Om Threading Salon is clearly my most favorite to go place for eyebrows. I have almost always visited this place for eyebrows, and Saraswati knows exactly how it works for arched eyebrows! I started off with 7 sessions in 6 months, but just realized they've cut it down to 6 sessions in 6 months. It's a little pricey compared to before, but I'd still choose to go with them. (Although a little more concession would harm nobody!) I'm also a fan of the little massage I get over the forehead and eyebrows at the end of every session, it helps my sensitive skin not come up with crazy boils! All in all, go for it! read more

I've been coming to Om for eyebrow threading for almost a year and am always happy walking out! I'm really picky about the shape of my eyebrows and since both of them aren't naturally the same shape, I tend to get nervous about how they'll turn out. But I've never been disappointed here. I make the trip from Belltown to Cap Hill just to see them and purchased the $50 card which has a nice discount per visit. read more

Sarita was really nice and made sure to listen on what I wanted done on my eyebrows and executed just that!

I love Sara and Sarita, they are the best at what hey do. They take such good care of me when I come in and do an amazing job at my maintainence needs. I like to get their full face Threading option every few weeksーIt keeps my skin very clean and blemish free. I've been going to Om Threading Salon for almost 2 years now; they have great deals/options for regulars that come in. After going there for several months, I purchased their 3-month package. Now I buy their 6 month package. I occasionally get my facial and full legs wax done there too. They are very sweet, soft spoken and I admire their hard work. I highly recommend them both! read more

Okay first of all : super bad experience with the lady at the salon. The usual threading costs $15. I bought the groupon coupon for 12$ for 2 sessions. Based on the past experiences with using Groupon on salons, I ensured that I read the "instructions" to use the Groupon voucher before visiting them. After getting done with my threading, the lady tells me "we can't use groupon voucher because my manager told me that these groupon people make other customers wait and so they need to make an appointment first before coming to us" I was a little surprised. Then she continued " this rule changed this month" Now I have 2 issues with her 'justification' of not accepting my voucher. 1. There was NOTHING mentioned on the Groupon website that we need to make an appointment first. Otherwise get ready to give away 15$ just like that. 2. She said due to Groupon users, our customers have to wait. Might I say this that this lady made me wait for 20 whole fucking minutes before I got my eyebrow done. So clearly, it does not matter to her that I also waited but it matters to her that others have had to wait because of me ?? I mean where am I ? Now I'm an Indian and I'm very very used to going to Indian salons and I was kind of expecting a certain reaction from them. The lady never offered me , for the sake of customer sentiment, well not even that, for the sake of admitting the mistake they made by not updating their "instruction" on how to use a fucking groupon at their salon. She said "well you can use the voucher next time Mam and this time you can pay the normal amount" I mean. First I'm never spending another cent let alone a dollar at your place and second, if I had to spend 15$ I'd have gone to Shanti salon which is much closer to my home ! Hell I took a bus to get to her place. Sigh . She didn't show any interest in doing something to make up for the goof up on their end. I hope this review helps any first time goers and future Groupon users read more

Got my eyebrows threaded by Sara and she was great! I didn't feel rushed at all like the ones that i normally go to, and she was very friendly! Definitely recommend. Oh and she gives a nice massage when she applies aloe gel on your brows after you're done. read more

This may be my new go-to threading salon in Capitol Hill. Very clean, and the woman was kind. At the end of each eyebrow threading session, gives a very quick forehead/brow massage while rubbing in oil. The threading itself was well-done and efficient. The price for brow threading is $15 for single visit and $45 for three-month unlimited membership. This threading salon would be best for customers that go more frequently than every four weeks so that the membership would be worth it. read more

Have been coming here for a year, great service, polite stylist. Eyebrows and upper lips threading is very good

It was ok. Girls were nice, my first time there paid 15 bucks but i've had better threading experiences/shapes. My skin is sensitive and it was ripped off too...there's a mark now. read more

I was desperately looking for a new threading salon around my workplace when I stumbled across their Groupon, the value was great and again, very close to my work place that I was excited to try it out. I even told my coworkers about it before I went because I was really hoping that I will have great results, and that I will want to recommend them to my coworkers. Oh boy... how wrong I was. When I walked in, there were 2 ladies sitting on the couch, the place was completely empty. And I informed them that I had a Groupon and apologized for not making an appointment since that was not listed as a fine print. The first thing they said to me was, "Sorry. You can't use that Groupon. Those are for first time customers only." And I told them that this was indeed my first time there. And both ladies raised their eyebrow and asked me if I was sure, because supposedly one of them saw me there before. And again, I told them that I am absolutely 100% honest when I say that I've never been there before. And they said "Fine. Please have a seat." They proceed to ask me which deal I bought and got ready to thread my eyebrows and lips. At this point, I was a bit defeated but nonetheless, still hopeful for great results. But the girl who threaded my eyebrows, were so rough, that it felt like she was trying to rip my skin off. I've had threading done for years, so I know how it SHOULD feel, this was nothing close to it. My skin around my eyebrows and lip was red and puffy for an entire week before calming down. And as I was leaving, they told me again to never buy any deal again, not on Yelp nor on Livingsocial. It took every ounce of me to not yell back at them. Horrible!! Their Groupon description said that the stylist will look straight into my eyes to pinpoint the outer edge of my iris. She did nothing of that sort. Even though, this IS my first time here, their Groupon saids NOTHING about first time customers only. They really need to because they really can't treat every customers that walks in with a Groupon like this. read more

This is my favorite place to go for threading services in Seattle. The stylists are extremely friendly and talented. The membership is a fantastic deal. I am so glad I found this place! read more

Been getting threaded here since moving to Seattle in July 2017. Sara is so friendly and sweet, and she is incredibly skillful and meticulous when it comes to doing my brows! I get my brow and upper lip threaded each time I go. It's $23 for both, or I've been getting the 3 month unlimited membership. I probably get threaded once ever 2-3 weeks, and it's totally worth it! read more

I was specific about the minimal "clean up" I wanted; no shaping, just above the brow and on the top and sides. My eyebrows now are so uneven and much thinner then they were. I am so disappointed as I had grown them out. This was my second visit to the salon ever, the first time I'd purchased a 3 month membership for $50. I asked for a refund after this bad experience as I (1) didn't feel comfortable with them doing it again (2) wouldn't have enough eyebrows to get them done again in 3 months anyway. They wouldn't refund, kept using excuses like "we don't have records of it", "we'd need to talk to our manager" etc. Then when I phoned, the woman on the phone hung up on me. When I called back and asked if it was perhaps a mistake that she hung up she got mad and repeated her excuses and did it again. Disappointed in my lack of brow, refund and customer service. read more

Sara is so amazing! I've never been a fan of threading but her process is (mostly) painless and my brows always look FLAWLESS. On the real, I paid for a micro blading sesh at an expensive salon and canceled... no need to pay $550+ for brows when my tint and threads are picture perfect. I highly recommend this place. read more

I've been coming here 2 yrs + and it's always had friendly service and clean work! You need to try their 3 month unlimited pass for $45.

Sara does a really good job. Won't rush you and will do her best to get your exactly what you want. And gives you some stuff to soothe you after because I have low pain tolerance lol read more

I have been visiting this place since January to get my eyebrows done. People here do a good job on eyebrow threading. The prices are easy on the pocket and their membership is worth as they offer six sittings for $60. They also do a good job on waxing as well. I would also like to mention Sara who is very detail oriented and courteous to customers read more

I went last week and that was my second time. I went for full face threading and waxing services. They take walk-ins and lady was super professional, caring and did a very nice job with all the services. She is a lovely person to talk too. I was amazed to see how she have evolved her way of threading to maintain the social distancing and without compromising any bit of service. I have found my go to place in Seattle!!! read more

Decent place to get a threading done. She is asked me for any specifications before getting started. She did it as per my instructions which is what i liked it the best. She did my eyebrows nicely. read more

If you're looking for a threading salon in seattle, your search stops here. Sarita is a wonderful threader, she listens to what you would like, and will make recommendations if you ask. She is super kind and honest. The first day I walked by, I asked if she thought I needed my brows threaded since I had been plucking. She told me to come back in a week or so, I did and walked out with a practically brand new face! Seriously, give Om a try. Threading is way better for your skin than waxing and Sarita will have you looking fabulous! read more

I came here the first time for a Groupon and they do a great job for a reasonable price! I have never had to wait and even though they do my brows quickly, they always look awesome. read more

I have been getting my brows done here for a few months now and I love this place since it's all about getting the job done well, no frills. My eyebrows have never been in better shape and at the same time it's very reasonably prices to keep them that way. read more

I would have given 4 stars but the girl cut my eyebrows before I could stop her...most traditional threading salons do not do this, however my fault for not asking first. Either way she removed the caterpillars and gave me something much more manageable and made me pretty again read more

I've been coming here to have my eyebrows done since it opened. Sara is experienced and consistently does an excellent job. The three month unlimited card is the way to go. The wait time is minimal to none in the middle of the day. I highly recommend this place. read more

I've gotten my brows threaded for over a decade more by various people and I can say she's definitely one of the better ones I've been to. She's quick, the place isn't very crowded.. She got the shape perfectly- and I didn't have to fuss around with a mirror and explain a lot.. She just got it right the first time.. A lot of people pull too hard- that wasn't the case with her, it didn't hurt much.. A lot of others leave you with bruises you don't even know are there until the next day when they show up visibly - again not the case with her.. There's not a single scratch on my brow, which is highly unusual for me. The price is great! Especially if you take.the membership.. It's right on Broadway and not in some tucked away alley.. The place is minimal and could use some sprucing up.. But it's so hard to just find someone that does threading well that I think I don't care so much about the Decor.. I'll be going back there regularly for sure! I was so happy with my eyebrows after so long that I decided to commit to the membership.. read more

I love this place. It is an amazing deal and my eyebrows always look incredible. It is fast and there is always some aloe lotion if I look particularly red. Haha go here. You won't regret it. read more

Excited to have an affordable, reliable threading salon in the neighborhood. I was happy with the threading work; the technician did a thorough job and finished with a light and pleasant temple massage. They offer reasonably priced packages here and discounts for first-time clients. I'll be coming back on the regular! read more

Such a nice and relaxing experience. The eyebrow stylist was so gentle and even massaged my face afterwards. Would definitely come back. Great job styling my brows. read more

What a great place to get your eyebrows threaded. I bought a groupon to try this place out, so I was a little apprehensive but my eyebrows turned out better than I expected. I didn't make an appointment so when I went there was someone there already, but I only had to wait about 5 minutes (clearly I would have been fine waiting longer since I didn't have an appointment, but she was really fast). I will definitely be going here from now on. read more

Sarita did a great job today. She was thorough, careful, professional and quick. The six visits in 6 months membership at $55 is a great deal, & in addition you get your first visit free. Which= 7 visits for $55. It's not a fancy shop, just practical. read more

This is my goto place for eyebrows! The place is clean and Sara and Sarita's customer service is amazing! I have a sensitive skin and they both make sure I am not hurt. Also, their $70- unlimited threading for 3 months deal is a steal! I highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work ladies :) read more

Ok so this is my first time rating anywhere on Yelp and I had to do it for OM cuz this place is amazing. I am half Arabic so I have very dark bushy unruly eyebrows that I don't know what to do with most of the time but they always shape them beautifully and I get so much out of the membership! It's great. There's always 2-3 ladies waiting so you know this place is popular! I go every 2 weeks and I'm obsessed, it always boosts my confidence. read more

Do not purchase membership there! They change the term randomly and rip off the customer. Cut my skin with threading and the scar went on for weeks. read more

FYI: they do not accept Yelp deals without a fight. Bought the $6 for $15 on Yelp and the lady told me it was for new customers only even though it doesn't say that on the Yelp deal. In fact it says business must comply with terms listed / cannot add more restrictions. No complaints on the quality of the threading, just the customer service in this particular visit. Overall, reliable service and convenient location near Capital Hill Link station. read more

I never had a problem with my eyebrows but since coming here I now see how amazing they can look once they were cleaned up! I recommend getting the membership. No need for appointments. *Just heads up, the deals advertised on Yelp are only for first time customers* read more

I have been getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded here for a little over two years. The ladies who work here are friendly and do a great job at shaping my thick eyebrows. It lasts longer than when I used to get them waxed. It can get pretty busy weekdays between 5-7pm because a lot of women come in after work, so I started going on the weekends. I would recommend. read more

I live in Brooklyn, NY, and was in Seattle for a wedding in mid-June 2016. I needed to get some grooming done, didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on all of it, and I was without a car and needed to rely on public transportation or walking between the Central District where I was staying and Pioneer Square, where I was visiting the bridal suite to give my friend hugs before she got married. None of my friends were able to give me good suggestions (either they do their own grooming, or they go fancy, or they go local to where they live. I found this place, it has good reviews, so I dropped in. I chose threading because I waited until the day of and didn't want to risk big red clowny patches from waxing. I've been threaded before, I don't remember it being quite so painful. My threader also caught my skin in the threads, because I found a perfectly straight hairline scratch-scrape across my lid a few hours later when I was doing my eyeshadow. No wonder why it was so painful. I get this service done in my neighborhood in NY for about $12-18 (brows and lip). I paid $22 or $25 or something at Om. Whatever. If I lived there, I wouldn't return. I mostly wrote this review to complain about the eyelid scrape. That's unacceptable. read more

It's difficult for me to find a threading salon that I like, but Om is so far great for me. Location is very convenient, and both of the women who threaded my brows are very patient and talented. I started going here after purchasing a group-on one time deal, ten I've been purchasing their 3 month membership. I go once a week, so that's the deal that works for me. read more
