". Discounts aren't a solution to terrible service. The bride also left with BLUE tinted toes and not French as requested. read more

I came in for a deluxe pedicure with Olha. This was one of the best pedis I've gotten! Olha was very meticulous and very nice. It's been a while since my last pedi so she definitely had her work cut out for her. All of the staff are very friendly and the salon was clean and quiet. Quick online appt set up, parking is not a problem, nice and clean space. I came here for two appointments, on two different days. One was for gel manicure: after 1.5 hours I asked how long more, the tech said that if I wanted a faster service I should have scheduled with more experienced tech which is more expensive - the appt lasted two hours. NO THANK YOU! The second appt was for a blow dry/style. I booked on line with the available hair stylist. I arrived a few minutes early but the stylist was twenty minutes late. Their description of hair services is long and reads professional, but I was taken to the back to a small room with a chair and sink. The person who treated me told me that they hardly service hair appointments at their location and that in all actuality she only does facials and hardly never hair she probably not even a licensed hair stylist and still offers this service. I will not go there again and I do not recommend because of lack of transparency in services. read more
