The owner Maddie Romo graciously donated 10% of the evenings sales to PH. We were treated to wine while we shopped and nibbles of some of the store's specialty gourmet products. This place is adorable! They carry a wide assortment of goods - clothing, soaps, books, jewelry, cooking supplies, kitchenware, barware, trinkets.... There is something for everyone here. While browsing through all their wonderful selections I was thrilled when I came across Southern Belle Jalapeño Cranberry Sauce & Jumpin' Jack BBQ Sauce. My friend makes them, so I had to take a picture to send to her. There were so many cute things in the store that I wanted for myself. It was hard for me to maintain self-control and just stick to my holiday shopping list. Maddie was so delightful as was the other gal that worked there. They were both friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Next time I need a unique gift or want to treat myself to something fun I'll be coming here. It's a hit or miss, woth most as winners and a few that I would never get again, but for the price, it's very affordable to experiment. Other than coffee, there are a lot of decorative items, small furniture like chairs and lamps, kitchenware ... even All-Clad at times. Plus, there are a lot more to transform your house into a photo-shoot worthy home. It's almost like a treasure hunt, you really don't know what you'll find.
