Im so sensitive when it comes to my pets, and people don't understand. "Just get a new one." Or "It's just an animal." But these woman understand that. I don't know how they do it, they are literally superhero's. For my cat and my dog (separate passing/different years) they made the most beautiful flower beds for them. My cat had a tiny bed made of craft flowers they decorated for her with a cute blanket. They gently placed her in it, it was like she was asleep. My dog who was 80 pounds had a special place in the back of their car. It had grass carpet, a teddy bear with her name on it, decorative flowers and such. Before the service they ask you if you would help carry your pet to the car or they can arrange themselves to do it no charge, they just need a notice in advance. My brothers assisted and they placed another cute blanket on my dog, she looked so peaceful. All these decorations come with the service mind you. They were so welcoming to my other dog as well. Even when he was trying to lick their faces. Of course they recommend if your other animals are not friendly to keep them secure. They even helped me make a clay paw print for my dog with my own clay. You can buy it in their shop but we thought to just do it ourselves. And despite that they offered their assistance. The process goes as, they give your pet a sort of sleep medicine, then they inject the shot. They listen to the heartbeat and gently let you know they've crossed over. This all took maybe 10 minutes, very calm. Our goodbyes took longer but they are understanding and give you the space. They respond almost immediately once you create your appointment. And are very timely. They will let you know if they are behind. When we asked them for our dogs ashes a couple weeks later they went out of their way to call on our behalf. These woman are truly special and so patient. Everything they do has care and love put into it. In every blanket, flower, and bed. They save your pet the anxiety and stress of going to the vet, and then driving them to the crematory yourself. I can not recommend their service enough. read more
