I highly, highly recommend using them for your fur babies!! First of all, communication was top-notch from beginning to end. Pricing was more than fair. Upon arrival, I felt comfortable right away and my babies felt comfortable, too. I also received pics throughout the day which made me so happy. I could go on an on, but just know that whenever we visit the area again, I will definitely be using them, no doubt!! You can see from the photos how relaxed my babies were!! I thank them for putting me at ease during our visit. read more

I need to add to my previous review. Since our last vacation our older dog had to make his way to the happy hunting ground. Not long after we encountered a stray on our walks with our Frenchie. We observed her for about four months before we became sure she was a stray--a German shepherd, about 11 months old. She is doing well now; at 75 lbs she is large and athletic. We were concerned because, while she is a sweetheart, she can be a handful. She took to Brynda and Billy right away--they were very good with her. When we returned from our vacation both dogs were healthy, happy and a little sad to see Brynda and Billy leave. Regardless of the size or age of the pet we can attest that B&B Pet Sitting is more than capable. Thanks to Brynda and Billy for taking superb care of our four legged family members! read more

Brynda is reliable and a good communicator. She's taken care of our two cats and our house while we were away on a few occasions. She takes lots of pictures/videos so we can see our cats are happy and can rest assured all the important tasks were completed each day. We feel very comfortable leaving our cats in Brynda's care! read more

So happy I found Brynda to watch my dog Terra! We needed someone last minute to watch our pup over the weekend. Brynda luckily had an opening! I brought my dog over to meet her to ensure it was a good fit on both sides. Brynda is clearly a dog lover and also very knowledgeable with how to introduce dogs into her home and with the other dogs staying there. I felt instantly comfortable. She made sure to ask about Terra's routines, preferences, and temperament. Over the weekend I got a bunch of videos and pictures of Terra which I loved- she looked so happy in the home and playing with her new friends. They treated our dog like their own- let her in the house, on the furniture, gave her treats and lots of love. They were also very accommodating with our schedule- at first I wanted to pick her up late at night and she said she'd be awake. Our flight ended up getting cancelled and I needed help watching Terra for an additional night and it was no problem. Terra was so happy when I picked her up and even made a new best friend with another dog she was sad to leave. This will be my go-to service for when I'm out of town in the future! Thank you so much! read more

Billy and Brynda asked for all the "rules" with my new puppy, and they made decisions that I would have made for my own puppy. It is a great home environment to take my dog, they are reliable and caring! Their medium sized dog played very nice with my little puppy too. They proactively sent tons of picture updates too which was very nice! read more

We searched long and hard in Reno for an in-home pet sitter for our 2 standard poodles. It hasn't been easy. We came across B&B and decided to give it a try...afterall it was only 3 days...the reviews of their service were excellent....what could go wrong? Brynda is competent, resourceful, and professional. We would trust her with any pet and in our home. We highly recommend Brynda and Billy to care for your pets. There is no one better here in the area. Give them a try. read more

Brynda was amazing! She took such good care of our girl when we unexpectedly found ourselves in need of a pet sitter this week. We've never left our pup with a stranger before and I was a bit nervous about it. Brynda quickly put my mind at ease. She was calm, caring, and professional. You can tell she truly loves animals. She sent several photos and videos of our girl throughout her stay. She was very accommodating with pick ups and drop offs as well. I can't recommend B&B Pet Sitting enough. read more

I found B&B pet sitting here on Yelp. I have a small dog who has never been boarded before. He is a sweet guy but a little shy. I was a little nervous about him staying with new people, but he did great because B&B welcomed him into their home and treated him royally. I got frequent pictures and updates which gave me peace of mind and my little guy had a great time with his new friends. I would definitely use them again and recommend the dog sitting services they offer. Five stars all the way! Thank you B&B Pet sitting! read more

Just picked up our dog from B & B pet sitting... very happy with the care our 10 month old puppy received!

Wow! We were so impressed with Brynda and Billy's dog care in their home with our old boy George. We saw their amazing reviews on Yelp and we called. Brynda answered immediately and a few hours later we had an appointment for George to meet her and Billy and their dog Ray. After sitting with them in the back yard for a while, we knew that George would be totally comfortable there. Brynda and Billy made George part of their family while he was there. We got photos and updates every day. I had to ask THEM if George could come back!. Thankfully they said YES. read more

Brenda and Billy house sat our two Shelties and did a fantastic job. We are very fussy when it comes to selecting someone to take care our two dogs first and also leave our house as they found it. Billy and Brenda exceeded our expectations regarding both. Having B and B Pet Sitting available--no need to use a dog kennel. We highly recommend them!!! Ron & Pat S. read more

Billy and Brenda watched our chocolate lab "Yuba" while we went on a vacation. I was concerned because he had never stayed away from us at someone else's home. Well, my worries were immediately dissolved when I met Brynda and saw her great demeanor with dogs and her darling home and big yard. They allow the dogs to have free reign of the home and yard. They sent photos daily of Yuba, and he was definitely being spoiled! (He's a bit needy...lol) It was so nice knowing that he was loved and cared for so that we could focus on decompressing and enjoying our vacation. I only wish that I could give Billy and Brynda more stars here! Definitely recommend them for a safe place and peace of mind. Thank you, Billy and Brynda! read more

Billy and Brenda took amazing care of our two fur babies. Even our aloof dog (Beefy) got super comfortable with them. Also, Brenda and Billy did a great job dealing with our sometimes poorly behaved Labrador Chubby. Finally, they sent us tons of photos and videos and were just overall super friendly. We highly recommend Brenda and Billy. read more

Billy & Brynda did such a great job taking care of our animals and our house while we were away! They were kind and punctual when they came over to meet our animals, and one of our cats who hates people acted like she knew them both for a long time which was a pleasant surprise. We left for 4 days and it was so nice to not have to worry about our dogs and cats while we were gone. We got daily photo updates which was also very nice. Don't hesitate if you need a pet sitter, B & B will have you covered. read more

Bottom line up front: if you're in Reno and want personalized, competitively-priced, stress-free pet care for your dog from a loving, trustworthy family - look no further than B&B Pet Sitting. I am from out of state and came to Reno for my wedding. I wanted my dog to be a part of the wedding but was not able to have him stay in the Air BnB/hotel. I felt more comfortable leaving my dog in a home rather than in a boarding facility, and I also did not have the time to set up & complete any preliminary observation sessions at a boarding facility since I was coming from out of state. I found Brynda & Billy and knew that they were just what I was looking for, and they couldn't have been more phenomenal. Scheduling with them was easy - it took only a phone call to block off my dates (they will look after ONLY your dog when you reserve time with them!). I had to cut my stay with them by a day and they were happy to accommodate this adjustment. Their rates were competitive with any dog boarding facility in the area as well. Their home is the PERFECT place for your dog. They have a large backyard with a doggy door (which they'll teach your pup to use!). They also have a dog who is well-trained, well-socialized, and a great companion for your pup (having a friend for my dog was a big bonus). They have a great structure for on-boarding a new dog into their home for the first time. They welcomed my dog by taking him to the backyard first, allowing him to get acquainted with the space, then introduced their dog while we chatted. Before I left they were already teaching my pup to use the doggy door! They'll also assist with any special dietary measures or medications. They welcomed him with open arms, and I felt incredibly comfortable and confident that he would enjoy his stay. Brynda & Billy provided such personalized care for my dog. As mentioned previously, they have a policy of only watching 1 family's animals at a time so you are assured that your dog(s) is/are well taken care of and attended to. I received multiple photos and videos every day of my pup having a great time. They also provided transportation services for my dog. I was so thrilled that they could bring my dog to and from my wedding, allowing him to be a part of our special day. Billy & Brynda handled all of the logistics, making for a seamless experience. I most definitely could not have gotten this at a boarding facility, and was hard-pressed to find anywhere else that could do this. Billy & Brynda were truly family away from family for my dog. I will absolutely use them next time I am in Reno, and highly recommend them to any dog owner. read more

I can always tell when my cat is well taken care of because he doesn't cry and complain when I return home. Thank you! Also appreciate the daily text updates with pics read more

Billy and Brynda were so attentive to our sweet girl when we went out of town. They have a big backyard and a perfect set up for dogs. Brynda has helped take care of our two doggos twice now and we love it! Convenience is the first factor since they get to stay at home and relax. Secondly, Brynda is very thorough. Will follow all your instructions to dog and house needs, sends photos daily and is great with communication. Thanks for your help and definitely recommend! read more

I needed to go out-of-state for a 5-day trip. I have always used boarding services for my dogs, but decided to give B & B a try. I was nervous about leaving my dog with a loud boarding facility because she can be timid and anxious, so I was relieved to know that B & B was in a quieter house setting with a beautiful back yard. My dog was able to sleep in a bedroom with another human rather than being locked in a room by herself all night. And as far as pricing goes, it is not that much more than what you would spend at any boarding facility, but with a ton less hassle. I received daily updates on how my dog was doing. Brenda and Billy were courteous the entire time. Thank you so much!! read more

Brynda and B&B provided my pup and me the best boarding experience we have ever had. I have boarded Rio a number of different places over the years, to varying levels of satisfaction, but we have definitely found his home away from home at B&B. Brynda kept him well-fed, -exercised, and -behaved the whole three weeks I was away. She kept up with his training and feeding regiments, all while sending me lots of photos so I could rest easy knowing he was well taken care of. So so so grateful for Brynda and how well she took care of my angel. Definitely use B&B if you want your dog to be seriously loved on!! read more
