Not long after we encountered a stray on our walks with our Frenchie. We observed her for about four months before we became sure she was a stray--a German shepherd, about 11 months old. She is doing well now; at 75 lbs she is large and athletic. We were concerned because, while she is a sweetheart, she can be a handful. She took to Brynda and Billy right away--they were very good with her. When we returned from our vacation both dogs were healthy, happy and a little sad to see Brynda and Billy leave. Regardless of the size or age of the pet we can attest that B&B Pet Sitting is more than capable. Thanks to Brynda and Billy for taking superb care of our four legged family members!

I called later about boarding. They really push for you to just fill out a form. They will not give any kind of estimate. I understand that circumstances will vary, but a price range would be good. I had a contractor at my home once looking out my window and commenting "all you rich people up here." He way overcharged me and we aren't all rich. Not saying she would do this, I just like to be quoted a price range. She seems to take care of her employees and has a decent business plan. Costs to meet with them, as it should. Where she lost me was asking how long the dogs could be left alone. Well, several hours I suppose. She kinda beat around the bush then told me that all of her Nannys have full time careers. If I am working outside of the house for a full work day, I take my dogs to day care. An 8-9 hour work day and commute, leaves my dogs alone for at least 9-10 hours. How does the Nanny have time to exercise them? She also said that a Nanny can only work for one week. So, if you are gone for more than one week, you would have 2 nannies. Not a huge deal, but two different people in my home is a question mark. She ended the conversation with "fill out the online form and we will see if we have any nannies available." Didn't sound like she even wanted the business and seemed like she didn't have many nannies. I have 2 easy, older dogs, but they need daily exercise. I don't need someone with my dogs 24/7, but I would not leave them more than 6 hours at a time, so just being fed and having someone overnight, is not what I am looking for. That being said, if this works for others, they may be a great service.

Angel Pet Sitting is absolutely fantastic! Tina & Tony are the husband & wife team that run Angel…read more I have used them at least 6 times in the last year and have never been disappointed. They have taken care of my dogs for a couple of days at a time to weeks at a time. Two of those times were emergency vists because I was unexpectantly admitted to the hospital. They were there for me & my 3 dogs with no questions asked. I am currently on a trip that was to last 5 weeks. But I have had to extend my trip an additional 4 weeks. No problem with tony & Tina. Angel also house sits for me. They get my mail, water my indoor plants & flower pots outside, take out the trash, sweep floors & clean up the yard. Tony even cut my lawn when i was gone for 2 weeks last year. He thought my grass was getting too tall so he grabbed my lawnmower & away he went. They also spend time walking my dogs which they don't need to do because I have a huge fenced in back yard & a doggie door. Each one of my dogs has minor special needs. This is also no issue for Angel. My dogs get brushed more when i am away than when i am home. Tina & Tony go the extra mile & spend "quality" time with your pets. I also leave some cash & a signed check in case the dogs need something while I am gone. Dog treats, vet visits, extended stays on my part, whatever. Angel is good to me & my dogs so I do what I can to make their job smooth. And I have never had to worry that this extra money will be used on anything other than my dogs. Angel does not just take care of your pets. They become friends with your animals & create individual bonds. My dogs absolutely just love Tina & Tony & so do I. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that my dog family & my home will be well taken care of when I am away. Thumbs up, 5 stars, high five, 100% perfect to Angel Pet Sitting. The counter surfing has ended, and she is getting much better with her manners as well as off leash recall. I also recently boarded Evie, and let me tell you- that was incredible. She went out 2x for hour long hikes, and I added on some boosters to reinforce her Turn Key training, she had a blast, and was exhausted when I picked her up. I had been taking my Shiba Inu here for the past few months as this is a convenient location and my…read morehusband and I occasionally would need her to be watched for a workday here and there. The good - the female facilitator and the other gentleman were very sweet. They gave a great tour, and were always happy to take calls or answer questions. I think this place is great for folks who work on USA Parkway, or folks who are content with quick exchanges with no feedback. The bad - Unfortunately most of my drop offs consisted of dealing with Thomas, the owner. He made it clear pretty early on that he thought me and my dog had "anxiety issues". When I picked my dog up each day I liked to ask how her day was, as I'm genuinely interested (I love my dog lol) and it's nice to make small talk. Thomas took this interaction as me thinking my dog had a problem, and would make comments about my dog having some type of issue. He constantly rubbed me the wrong way, saying it was incorrect for me to say goodbye to my dog as it would increase her anxiety, and mentioning that I shouldn't call in to check on her. The final straw was today, Thomas had made a comment to my husband yesterday that my dog was "nippy" with him, and I wanted to talk to Thomas about it directly as I was genuinely concerned about my dog showing potential signs of aggression. Upon me asking him about it, he immediately let me know I should probably find another daycare, as I'm the owner he deals with that has the most issues or concerns. I tried to amicably let him know I'm only trying to get more information on the situation, but he kept insisting I go somewhere else since I'm not happy. This was a totally unprofessional way to speak to me, and as a paying customer I think it's well within my right to ask second level questions about my dog's behavior. I will be taking his advice, and going to a different daycare that doesn't view me as a problem customer for checking in on my dog or asking about her at pickup. 2 stars because they helped us out during days we needed dog care, and I'm appreciative for that!

We boarded our 2 dogs for 5 nights. When we picked up our dogs, Mia our 3 yr old was reverse…read moresneezing really bad. We were told she does that when excited. She has never done that!! They then rushed us out as fast as they could. When we got home we knew something was wrong with Mia. She had zero energy and that reverse sneeze was horrible. The next day we called our vet and made an appointment for Mia. The vet on the phone said it's most likely Kennel Cough and we had to wait in our car until they cleared the area for Mia to come in. Kennel Cough is highly contagious. Dogs can get it even though they are vaccinated, which Mia is. After examining Mia the vet confirmed she had Kennel Cough and prescribed an antibiotic for her. She didn't start to get back to normal for six days. Finally she's back to being our Mia. Our other dog, Emma, was ok when we picked her up but started showing signs of Kennel Cough the day after pick up. We called the vet and got meds for Emma. Emma's illness was not as bad as Mia's so she recovered much quicker. The owners have a new puppy in the office area and everyone going in and out are exposed to whatever illness the puppy has. The owners even mentioned the humidifier in the office was for the puppy due to breathing issues. I'm guessing the puppy spread Kennel Cough throughout the whole facility. We tried contacting the owners but it kept going to voicemail. We left a message and have never heard from them. That's no way to run a business. I will never bring our dogs there again and will never recommend them to anyone. I'm actually surprised they have been in business for as long as they have been. If you cherish your pups find another place that actually cares.

Our precious fourteen year old female was called beautiful and had pics taken of passerby's. When we picked her up after her being there for three hours or more ( every visit the same amount of time ) we just wanted to get them home. With her we noticed immediately her " beautiful fan tail " was no more. Her hind leg had been shaved to the bone. The shaver got away from one of their employees and that employee was not honest enough to report it. And if it was reported to his or her employer when we picked up our precious dog the incident was ignored and she was handed over to us like nothing ever happened. Now, a few months later she still has the large bald spot on the back of her hind leg where no hair has grown.. Her tail is completely butchered it hasn't grown out to its " beautiful fan wave" for a Collie after all this time. " I cant imagine what she was put through" being there! Our two year old male dog the most loving ever had his face completely missed his beard went over his lip. I trimmed it myself. I'm grateful our male dog hadn't gone through the trauma our precious female had gone through. I personally feel that someone there ( management) should be taking responsibility by checking while dogs are being groomed by ( newbies ) or any employee in any manner. I feel my female dog was left with a newbie and was not given the attention to this employee that he or she needed with managing. My daughter and I were under the impression that the woman that met us outside( same woman that groomed twice before ) asked how we'd like their grooming taken care of would be the one attending to both our dogs we trusted her grooming since she had done both our dogs twice before and we were happy with their outcome We had made recommendations to friends about Animal Oasis. We put our trust in the woman who greeted us who seemed interested in our concerns towards their grooming. This business failed my dogs and us. We should have looked at the grooming before paying the $100.00 per dog and not given the tips. I've never had to write up a complaint I waited hoping my female dog would grow her beautiful hair back to its original shape " Not" ! The Animal Oasis deserves this complaint. If you go to Animal Oasis after my complaint ask questions like who will be attending fully to my animal and look carefully after the work has been completed to your satisfaction before tipping.
