A deposit is required prior to confirming your appointment. I arrived Saturday afternoon and was greeted by Molly. Molly was friendly and she was very thorough in explaining the process, going through each step. She also advised of the expectations, letting me know the result will not be as voluminous as extensions but more like a boost in the eyelash curl. The process took about half the time, about an hour. I was satisfied with the result and am glad I was able to try them out. I do prefer the extensions since it adds a lot more length and volume but if you want something more subtle with less maintenance, this is the way to go!
