Pros for this location aside it being just minutes away from my house is its huge parking lot. Cons is their broken shopping carts. Not sure why but if you take the shopping cart outside, the wheels freezes up where you would need to lift up the cart to move it out of the middle of the parking lot. This happens every time and not just to me, but also those around me with shopping carts. It's extremely frustrating when you have bigger items in your cart and need to carry it to your car. Like most HomeGoods stores, it is directly connected to a TJ Maxx where you can find apparel and accessories for the whole family. I don't shop there so I just usually get what I need at HomeGoods and head straight to checkout. Overall, HomeGoods in general is one of my favorite retail store, because I love shopping for home decor and kitchen things. My favorite location is probably the store in Pasadena or Walnut. My obsession? Their $0.99 reusable bags - I literally have hundreds of them, because they seem to come out with different designs every week. My trunk is full of their bags but I still go in without them so I could buy new ones to add to my collection.

Oscar truly went above and beyond. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to help me choose everything I needed and made sure the materials coordinated perfectly. His customer service and attention to detail made a big difference. We did experience a hiccup with one of the cashiers, which caused a significant inconvenience. However, Seaan stepped in immediately, handled the situation professionally, and provided the appropriate credits. He took care of business exactly the way a strong manager should -- fair, solution-oriented, and respectful. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced…read more Before I paid, the salesperson specifically warned me that tiles from different production batches would have different colors. Because of that, I made it crystal clear that I wanted ALL of my tiles from the SAME batch. I was promised that would not be a problem. After my contractor finished installing and cleaning the floor, we immediately noticed an obvious color difference across the floor. At first glance it may not be obvious, but once you see it, you can't unsee it. A brand-new floor should NEVER look like this. I checked every box myself and discovered that about two-thirds of my order was Batch 1M21, while the rest was Batch 1M35. The store literally mixed two different batches together after promising they wouldn't. The most outrageous part? The correct batch (1M35) is NOT out of stock. They still have more than 140 pieces available. They simply gave me the wrong batch. When I went back to the store expecting them to fix THEIR mistake, the manager refused to take any responsibility. Instead, he told me I had to: * Buy replacement tiles again with only a 20% discount * Pay the transfer fee * Pay the shipping costs * Pay any other related expenses * Contact corporate myself Are you serious? If you truly believe your store did nothing wrong, why offer me a 20% discount in the first place? That tells me you know a mistake was made--you just don't want to take responsibility for it. I paid for matching tiles because your employee promised matching tiles. Your store mixed the batches, not me. Yet somehow I'm expected to pay thousands more to fix YOUR mistake? That is beyond unacceptable. Now I'm left with a brand-new floor that has visible color variation throughout my home because of the store's negligence. Replacing it would mean tearing out a newly installed floor, buying new materials, and paying labor all over again--simply because the store failed to provide what they promised. I would never recommend buying tile from this store. If they make a mistake, don't expect them to stand behind their product or take responsibility. Save yourself the stress, time, and money, and shop somewhere else.

Flexsteel has its own detailed warranty and since we've never had a good extended warranty experience in the last thirty years (auto, appliances, electronics etc.) we feel like rolling the dice and paying for any repairs would offset the high price of the extended warranty offered. I have to say the shopping experience at Living spaces was the best of all other furniture stores we visited. There was no pressure and delivery was on time and exceptional. Maybe we were just lucky but we will return to Living Spaces for any future purchases.

However, we specifically discussed the measurements with the salesperson before making the purchase. Instead of asking follow up questions or helping us determine whether the couch would actually fit, he seemed more interested in closing the sale. He never asked about doorway clearance, access, or any of the things that ultimately became a problem. As a result, we got stuck paying a delivery fee for a couch that couldn't even make it into the house. What frustrated me most is that this felt completely avoidable. A good salesperson should be helping customers avoid expensive mistakes, not creating them. After that mess, we had to go back and pick out another couch. This time we worked with a younger guy with glasses and the difference was night and day. He asked all the right questions, listened to our concerns, and gave us recommendations that actually worked for our space. Five stars for him. The furniture quality itself is still good, which is why I keep coming back. One thing I would skip though is the extended warranty. I purchased it on furniture from my previous home and never ended up using it before it expired. Overall, I like the products here, but the service is definitely hit or miss depending on who helps you. Unfortunately, one bad salesperson ended up costing me time, money, and a lot of unnecessary frustration.

There was a guy who was letting a customer out the door so I had asked if I can still pick up my online order and he told me no because they were already closed. I went back to my car and another worker, Dolly, walked up to me and said she can help me. I was so surprised that she went out of her way to walk to my car to let me know that. Inside is highly compact but holds a huge variety of succulents, trees, shrubs, house plants, and flowering plants. The apple and guava trees caught my attention. They were fruiting and looked healthy. I purchased chives for $6, which I thought was very reasonable. The service was great - they helped me look up the price of plants and even recommended which pot of chives looked the most healthy. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at this nursery. I hope they continue to thrive. I'll definitely come back when I'm looking for more plants!
