I've been to plenty of different lash artists, and Dayna is easily the best one yet. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze with her online booking and there was specific appointments you can select for Groupon deals. That just makes it so much easier compared to many other places that want you to jump through hoops just to get an appointment if you want to use Groupon. Dayna asked me about what kind of lashes I was looking for and she gave me exactly that. The setting of the room was incredibly relaxing, clean, well-decorated, with relaxing music playing in the background; it smells soooo good like coconut-y. She was meticulous, super gentle, feather-light motions, not at all heavy-handed. I actually kept falling asleep throughout my appointment and it was in fact one of the best naps of my life, yes seriously. The lashes themselves are marvelous. I was incredibly impressed with the quality results. They look so natural and I honestly can't even feel anything on. They are not obstructive to my vision either compared to other lashes that I previously had gotten. This was all around a first-rate experience. To be completely frank, all these times having to laid still on a table for 60-90 minutes could feel quite like a "chore" to do at times, but with Dayna it feels spa-like and a true definition of self-care treat for yourself! I'll be going to Dayna for my lashes needs from now on. I wish the location is closer but she's so worth it! And PS.. the parking is free 4-hours garage parking.

I prefer a more natural style and so I was happy that she understood and explained to me what would work to achieve that or even what may not work or not look so good, etc. Her knowledge and craft really show and the service is the best as she is the kindest and friendliest. She also was very understanding from the beginning when I raised my concerns to her that I have sensitive eyes and had bad experiences before at other places. I was very surprised that the product she uses is not very harsh and so right when we are done, my eyes water some, but then goes away within the minute! I also don't feel like I FEEL the lashes either which has been amazing. Definitely recommend!

This girl SAVED my bachelorette!!!…read more I first wanted to say I was going to initially just do like some lily lashes since I was thinking about how we're probably going to get in the water and everything. My friends were like just do your lashes it'll come out nicer. So low and behold last minute af I'm trying to find someone help my crazy self do lashes. I work long hours so by a MIRACLE I happened to reach out to Sammi and she happened to be available even at 8pm at night! Like what?! Lol I felt super bad and she was super, super nice about it. Always made me feel comfortable and relaxed during our appointment. Anyway I told her I have small Asian eyes and my concern was that I was going to have thick lashes that everyone does and it was going to come out looking like caterpillars or even making my eyes look smaller. I hate how I would do makeup and the lashes I'd get done before in other places would look too thick that when I opened my eyes you can barely see the eyeshadow. I wanted something more on the natural side but elevated and this girl D-E-L-I-V-E-R-E-D!!!!!!!! I was so, so happy with the way they came out. I also made not the world's smartest decision to jump into the water first day of my bachelorette and my lashes still hung on throughout the whole trip!! Like wow! Also her place is run SO CLEAN!! She's got a whole little method to keep things new and sanitized and literally so relaxing! Like I'm never going to anyone else for lashes and now I'm even going to start being a regular!

I have been visiting her for 2 years now for my lash extensions. Even so, after every fill, I am absolutely amazed by her work. I always leave with full, fluffy, beautiful lashes - and not only that, the overall experience itself is wonderful. The studio is beyond cozy and beautifully decorated, and Lauren's lash application technique is the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Having had subpar applications from multiple other providers in the past, I really appreciate how I never leave with eye irritation nor have ever experienced tugging and pulling during the process. Even after years of regular fills, my natural lashes are healthy and full (just not as gorgeous as my extensions!). Now my extensions also last the longest between fills. I genuinely look forward to every appointment - whether that involves having a blast chatting with Lauren (she's the sweetest!), or sometimes even taking a quick nap.
