I requested medium pressure and the woman was extremely light to point that I barely felt it sometimes mainly on my shoulders, neck, and arms. Think of a feather being glided on your skin. She was a soft medium on my scalp. In the end they're supposed to blow dry your hair but neither my girl or my sisters were fully dried. We ended up walking out in the freezing cold with wet hair which I wasn't too happy about because I had told my girl earlier that I had a treatment on my hair a few months back that if left wet creates a negative smell so it must be completely dried. She had told me this wouldn't be an issue. Molly was friendly and she was very thorough in explaining the process, going through each step. She also advised of the expectations, letting me know the result will not be as voluminous as extensions but more like a boost in the eyelash curl. The process took about half the time, about an hour. I was satisfied with the result and am glad I was able to try them out.
