It was easy peasy. When you drive to this location, their shops look like an apartment structure. Don't be fooled like I was and drive past it. I circled around and easily found it. Lee was super nice when I arrived. Since it takes about an hour plus to get the eyelash extensions, she asked if I needed to visit the ladies room first. I put my bag down and she put a blanket on top of me. She was really nice in putting me at ease about getting eyelash extensions since it was my first time doing it. It initially felt a little awkward since she puts tape to hold your eyelash and all that in place. She was very gentle and delicate and it never hurt throughout the entire process. She also periodically checked in to see if I was okay, I really appreciated that. I got the mink eyelashes and asked that they look as natural as possible. She did a fantastic job and I loved it. There was a slight sting when she put on the glue but the sensations subsided eventually. I even fell asleep while she was putting on the extensions. One thing that I totally appreciated about Lee's services was that she sanitized her hands before she got started. When she went to answer the phone, after she came back, she sanitized them again. Sometimes people forget and then they go about touching your face. I really thought that was a) very hygienic b) professional of her to do so. After she removed the tape, she gave me a gentle massage on my face and I was off. It felt like I had something in my right eye at first but that nuisance feeling went away. Ouch! And it took four appts one month apart to remove most of the old tattoo ink. Finally I was ready to see Cecelia. She drew my brows, showed me and micro bladed them, and it was perfection!!!! I told her my skin is oily and she suggested a dry heal. 7 days later my brows started to peel. I expected it because she handed me a brochure of what to expect. I went back for my second appt per her protocol three weeks after my first appt. She again numbed my brows and added more ink and continued to shape them. Two layers of ink, little pain, and it looks fabulous!!! I know I'll peel again and I'll need yearly touch ups, but she's amazing!!!!!
