4/16/2024- I can't believe it's been three years since our last visit.. Initially, I was looking to have a back up boarding.. for the furry ones.. I made reservations to have them re-evaluated.. a few weeks back.. Dropped them off this morning and they stayed until 3:30.. Staff was friendly and Cece was also there to greet them.. Received a call mid -morning and they passed with flying colors.. There are many advantages of bringing the dogs here and will fit our needs more.. I board my two dogs here and they seem to love it as much as we do. The facility is clean and they have individual kennels to house them. My dogs ( a shitzu and a bichon Frise) are small enough to share one kennel. The staff is friendly and good about following instructions for feeding and medications. I even request for my dogs to walk on leads with harnesses and they oblige, otherwise they use a choke collar which I don't care for. They don't mingle with other dogs and get walked every couple hours for exercise and to relieve themselves. This facility also offers daycare and grooming. read more

On command killed my dog. We boarded our Airedale terrier for a weekend and returned to him dead. They refused to take any responsibility for what had occurred. He was three years old and in perfect health. They took him for a walk with five plus dogs before daylight and the elderly walker dropped the leashes, letting my dog get hit by a car and not seeking help. They caused serious trauma in our family, and if I'm honest, i will flip them off ever single time I pass them on Moana. They should be ashamed of their behavior and organization. read more

My dog loves on command and they are so nice to her. They love seeing her every single morning when she comes in. They keep her safe entertained and she is out of energy by the time I pick her up each day. She enjoys seeing the same consistent stuff that have gotten to know her well over the months. We have taken our dog, Theo, to On Command for years. Theo always comes home very happy & cared for! I also appreciate how the staff always remember him on sight, he seems truly loved here. I was inspired to write this review after my most recent experience with On Command. While we usually take Theo here for boarding, we are currently on a month long vacation and thought it would be nice for him to stay home during that time with a Rover sitter. However, the sitter ended up neglecting him for the first four days of our vacation. On Command was SO wonderful to assist us in finding a room last minute for Theo and coordinating with one of our friends on drop off. They will take your money until they won't. What a strange experience. We have boarded 2 of our dogs here before a number of times. We started one of our pups here early on so he would have a comfortable space he was accustomed with. Last time we picked up our dogs from boarding we thought all went well. Recently, went to make a reservation for our 2 to board and received a phone call that our one of our dogs didn't do well there last time..try On Command in Sparks. Umm no thank you..read the reviews for Sparks and perhaps if there are challenges with a dog you should inform owners at pickup instead of at a later date and have them caught totally off guard. What a crappy way to do business. Oh well, both of our dogs are welcome at other local daycares and boarding and NO I would not dream of separating them for boarding because you like one dog but not the other. read more

I highly recommend On Command! They were referred to me by some friends who are very particular about who they leave their Doodles with. I needed a place to take my 5 month old St. Bernard while I worked, and On Command has been a dream come true. Kiera is now almost a year old and still loves going and loves everyone there. She actually gets mopey if she misses too many days. They also have groomers, and Kiera has had baths and nail trimmings and they a wonderful job. I haven't boarded Kiera yet, but they do that too. Beware!!!! Do not take your pet here!!!Please!!! You'll be sorry. Just picked up my Weimeriner from the vet after 3 day stay at on command. This is the worst place for dogs!!! This is a horrible establishment!!! I used this facility before and it's got worse with every time!!! They are not responsible for everything!!! The staff leaves your pet all day in a kennel with no supervision. They are understaffed and is like the pound with horrible environment!!! My dog suffered malnutrition, dehydration, blood in his stool and cuts to his face!!! Horrible place!!! Use any other Dogie day care but this one!!! read more

As usual, the staff is incredibly friendly and shows true caring and attention to our pugs, Rainbow and Stormy. They both seem happy to be there and are well taken care of for the week we leave them. This time Stormy got into a little problem swallowing something he shouldn't have and the staff immediately solved the problem and notified us of the situation. All ended well. Thanks. Wonderful doesn't even begin to describe the vibe you get when you walk in. My pup can't even wait to get into the door to greet the friendly and engaging staff. After greetings and some love to my pup, the groomer assigned to her greets me and her, asked what I'd like to have her groomed, gives me his/her recommendations (which were totally in sync with mine) and off they went. 1 1/2 hours later I get a text that she's done and boy does she look beautiful! Place is still the best. Have taken my pit bull mixed dogs here since adopting them a couple of years ago and have use training, daycare, boarding as well as grooming services. We did have a billing snafu that was under dispute based on their point of sale processor, but never stopped bringing our dogs here ( it was resolved- fyi) Even while it was under dispute, we kept coming for the care our animals received. The staff is great, and I do feel when I leave my babes here they are getting the best treatment.
