My husband and I were just at the mall and decided to stop by and look around Kevin Jewelers with no intentions to buy anything. I have to say, Maha was such a great sales associate, helpful but not imposing and she indulged all my questions and showed me all the pieces I was curious about. Her manager Diana was just as great answering my questions and discussing options. I was so impressed by Maha and Diana and really appreciated how patient and helpful they were with me; they totally inspired trust and confidence that I ended up updating my engagement ring! Diana was so sweet, she got my wedding band so that my rings would match. Maha even cleaned my other ring while Diana was writing up my order. Fast forward 2 weeks, Diana gives me a call that the ring is ready as promised. It was gorgeous. Emerald-cut with baguettes, with my wedding band polished to match the new ring! Service deluxe. I currently have two vintage earrings from my grandma Diana is helping me with a replacement stone prongs-tightening and I'm looking forward to getting them soon. I plan to make more purchases with them in the future! read more

Great staff and overall environment! If you come here, definitely ask for Sandy Jeng--she goes above and beyond to get you the deal you want (she deserves a raise). She's also very kind and funny. They have a great selection and some of the best deals around. We were looking for everyday rings to wear casually and found exactly what we wanted. read more

I took a gold ring into Kevin's jewelers to see what they would offer, they offered $320, I left with my gold ring, went to another local place and they offered more than double the amount $730. Kevin jewelers might be a nice place but I don't think they are 100% honest. read more

Sandy Jeng had a engagement ring customized for me and let me say she has a great memory because I nearly ordered the wrong style for a hidden halo and she remembered the style of hidden halo that my fiancee wanted. The engagement ring came out perfect and my fiancee loved it and couldn't believe I pulled it off all thanks to Sandy. My fiancee and I came back to select our wedding bands together and once again Sandy delivered and got us a tremendous deal. read more

After being on the waitilist from a Rolex AD for a year, I had to go grey market for the piece I really wanted. I've been browsing for a while and I met sandy at the Kevin jewelers at the Santa Anita mall. I would say it was perfect timing because they only had this one specific model left in all of their stores She drove a hard bargain but eventually we came to a fair price and was very helpful with getting me this model. 2 days later I was able to get it on my wrist! Wish it came with the original box and papers but what can you do when you go grey market! All in all I recommend sandy to help you with all your Rolex needs. read more

My fiancée and I went engagement ring shopping at Kevin Jewelers, where we met diamond specialist, Sandy Jeng. She was immediately friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in how she could make us happy. She wanted to know all about what kind of ring we were looking for and clearly had an incredible depth of knowledge as a diamond specialist. Sandy showed us numerous rings, but we ultimately decided to have a custom ring designed and produced by Kevin Jewelers. The entire experience was absolutely incredible. Sandy and my fiancée are both from Taiwan and hit it off right away -- they were like two peas in a pod. Sandy was an exceptional brand ambassador for Kevin Jewelers. She worked incredibly hard to make sure we were happy and got exactly what we wanted. Since we ordered a custom ring, it took about four weeks to complete, but throughout the process, Sandy kept us updated on the timeline, often texting me with the latest information. She's an excellent communicator. The ring was actually finished ahead of schedule by a day or two! When we went in to pick up my fiancée's ring this evening, Sandy was there waiting for us. Since the ring was custom-made, we hadn't seen the final piece. We had selected the stone and the setting separately but hadn't seen them together. When we finally saw the finished ring, it was absolutely stunning. My fiancée was overjoyed -- she could hardly contain her excitement. It was a beautiful moment, and Sandy was right there with us, celebrating. The ring fits perfectly, looks amazing, and made all the effort worth it. I can't say enough good things about Kevin Jewelers and Sandy Jeng. I highly recommend both and am confident you'll have a wonderful experience, just like we did. Thank you, Sandy! read more

If you need a ring, please go to Sandy. She had the been most helpful salesperson at any Kevin jeweler (and any jeweler in general) that me and my fiancé have shopped with. Not too pushy, lets you take your time, and cares about her customers. Shes been with us the whole process; from trying on engagement rings and still figuring out what shape I want, to selling us our wedding band. 10/10 recommend, thank you Kevin Santa Anita!!! read more

A little over a year ago I purchased a Cuban Link necklace for myself from this store located in the Santa Anita mall. A few months later one of the links were stuck and broke. I brought it back to the store to get repaired and cleaned. All I was required to do was bring it in and I was told someone would call me when it was ready and they did, no problem and no issue. A year later my son broke my necklace again and again I brought to your store to have it repaired. I told them when I dropped it off I wanted it fixed and did not care how much it cost, the money is not an issue. I was told it would take about a month for it to go to corporate headquarters. Ridiculous it takes so long but whatever. I was given a receipt to follow up on 11/23/24, which I did. The guy who answered the phone said it would be $150. I again said just fix the necklace I do not care how much it is to repair money is not an issue. I was then told by this guy that it would be ready next Wednesday on 11/27/24. On 11/27/24 I called to see if my necklace was ready and the girl on the phone said yes the necklace is ready for pick up. I get in my car with my daughter and drive to your store to pick up my merchandise and the girl says I do not see it n the box. They then come and tell me its not ready and that I needed to email someone, the first I heard about this. Especially considering that the last time you made my repair this was not mentioned or even necessary nor done. I then had to ask the guy at the counter because the incompetence was starting to bother me "HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU ALL NEED TO BE TOLD THAT I WANT MY NECKLACE REPAIRED?" This is now the THIRD TIME that I have requested to have my necklace repaired from you people!!!! I then asked them why I was told that my necklace was ready for pick up less than 30 minutes prior to my arrival. Every employee there acted like they did not know what I was talking about with this stupid look on their face. I had to pull my phone out and show them where I called. They then asked me if it was a woman or a man who I talked too and I said a woman. Then they look at this young lady who works there who told me she could not find my necklace. My question is why did she not look to see if my necklace had been repaired and available prior to just saying yes its ready knowing damn well she did not do her due diligence and check before wasting my time and having me drive there for nothing. As a result you all have lost a good paying customer who has supported and shopped at a couple of your stores and spent good money. I have bought rings for my wife there and my wedding band. I was looking to get my kids necklaces there for Christmas but after this experience, the run around and waste of time I will pass. I refuse to spend money where I have to have my time wasted with a bunch of incompetent employees. read more

Shout out to my girl Zoyla! She is the best. Zoyla, I quit my job and moved that is why I have not been back to buy more beautiful jewelry. I miss seeing you and getting the best deals on jewelry in Glendale! I hope you are doing well. Also, Kevin Jewelers has the best selection in the Galleria mall Glendale Location, hands down. I have been to almost jewelry store in Glendale and ended up buying many pieces in my collection from Kevin Jewelers. I am very, very happy with these unique pieces. They carry special things in the store that are one of a kind and you cannot find online. I see a lot of reviews here about being mistreated and I must admit I had a terrible experience with another employee, maybe the manager? That is the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5. If it wasn't for Zoyla and the other sweet ladies there, I would have NEVER gone back. read more

Thank you to the team at this location for helping me with a bracelet that I had purchased as a gift for my boyfriend. When I purchased it (from this location) they said I was able to adjust the size. I went to another location in San Diego to resize ( because I just so happened to be there at the time) and they looked at me like I was crazy and said I wasn't able to resize this at all and they couldn't do it. Obviously I was shocked since I was told originally I could have it fixed. I called this location and they said I could bring it in and they'd handle it. I brought it in and, after a few minutes they agreed to fix it and by the next day I had a resized bracelet! It's perfect now and I'm very happy that the issue was resolved. Sad that the location in San Diego was so rude but oh well. read more

My god these people are the worst. We bought a ring from them against my instincts. They bragged about the diamonds. The first week a diamond fell out the second week another fell out. We went back and asked for a refund. They said no 7 days only. They then said we should have purchased the warranty. As if it's our fault. Through a battle they fixed it. It took forever we ask why? They said the diamonds are so small they need special equipment to handle them. Yes... that warmed my heart. Coming back to pick it up they treated us like terrorists. Really Never! Ever! Buy from these people. Garbage product. Zales was a much better experience. read more

Great service very helpful and great price. They use my iddeal jewelry card and gave me 18 months no interest. Great place

I have been shopping here for years, it's been the only place I buy my jewelery and any jewelry for my family from. My husband even bought my engagement ring here. However a lot has changed, none of the same people work here, the employees are all new and don't know a thing about customer service. I came in to purchase a new wedding band about 2 months ago, it had to be special ordered because of the small size. me and pressuring me to accept the ring and give a signature, to the point that it was rude and I was uncomfortable. The ring size was not correct and I had to get the manager to stop the inappropriate behavior of the woman. I was ready to walk out and request a refund. When I went to pick up the ring it was way too big and did not reflect the size on any of the sizing tools they have in store. The woman who brought out my ring kept rushing. Yet I was told I would have to pay an additional $80 to get the ring resized properly. I don't understand why I am paying for a correction that was the stores fault in the first place. At a jewelry store, of all places I would expect quality to be considered and a standard, the ring I was given did not match the product/size I was originally sold. The ONLY reason I paid the additional amount was because of how much I loved the ring and how it matched with my engagement band, I wanted so badly to leave and have the purchase refunded entirely. Kevin jewelers you have lost a customer who has bought a decade worth of jewelry forever. I will not be shopping here again. The customer service is terrible. read more

I have been a purchasing and been coming to this location for a good time. I always get treated very well. My boyfriend and I visited this establishment yesterday and while we were shopping for clothes and shoes we decided to see if they would kindly clean my diamond ring. When we walked into the store. Only one customer was at the glass table and two employees (both female) were just looking at jewelry. When asked the women asked if we purchased the ring from the store and we politely stated no, she stated because we did not purchase from the store they denied us. The very next day, we went to Weiss Jewelers in Los Angeles and walked in and they stated absolutely, not only was it perfectly cleaned but it was at no charge to our surprise. Customer service goes a long way and maybe management should speak to the employees in that regard. read more

This comment is directed towards the woman employee here. My partner and I placed an order on Sept. 1st, the order was for 2 rings (which needed to get resized) when we first met w the manager & salesman, they set our expectations for 3 weeks MAX wait time, it's been well over a month and we are still waiting for our rings. This would be less upsetting if the woman who answers/works the day shift wasn't extremely rude. Her customer service skills DO NOT EXIST, she laughs and scoffs at the customers and inserts herself into conversations. We were speaking w 2 male employees when she rudely inserted herself into the conversation and tried gaslighting us after the store gave us wrong information. We had to physically leave and call back the male employee who helped. He apologized for her behavior and let us know a new expected date for the rings to arrive. The one star is for his service but AVOID this location SPECIFICALLY bc of this woman. read more

Bought a ring here. It was 70 percent off. The lady helping was persistent about giving us a deal. From retail to the final price, she ripped us off by $50 after I realized the 70 percent off from final price was. She told us another one before realizing the math was off. Such a shame because after realizing it. They said no refunds. Can't believe any sales person when they try to build a trust. Cute ring, and sales lady was nice. But just a little shady. read more

Do not shop here! There are no refunds, exchanges only within 7 days. If you come to do an exchange in that 7 days you have to pick something and make your decision right there and then, no store credit. How does a business operate like this? read more

Worst experience ever. Was gifted a gold bracelet for Xmas went into exchange it. That in its self was a horrible experience. They wouldn't tell me how much credit I had it all felt so slimy. So I finally called the friend that gave it to me and had to ask how much he paid for it. I exchanged it for a bracelet I never even tried on. They polished it and put it in a box . A few weeks later I went to wear it for the first time and the clasp was not working. Finally I had time to go back in and I was 5 days past the 30 day warranty period. They wanted to charge me $80.00 to repair it. They had the exact bracelet in the case and could have easily swapped it out. They refused to call a manager. It was really frustrating. Again I never even wore it. In the end I left with my broken $700.00 bracelet. They were awful! Please do not shop here ever ! read more
