She is knowledgeable and has transformed my oily, large pore skin to glowing, healthy and youthful skin. In my youth I used a "buff puff" to try and scrub away the oil. Unfortunately, it resulted in larger pore size and makeup/foundation looked horrible on my face. Over time with treatment, facials and care by Noreen, my skin has never looked better. I'm 65 and I look and feel years younger. Not only does Noreen take care of your skin, she gives you the knowledge and tools to maintain your skin to look and feel your best! Noreen also has the most gentle touch and is so much fun to be around. After a facial or treatment, I am relaxed and ready to party! I pray she will never retire.

I've been seeing Mama Siao for over five years, and she continues to deliver the most personalized, effective facials I've ever had. She's caring, knowledgeable, and always adjusts each treatment to match exactly what my skin needs that day. I leave every visit with skin that feels soft, hydrated, and glowing. She uses high‑quality, environmentally friendly products that make a real difference. If you're searching for a reliable esthetician who genuinely cares about your skin and overall experience, she's the one.

Making the appointment through Vagaro was easy, walked me through a thorough intake form, and allowed me to choose my esthetician. I went with Allegra who was a darling from the minute I stepped into Dermaspace. Any worries or fears quickly drifted off given the dim lighting, chill music and zen ambiance. Allegra had a sweet personality, explained the entire process from start to finish, was knowledgeable about anything related to skincare and health, and most importantly, gentle. The facial was around an hour and fifteen minutes, including a discussion of my skin concerns, allergies, goals, etc. It consisted of roughly four total steps: 1) Gentle facial cleansing and exfoliation 2) Moisturization and detoxification using yucca soaked cloth within a volcanic heated cone 3) Deep cleaning of my entire face, clearing out any and all clogged pores 4) Ionization facial wrap of nourishing cotton with a leather mask connected to low voltage electrical current in order to ionize the solution. Afterwards, my face felt completely refreshed and as if years were taken off. There is a reason it has won the best facial in Seattle/PNW for many years--the treatment is truly results driven and very effective. I plan to be back soon.

I am so happy with the treatments of cool sculpting. Thank you for making it possible to feel better about myself. The actual treatments were explained well and the gentleness of the practitioners made me feel cared for. My pain threshold lowered as weight dropped off and I could feel the cold more during that time. However, I am happy with the results after the treatments, especially around the bra fat area and flanks. Kellie is a great aesthetician who is caring and patient. Absolutely do not come here for CoolSculpting…read more I paid approximately $3,000 for CoolSculpting here and have been deeply unhappy with both the results and my experience with the business. I felt strongly pressured into moving forward with the procedure, including being repeatedly contacted and pushed to put down a deposit and schedule treatment. Looking back, I feel the sales process was predatory, especially given the amount of money involved. The treatment itself did not produce the results I was expecting. In fact, over the years I began noticing that the areas treated, particularly my stomach, seemed increasingly resistant to weight loss and appeared more swollen even when I was losing weight elsewhere. I now suspect I may have developed paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH), a known potential complication of CoolSculpting, and I am going to see a doctor to have this evaluated. I want to be clear that I have not yet received a medical diagnosis, so I am not claiming that CoolSculpting definitively caused what I am experiencing. However, this is a serious enough concern that I now have to seek medical evaluation and potentially treatment years after the procedure. Because CoolSculpting is an elective cosmetic procedure, I also expect that the medical evaluation and any treatment related to a potential complication may have to come out of my own pocket rather than being covered by insurance. That means I could end up paying significantly more money to address a problem I believe may have resulted from a procedure I already paid thousands of dollars for. When I contacted the business about a refund, I was told that too much time had passed and that I had not returned for my three-month "follow-up." My understanding at the time was that this appointment was related to potential additional treatment, rather than being presented to me as a formal evaluation of whether I was satisfied with my original results. I was already unhappy with the results and did not want to feel pressured into spending even more money. I was also told that complications such as PAH were extremely rare. I now know that it is a recognized complication of CoolSculpting, which has made me question how the risks were communicated to me before I agreed to the procedure. I regret spending approximately $3,000 on this treatment, especially given the possibility that I may now have additional medical expenses to determine what is happening and how to address it. I am sharing my experience because I would want to know this before spending thousands of dollars on an elective procedure. Do your research, understand the potential risks, and make sure you fully understand what follow-up appointments actually involve before committing to treatment.

Yesterday my neck seized up and I needed to get someone to help with it quickly. I messaged Li's Spa late at night, and was surprised to get an answer immediately. They booked me in for early the morning. When I arrived they got me in to a room quickly. I told them I had never been to a spa before, and the receptionist was kind and told me what to do. The room was really nice, and it was dark, peaceful, warm and relaxing. There were covid measures in place, with an air purifier, fresh bed dressings, and an additional cover for the table where my head went. As far as the massage, it was really really wonderful. She responded to my requests for pressure, and communicated with me to make sure I was feeling comfortable. She spent time working on my difficult spots, but also worked the whole body. I dont have anything to compare it to, but I'd say it was really wonderful and I felt so much better afterwards. I was happy she worked on my knots and got some smoothed out. On my way out, the owner was at the front of the shop and offered me water, and a snack to help with the post-massage effects. She was very friendly and warm, and was happy to talk and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely go back.
