I was at a loss and very apprehensive after having such a horrible experience at U S Nails!!!! I was stuck with unfinished and very ugly nails after their second attempt to redo the mess they made in the first place! I walked into K L Nails and was greeted by the most pleasant staff that I have encountered in a long time. Peter gave me the most beautiful French manicure that I could even ask for! He took his time and did a professional job! This will definitely become my new pedicure and nail salon from now on. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for professionalism and a friendly atmosphere! DKS* read more

I was looking for a place to get my eyebrows waxed after another salon had made them way too thin and I've been trying to let them fill in. I was seen quickly and Vanessa asked all The right questions to be sure I would be happy this time! I highly recommend them it will be coming back. read more

I will only go to LV nails because of the 7 or more years I have been going I have never had a problem, infection, and have always gotten a professional staff member. They are very good at what they do, which makes them fast and it is always done right the time. The pedicures are to die for... I like the shellac over my nails because it last longer and is perfect. Want a great place for beautiful nails at a reasonable price. THEN YOU NEED TO GO TO LV NAILS. read more

LV Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Chesapeake, Virginia

I would have to agree with a few of the others that did not have the best experience. I can honestly say I never had a 15 minute pedicure. It was a rushed job and the nail tech lacked friendliness, but her work spoke for itself. I dislike when people noticeably expect a tip when they didn't bother making you feel comfortable just busy trying to collect the clients money. We know that's what you expect and that's why we pay for the service. Customer service is important before closing the sale. read more

Came here twice. Clean but wasn't impressed either times really. They take on more business than they alot for.

I've been going here for awhile always happy with the quality service. Very friendly and take their time while still providing efficient service. read more

Accepts more business than they can handle...walked in with a friend to get a pedi and we were seated almost immediately. Took about 10 minutes for one lady to come over and start on my friend; there was another pedicurist finishing up another girl and I thought she would do me when she was done. Nope. The lady who did my friend's started on mine when she was all done with hers. At the same time we were seated, another customer was sat to get a manicure and she had her fingers in a bowl of water the entire time we got pedicures....then when my pedicure was finished, the nail tech who did our pedis finally started that lady's manicure. She was probably sitting there with her hands in a bowl for 45 minutes, like 4 people on staff...the whole time they continue to sit people and make them wait. I guess they are trying to grab as much business as they can, but the long wait time and mediocre pedicure jobs was just not worth it. read more

Great service! The salon is clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Their mani and pedi are excellent, especially the shellac. You can relax and surf the web while getting pampered, and they also do great brow waxes. read more

I loved the time I spent getting a pedicure here. Prices are great. They were very nice and didn't pressure us for add ons. It was the first nail salon that I've been through where the thought of going back is exciting to me. Mainly because I know they won't pressure me to add a flower, gel, or paraffin wax. Thank you for knowing that I know what o want when I go in. I think many people would appreciate that. In addition they were very welcoming and would laugh with us. It was quality girl time. My pedicure was relaxing and my toe polish looks great! Can't wait to go back! read more

The lady Linda is very rude. Customer asked her how long she's had this place open and answered back with an attitude. Also, All I wanted was one nail fixed. Someone asked her to fix it for me and she told the other employee for her to fix it. Then another customer comes in and asked for a mani and pedi and another employee asks her to run water and she tells the employee No in a joking way and the other employee says "Well you tell the customer No" I just walked out. I'm never going there again. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

So rude! The outside looks inviting but the inside needs remodeling. I walked in, voiceless and beaconed for the lady to come closer cause I couldn't yell across the room with her. I asked if they charged for takeoff with service, she says "of course!" I asked for a card she gestured in a shooing manner to them and says "next time call with questions." No one was being serviced or in there but her and another worker. Just rude... read more

Linda gives the best pedicure you could ask for. I get the lavender jelly pedi and the results are amazing. Much better than the basic pedicure. read more

I love this place! I've had my nails done here a handful of times but went to a place closer to home recently and instantly regretted it. I came to LV so they could fix the crooked, sloppy job the other place created and not only did they correct everything I hated about the previous job, but they were friendly, quick and efficient. I'll drive 20+ minutes out of my way from now on - the results are worth it! read more

I had a mediocre experience each time I went to this salon. The first time the pedicure was horrible. The tech did not speak English so I could not communicate with him. The young lady insisted that he was good but he was just ok. The polish chipped about a week or so after. Second time I asked for a specific shape and the girl rolled her eyes and had an attitude when I asked her to fix the shape. Last and final time the girl said she had an "appointment" but it was clear she didn't want to service me. The lady that ended up working on my nails was short and mean and did a horrible job as well. I ended in a disagreement with the other lady and walked out! Worse experience I've ever had! I just refuse to pay these nail techs if they are going to have poor customer service and poor technique. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE! read more

Got my pedicure with spa and eyebrow waxing here..it was great I'm satisfied with everything :)

Wonderful place! Peter did my nails, I got acrylic tips with gel on top and he did such a great job! He took his time and paid attention to what he was doing. He was very friendly, very nice and he joked with me a lot. I was having a bit of a bad day before I walked in but I felt a lot better after I left. Such a great environment and such friendly and wonderful people, I HIGHLY recommend this place as it is the only one I will be returning to. read more

I went in tonight for a pink and white full set. I was greeted promptly at the door and asked what services I needed. I waited maybe 20 minutes and it went pretty late in evening for the services I needed. I worked with Alisa. She was very kind and personable. We talked on and off about various things on the evening news and about life. My nails cakes out better than expected. My nails were done within an hour. She stayed late to ensure they looked great. They cleaned up while I was in there and I watched the sterilize materials. read more

Great customer service, but my nails turned brown! I got a french manicure at LV Nails, and it was ok, not bad, but not great either. However, my nails looked good enough (at first) and the nail technician was very nice. A few days later, my nails started turning orangish-brown on the white tips?!?! I went to another salon to get it fixed, and I was told by a trusted source that they used subpar products, and that is why the color turned. I would like to return because they were so nice, but the job was botched too badly for me to give them another chance. Not only did the color turn, but the acrylic was lifting, which is also a risk for fungus. The acrylic also looked thick and very fake. I will not be returning. read more

Great service & wonderful people , alisa does my nails & she's awesome ! My nails are slated EVERYTIME !

Poor customer service. Rude nail techs. Unfinished, sloppy work, and attitudes when asked to correct what's done wrong. Snooty and unfriendly. Especially Linda. Bad attitude. She seriously needs a lesson in customer service, as well as the girl that sits in front of her. I'm never going back, and I don't recommend that you go either. An UTTER disappointment!! read more

Not sure how this place has decent reviews, the place is terribly dirty and was the worst manicure I've ever gotten.

I love this place! Owner Alisa is soooo good and very accommodating. I have been going here for about a year and she does the best gels in town. I get a fill about every 3-4 weeks without any broken nails. Only once have I broke 1 nail and it's because I stretched my fill almost 5 weeks. She always finds time to fit me and and staff is very friendly. Highly recommended read more

I went here a week ago for a bridal event. I got a manicure and pedicure (gel) and my eye brows waxed. The pedicure and wax were good. I would even say the eye brow wax was excellent. But I noticed about 3 days in that my nails were peeling (not scratching but literally lifting off my nails). I was going to get them changed by my own salon but instead gave the salon a call to see if they would remedy this issue at this point it was about a week out and the gel was clearly not done well. I called and the owner said to come in after I explained the issue. Well it turned out the owner was the one who gave me the mani. This is when it went bad!!!! The owner was disgusting rude and classless. Even though she said she would fix it she repeatedly made rude comments, pretty much just degrading me. She said " if you like your other nail salon go there," not once but twice!!!! She also stated "this doesn't happen, we don't guarantee nails after three days." She kept somehow insinuating that it was my fault for not being happy with the poor product. I simply stated "your right my nails must be defective." Now I will tell you exactly what was wrong. Simply the gel was put on to thick And when this happens it causes peeling. It happens and the one time it has occurred to me before my salon gladly redid my nails. I could have forgiven a simple mistake, which is what it was. What I can't forgive is people being rude when the customer shows them a poor product. Don't go here the owner is a poor example of a business owner and even a worse example of what it means to be a human being! Ohh p.s. she didn't even bother to put on the same color of nail polish she just slapped on what she had at her station!!! Lol what a jerk read more

.I went in yesterday for the time and sad to say I will NEVER BE GOING BACK. I really feel as if I went into my pocket and threw away $32. When I walked in I asked how much they charged for a full set one solid color they told me $22 so I sat down. Once he got to the point he was going to cut the nail I showed him where to stop and he said it was to long he would charge me extra $8. First off when I showed him the length it was right above where my finger ended and that was not long. I asked what is $22 length and he cut 2 fingers I asked to show me not cut it. I was about to walk out and he said I had to pay him. "for what you shaved my nail and applied a fake nail" so mad an all I stayed because I was not going to pay $22 for that. once he finished he charged me an extra $10 for "gel" for so he claimed. It looked like regular clear coat to me and I would now. I have been getting my nails done since I was 15 years old and this has got to be the worst experience ever. Please don't go to this place read more

Apparently I just got stuck with the wrong nail tech. I was told to sit at the table of an older gentleman and I showed him a picture when I first sat down on how I wanted my nails for my birthday. If he didn't know how to do a simple marble nail design I would have rather him say so. The first round of "kindergarten art work" was removed after I told him that looked bad. He actually agreed and said he didn't know how to do marble. Then he decided to do some crooked lines on my hand. The clear coat he put on top was old and bubbly and made my nails look like bubble wrap. I went home and couldn't take it anymore and called back to see if I could have them redone and the lady that answered seemed to have an attitude like her nails was the ones messed up for her birthday. Needless to say I had to removed the mess from my nails and paint them a plain color myself. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you know the young girl , I believe her name is Vanessa because she is amazing with nails! read more
