We finally got to try Omeli kitchen a few weeks ago! We decided to order some take out to share with friends as they finished moving into their new home nearby. We got 2 orders of the Lomo Saltado, an order of Calamari, the Oxtail Fried Rice, and the Macaroni Filet Mignon. The Lomo Saltado was super flavorful, savory, and absolutely delicious, and the green sauce it came with was creamy and refreshing - this will definitely be my go to order here. The calamari was crispy and flavorful as well. The Oxtail Fried Rice was, unfortunately, rather disappointing. The meat was a little dry and stringy and the rice was a touch greasy. The fried rice itself was also under seasoned. I had high hopes seeing it as a special, but I don't think we'll order it again. The Macaroni Filet Mignon, however, was shockingly delicious - the perfect chewiness to the noodles, a sweet and savory sauce, and tender meat. My 2 year old loved it too! I'm eager to go back and eat at the restaurant when I get a chance to try out their pho dishes as well. I can't believe it took us this long to try it out, but we're definitely adding it to our regular rotation of restaurants! read more

Ordered quite a variety of plates and all tasted solid. The lomo saltado, the rib eye garlic noodles, and shaken beef garlic noodles were delicious. Service was great as well and parking was not too bad (located in a plaza). Not a lot of tables and seating, but can still fit 30 or so customers. Prices were very reasonable as well. I will be a returning customer. Note: I made a reservation through the Yelp app, but was notified when I got there that they don't check the app. It's much safer to show up earlier to grab seats rather than rely on Yelp to reserve. Luckily, they were able to accommodate my group of 7 on the fly. read more

Ate here with my family of 3 for the first time today. FYI no yelp reservations available on the weekend. We did have a wait, but Our wait was less than 10 min and was so worth it! Every dish we had was fresh and delicious. Even my picky 8 year old enjoyed the meal. We ordered the lomo Saltado, shrimp spring rolls, simple pho,French fries(plain) and cucumber salad appetizer. The Deja vu lemonade was an absolute dream as well as the Vietnamese coconut coffee. You cannot go wrong with whatever you order. The Staff was fast friendly and efficient and so helpful. Chose this place because it had good reviews and my girlfriend and I LOVE asian food, and we were not disappointed! The fusion of asian and also peruvian dishes was super cool. We were greeted by the sweetest lady which started off our experience very warmly. I got the limo saltado and my girlfriend got the ribeye pho. We also shared the cucumber salad and the shrimp spring rolls. Everything was bomb, and I honestly liked the lomo saltado here better than any saltado i've had at a peruvian place. We will definitely be back! It's also very cute inside :). read more

Omeli Kitchen in Fullerton is a delightful fusion restaurant that blends Vietnamese and Peruvian flavors seamlessly. The small yet cozy space exudes a comforting and homey ambiance, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed dining experience. The service is quick and friendly, adding to the inviting atmosphere. Now, let's talk about the star of the show--the food. Each dish is a testament to the culinary creativity and skill of the chefs. Here are some dishes I tried and highly recommend: * Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Roll: A fresh and flavorful appetizer that sets the tone for the meal. * Crispy Eggroll: A classic dish done to perfection, with a crispy exterior and a flavorful filling. * Nui Xao Bo: This dish showcases the chef's expertise in blending Vietnamese and Peruvian flavors. The Macaroni Filet Mignon Beef with Asian combined sauce, rice macaroni, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, and celery creates a harmonious fusion of tastes and textures. * Lomo Saltado: A standout dish that is juicy, flavorful, and served with an incredible spicy sauce that elevates the flavors to another level. * Grilled Tiger Prawn Fried Rice: A satisfying and well-executed dish that combines the freshness of grilled prawns and peas & carrots, with the comforting flavors of fried rice. * Grilled Vermicelli Noodles with Grilled Prawns: A light yet satisfying option that showcases the freshness of the ingredients. Among these dishes, the Lomo Saltado truly stood out for its juicy, flavorful profile and the addition of the incredible spicy sauce that took it to new heights. The Nui Xao Bo, with its unique blend of Vietnamese and Peruvian influences, was also a standout, showcasing the chef's innovative approach to fusion cuisine. Overall, Omeli Kitchen offers a dining experience that is both comforting and adventurous, with a menu that celebrates the best of both Vietnamese and Peruvian cuisines. Whether you're a fan of fusion cuisine or simply looking for delicious food in a welcoming environment, Omeli Kitchen is definitely worth a visit. read more

I recently dined at OMeLi Kitchen in Fullerton and had a delightful experience. The restaurant offers a unique fusion of Vietnamese and Peruvian cuisines, creating a diverse and flavorful menu. Ambiance: The interior is clean and minimalistic, featuring gray walls and wood decor that lend a modern yet rustic charm. The space is cozy but well-organized, making efficient use of the area. Service: The service was exceptional. Despite the restaurant being full, the staff managed everything seamlessly. We were seated promptly without a reservation, and the attentive team ensured our dining experience was pleasant. Food: The menu is extensive, offering a variety of dishes that cater to different palates. We started with the Crispy Egg Rolls, which were packed with flavor and served piping hot. For the main course, the Pho Short Rib stood out; the broth was rich, and the short ribs were tender and generous in portion. The Oxtail Fried Rice, topped with a perfectly runny fried egg, was another highlight, boasting a hearty amount of succulent oxtail. The star of the evening was the Lomo Saltado; the filet mignon pieces were incredibly tender, and the accompanying Peruvian green sauce added a delightful kick. Drinks: To complement our meal, we tried the Taro Coffee, which offered a unique twist on the traditional beverage, blending the earthy notes of taro with robust coffee flavors. For those preferring something sweeter, the Tra Li Chi tea, infused with lychee and peach, was refreshing and perfectly balanced. Overall Experience: OMeLi Kitchen provides a memorable dining experience with its fusion of Vietnamese and Peruvian dishes. The combination of a cozy ambiance, attentive service, and delectable food makes it a must-visit spot in Orange County. I left the restaurant feeling satisfied and eager to return to explore more of their menu offerings. read more

I went to Omeli Kitchen for a lunch date with some friends. I'd heard nothing but good things about the place, so I was excited to check it out. I arrived pretty early, so it wasn't too crowded yet, but after about an hour, it definitely got busier. If you're planning to go, I'd suggest getting there early, hitting the off hours, or hopping on the waitlist online. For this visit, I went with one of my go-to pho orders, the Pho Short Ribs. It did not disappoint. The broth was super flavorful and aromatic, and the rib meat was incredibly tender. It was falling off the bone! They also offer unlimited noodle refills, though honestly, the portion of noodles was already pretty filling. But, it's a great thing to know if you're extra hungry and want more. I did try a bit of some other dishes, but I thought they were just okay. I tried a bit of the Lomo Saltado, and while it was fine, it wasn't as delicious as the pho. The flavors weren't as strong as I expected, so I wasn't as impressed with that dish. I really liked the overall vibe of the place. It was well-lit, and I loved that all the condiments you'd want are already on the table. There's plenty of seating, but it's a bit of a small spot. The service was also pretty fast, so there wasn't too much of a wait after ordering. Overall, I really enjoyed the pho and would definitely stop by again if I'm in the area to try a few more of their offerings. read more

A Hidden Gem for Vietnamese Comfort Food! I recently joined six of my coworkers for lunch at Omeli Kitchen, and I left already planning my next visit. I'm always on the hunt for a great bún thịt nướng, and Omeli Kitchen absolutely delivered. The pork was perfectly seasoned, well-marinated, and grilled with that smoky flavor that makes this dish so satisfying. Every bite was packed with flavor and freshness. What really caught my attention, though, was what everyone else ordered. Four of my coworkers went with the Ribeye Garlic Noodles, and wow ; it looked incredible. The ribeye was cooked beautifully, and the garlicky noodles looked rich and irresistible. After seeing those plates hit the table, I've already decided that's what I'm ordering next time! Don't skip the sides, either. The cucumber salad was refreshing, crisp, and surprisingly addictive. The BBQ pork roll was another standout fresh, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the meal. Great food, generous portions, and plenty of menu items that make you want to come back and try something new. If you're craving Vietnamese -Peruvian fusion flavors or are curious about those famous garlic noodles, Omeli Kitchen is definitely worth a visit. Pro tip: Order the bún thịt nướng, grab a cucumber salad, and if you're with friends, make sure someone gets the Ribeye Garlic Noodles you'll probably be ordering them on your next visit too! read more

My dining experience at the Peruvian Vietnamese restaurant was a delightful journey through the vibrant flavors of Vietnam, delivered with authenticity and care. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to ensure my dining experience was memorable. The menu presented a unique fusion of Peruvian and Vietnamese cuisines, and I was thrilled to explore this innovative culinary combination. Each dish I tried boasted the unmistakable authenticity of Vietnamese cuisine, from the fragrant pho to the flavorful banh mi. The use of fresh herbs, spices, and traditional cooking techniques truly elevated the dining experience. Moreover, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Their genuine warmth and hospitality added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. The restaurant itself had a pleasant ambiance, with tasteful decor and a cozy atmosphere. Whether dining solo or with friends and family, the environment was conducive to relaxation and enjoyment. In summary, the Peruvian Vietnamese restaurant offers a unique culinary experience that seamlessly blends authentic Vietnamese flavors with friendly service and a welcoming environment. It's a gem for anyone seeking delicious food and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended! read more

I was so impressed with my first visit to Omeli Kitchen a few months ago that I knew I had to come back and explore more of their menu! This time around, I tried the Lobster Garlic Noodles. This dish featured tossed lobster with Omeli's house sauce, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, and green onion. The garlic flavor was spot on, and the noodles were perfectly soft and flavorful. I also got the Crispy Chicken Wings during this visit. They came out fresh and hot, with a super crispy texture and a punch of garlic, thanks to the special house sauce. These wings were definitely a winner! Of course, I couldn't resist getting the Pho Short Rib again. The tender short rib and that comforting, flavorful broth never disappoint. It's one of those dishes I could enjoy any day, and I was so happy to see it's still as delicious as the first time I tried it. The Lomo Saltado was my favorite during the last visit, and there's a reason I went for it again -- the filet mignon is juicy and perfectly cooked, making every bite so satisfying. I also tried the Pacific Ocean drink for the first time, and it was the perfect refreshment. The blend of peach purée, blue curaçao, and jasmine green tea was both sweet and soothing. So happy to be back at Omeli Kitchen! I am already thinking about what I'll try next. ;) read more

OMELI Kitchen is a true gem in Fullerton! As soon as I walked in, I was taken away by the vibrant lights hanging from the ceiling and the lush greenery decorating the walls. The restaurant was playing Vietnamese music, which made me feel immersed in the culture and added to the authentic dining experience. We were warmly greeted by the freindly hostess who quickly showed us to our seats. Looking at the menu, I decided to try the Pho Combination, which comes with an assortment of meats - filet, beef belly, brisket, and beef ball! A cool detail that I noticed on the menu is that they offer free unlimited noodles upon request for the pho. The bowls arrived quickly, mine coming in aromatic and smoking hot. The beef bone broth was rich and authentic, with soft noodles that soaked up the flavors nicely. The meat was really tender and juicy. Fresh lemon, herbs, and bean sprout were provided on the side, which added freshness, crunch, and crispness to the dish. It was one of the best pho I've had ever. EVER. Overall, my experience at OMELI kitchen was fantastic, as it provided such a nice environment and a friendly staff. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a delicious, warm meal. Thank you to the staff for providing such a memorable experience! read more

O'meli Kitchen is a standout for anyone looking for elevated Vietnamese cuisine in Orange County. They skip the shortcuts and focus on high-quality proteins and vibrant, house-made sauces. The Standout Dishes Oxtail Fried Rice: This is the definition of comfort food. The oxtail is shredded directly into the rice, so you get that deep, savory beef flavor in every spoonful without having to navigate around bones. Topped with a sunny-side-up egg and fragrant Thai basil, it's a rich, cohesive dish that hits all the right notes. Soft Shell Crab Curry: The execution on the crab is flawless--perfectly crispy and light. The accompanying yellow curry is aromatic and creamy, providing a great balance to the saltier crunch of the crab. Shaken Beef Rice Bowl: The beef is clearly a premium cut, seared to a perfect tender finish. It's served with a fresh salad and a bright green chili-lime sauce that provides a necessary zesty kick to the savory steak. O'meli Kitchen manages to feel sophisticated while remaining approachable. The service is professional, and the kitchen's attention to detail--like shredding the oxtail for ease of eating--shows they really care about the guest experience. It's a must-visit in Fullerton. read more

This restaurant served me the most incredible combination of flavors I have ever experienced. I never imagined Vietnamese-Peruvian fusion could taste this amazing. The moment I tried their signature dish, Lomo Saltado, I realized something profound. Ah, this was not just food. I was savoring a masterpiece. The perfect harmony of crispy French fries, tender filet mignon, and fragrant jasmine rice was nothing short of extraordinary. It felt like a grand ball unfolded in my mouth with every bite. That was not all. The Lobster Garlic Noodles, King Tiger Shrimp Fried Rice, and even their take on pho were absolutely sensational. Every dish was seasoned to perfection, avoiding both excessive saltiness and blandness. Paired with their house-made sauces, the flavors reached a whole new level. The green sauce served with the Lomo Saltado, in particular, stood out. It was so delicious that I wanted to savor every last drop. Even their drinks were an adventure. The Tra Le Chi offered a delightful surprise with a sweet note that concluded with a slightly bitter jasmine tea aroma, gliding gently across the palate. The Pacific Ocean? Simply phenomenal. This place is not just a restaurant. It is a celebration of culinary art. read more

The Food & Drinks: Lomo Saltados (Beef & Shrimp): An absolute home run. Both proteins were cooked completely on point, and the seasoning struck the ideal balance. Spicy Chili Wontons: A major highlight of the meal. In fact, these easily rival (and arguably surpass) the wontons at Din Tai Fung. Popcorn Chicken: A massive hit with the kids--crispy, flavorful, and kid-approved. Pho: Ordered primarily for the children to enjoy the noodles, so I didn't get a full taste myself. However, given the exceptional quality and execution of everything else we tried, I am confident their phos are just as solid. Atmosphere & Service: Space: The restaurant is smaller than expected, creating an intimate setting. Because of its size, I imagine it gets packed very quickly during standard lunch and dinner rushes. Going just past lunch hours was a great way to avoid the crowd. Service: Fair, attentive enough to keep things moving smoothly for a hungry group with kids in tow. Final Verdict: A fantastic accidental find! Blending Vietnamese and Peruvian flavors can be tricky, but this spot executes it brilliantly. Great food for adults and kids alike--we will definitely be back. read more

I recently had the pleasure of dining at OMeLi Kitchen, and it was a culinary experience that left me genuinely impressed. Here's a rundown of the dishes that made my visit memorable: Shrimp Spring Rolls: Fresh and Flavorful The Shrimp Spring Rolls were a perfect start to the meal. Packed with freshness and flavor, each bite was a delightful combination of crisp veggies and succulent shrimp. A refreshing appetizer that set the tone for the feast. Phở Noodle Soup: Classic Comfort The Phở Noodle Soup at OMeLi Kitchen is a testament to their commitment to using the freshest ingredients. The broth was rich and aromatic, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. A classic comfort dish that warmed my soul. Lomo Saltado: Fusion Perfection The Lomo Saltado showcased OMeLi's ability to master diverse cuisines. The fusion of Peruvian and Asian flavors was a revelation. Just had the most incredible experience at Omeli Kitchen in Fullerton, CA! If you're craving a fusion like no other, this is THE spot. Their Vietnamese-Peruvian fusion is something out of this world. First up, the Lomo Saltado with their house green sauce - oh my yum! It's a perfect blend of spices and flavors that dance in your mouth. The sauce? Just heavenly! But wait, there's more! The Ox Tail Fried Rice? Absolutely to die for. It's rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. And don't even get me started on the Garlic Noodles - they are the definition of mouth-watering. Every dish is a standout at Omeli, making it hard to choose a favorite. Whether you're a fusion food lover or just looking for a delightful new dining experience, this place will not disappoint. Just had an unforgettable meal at O'Meli Kitchen! We tried a variety of dishes and drinks, and everything was beyond impressive. I had the Vietnamese iced coffee (rich and smooth) and the DejaVu lemonade with peach and yuzu -- super refreshing and packed with flavor. For food, we ordered the crispy calamari with green, yellow, and red peppers and jalapeños (perfectly seasoned with the right amount of heat), the lobster garlic noodles (buttery and full of flavor), the ribeye pho (deep, comforting broth), and the Lomo Saltado with filet mignon -- hands down my favorite dish of the night. The filet was unbelievably tender and the flavor combo was perfection. The staff were so friendly and attentive -- they really made us feel welcome and taken care of. On top of all that, the ambience is incredible. It's modern but cozy, with a cool, elevated vibe that still feels warm and inviting. Perfect for a relaxed night out or a special dinner. Can't wait to come back! read more

Omeli Kitchen is a great spot with a lot to offer. I recently dined here and was impressed by the variety on the menu and the unique flavors in their dishes. The ingredients tasted fresh, and you can tell there's a lot of care put into their cooking. The portions were generous, and everything was beautifully presented, which added to the experience. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect place to enjoy a relaxed meal. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the service was a bit slower than expected. It wasn't a huge issue, but it's something to keep in mind if you're on a tighter schedule. Pricing was reasonable for the quality, but a couple of dishes felt slightly overpriced compared to others. Still, the flavors and creativity made it worth the visit. Overall, Omeli Kitchen is definitely a spot I'd recommend for anyone looking to try something delicious and unique. I'll be back to explore more of their menu soon read more

If I hadn't wanted to try anything else, I could have eaten the entire plate of lobster garlic noodles since I was that fond of them. The tiny lobster chunks had a nice coating of flavor and were crunchy. The noodles retained the taste of garlic well, and they were chewy as well. There was also wonderful beef fried rice in a shake. The steak was tasty even if it was a little rough, and the rice was fluffy and well-seasoned. Since I could have probably cleaned that one myself, I told myself to quit eating it as well. Although I heard that the macaroni filet mignon was a must-order, I only found it to be mediocre at best. The noodles were a little floppy and overdone. Having said that, the meal had a fantastic flavor. We also shared some tofu spring rolls, which were delicious in and of themselves, but the accompanying peanut sauce seemed a little too sweet for my taste. Stronger peanut flavor would have made it better. read more

Last night, my friend and I had the pleasure of dining at this delightful Vietnamese restaurant, and it was an experience worth sharing. I ordered the Shaken Beef Garlic Noodles, and let me tell you, it was a dish to remember! The portion was generous. As for the beef, it was tender and cooked to perfection. My friend opted for the Fried Rice, and he was equally impressed. But what really elevated our dining experience was the service. Our server was friendly. She recommended the dishes we ended up ordering, and it's safe to say their suggestions were spot-on. It's rare to find a place where both the food and service are outstanding. In conclusion, I'm giving this restaurant a well-deserved 5 stars for both the incredible food and the excellent service. If you're in the mood for authentic Vietnamese cuisine that's both delicious and served with a smile, this is the place to go! read more

Omelie Kitchen is a great alternative to Vox Kitchen, particularly if you reside in Fullerton and don't want to make the drive to Fountain Valley. While the restaurant may be on the smaller side, the service is friendly, helpful, and incredibly quick. The decor inside is very nice and would be a romantic and cozy date spot. The Lomo Saltado at Omelie Kitchen is delicious, with juicy and tender beef that is sure to satisfy your tastebuds. The standout dish, however, is their garlic noodles with shrimp, which are perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor. The calamari is also worth mentioning, as it is both crispy and tender. The portion sizes at Omelie Kitchen are generous, ensuring that you leave feeling satisfied. If you're in the Fullerton area and craving Vietnamese fusion food, I highly recommend giving Omelie Kitchen a try. read more

This spot in Fullerton has quickly become my new favorite. Despite my initial skepticism about fusion, the blend of Vietnamese and Peruvian cuisines here is exceptional. The menu is well-designed and easy to navigate, mostly in English, signaling a unique twist on traditional Vietnamese fare. The attentive young staff keeps things running smoothly, and the food is outstanding. We tried both oxtail and chicken pho, and both had clean, flavorful broths. The portion size left me a bit indifferent, but the overall quality compensated for it. The iced teas were a highlight--flavorful and well-balanced. The owner, possibly a manager, was actively involved, even bringing out food for regular guests. Despite my reservations about fusion, I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. read more

Seen this spot popping up lately and decided to stop by on my birthday this past Sunday with the family. I ordered the Pho combo. I have to say it wasn't my favorite. The water from the noddles watered down the broth so much it lost the flavor I was looking for. I also ordered the garlic noodles and steak... it was lacking a lot of flavor also in my opinion. Wifey got the oxtail pho.. her words were, "I wouldn't order it again." Over all the food was lacking a lot of flavor. Service was fast and attentive. Restaurant felt clean and tidy. Atmosphere was good as well. It is a pricey location also. I spent $200 on 3 adults and 3 children under 10 and was charged a large party gratuity fee. Anyways, want worth it in my humble opinion. On to the next! read more

Yummy dishes, but limited choices. We had a pleasant experience but just wished they had more authentic Vietnamese dishes. Nevertheless, the portions were huge so we felt like we definitely got our money's worth. * Popcorn Chicken: 9/10 - super tasty and good sauce * Nui Xào Bò: 9/10 - yummy and great combination of beef and veggies * Lomo Saltado: 8/10 - wish the filet pieces were a bit smaller * Bún Tôm Nướng: 6/10 - peeling the prawns was a hassle The workers were nice and everything came out at a reasonable time. The interior was quite small, but they still somehow managed to fit a good amount of tables. They're located in the corner of a large plaza so parking should be relatively easy. Pretty good! read more

They are always able to accommodate our party and have us seated quickly. They also have good group deals like their combo for 2,3, or 4. I would say, generally speaking though, each bowl can serve 4 people--of course varying by appetite. All their portions are quite generous, and toppings taste very fresh. I am a huge fan of their rose sauce, which is mild enough to be friendly for people with low spice tolerance, like me. I also really love adding their cheese pour and getting a side of wings. This was a really poorly run 1 year anniversary event. They did SO much marketing for their 50% off…read moresale but it seems like besides marketing they didn't put effort into anything else. No logistics, no planning, poor management, not enough staff. We got there a little before 2 and were #58 in line (party of 3). Outside the crowd didn't look that bad but I assume it's people waiting in cars or killing time in the plaza. 58th was a harsh place to start but we were committed like how bad could it be right, people go in and out, there should be some type of flow.... no. The estimate said something like 100 minutes... also no. Half the tables were empty and it looks like there were only 2 people working. The promo actually says dine in AND pickup so I'm not sure if they're busy because of the togo orders because there weren't that many people in the actual restaurant vs the crowd waiting. Like every other table was empty they definitely could've sat people. Oh they didn't have enough workers? WHY NOT! Why wouldn't you staff more people when you heavily marketed this weekend as a discount weekend and therefore should be expecting more people. After the first hour we gave up and ate elsewhere but just for your reference, we only moved up to the 40s by the first hour. And then THREE hours later (5 pm) we remembered like omg we forgot to exit the waitlist huh...but then also realized that we never got a text saying table is ready so we must not be close yet. 3 hours later we were #10 in line. Side note: At the 1 hour mark we asked if we could order togo and they said no, you would have to still wait for your turn on the waitlist (aka to be seated) to order togo. That doesn't make sense because there's SO many people waiting and this list is barely moving (togo or not) so then why is your focus on the outside/3rd party/delivery apps because those must be the orders that you're fulfilling. Poorly managed but to the extent where you wonder if it's intentional, like they wanted the crowd and the hype but didn't really want that many people getting the 50% off deal. It's almost like they wanted you to give up and pay DoorDash full pricing instead (because you're already there) and those delivery orders are the ones you see actually getting prepared vs the people sitting inside. Also, it's not like the people seated were taking forever to eat ok. I want to say people were eating at a normal place no one was camping out wasting time (or at least from what I could tell) but it just took long for the food to get brought out and not all the tables were occupied. So you have empty tables and seated tables with no food. If you're so concerned about the kitchen getting backed up there's definitely ways to stagger seating and not just keep the place empty. It's just a combination of lots of people waiting, lots of empty tables, people sitting at tables aren't getting their food that quickly, focus on togo orders and for the waitlist to be getting cleared at SNAIL SPEED where 3 hours and you're still not seated ... just ridiculous all around.
