For the ring, I already had my own design, and the owner made it exactly as I designed it. He paid attention to all the little details, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. He also made a cross necklace from the same original ring, and it turned out so cute! I wanted a simple, pretty Tiffany-style look, and I absolutely love it. I had checked with several other jewelry stores before deciding, and his price was the most reasonable. The owner is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and patiently. I had quite a few questions because I didn't know much about the process, and he always took the time to explain things again without rushing me. I was originally told the project would take a little over a month, but he said, "I'll do my best," and he ended up finishing everything about two weeks earlier than expected! The store also has a double-lock security system, which I really appreciated. Overall, I'm really happy with the experience and with how my jewelry turned out. I would definitely recommend this place!

He explained that he would be using laser welding, which helped minimize heat exposure to the opal, and that gave me a lot more confidence leaving the ring with him.
