Had my first microneedling session at touch and glow few weeks prior. My provider was really gentle and confident in what she was doing which i pay close attention too. I have sensitive dry skin so she regularly checked on my pain level, and made sure to ice and soothe my skin after because my forehead was reacting a little more to the microneedling. She really came in clutch with the icing!! so I didn't leave feeling irritated. It's only been a little while, i can update with pictures once all sessions are complete if you need more convincing but I already notice my skin looking more refreshed and I'm excited to see the full results once healing is complete. If you're someone who struggles with texture or just wants a glow-up, I definitely recommend. I'm definitely going back after my barrier heals:) read more

I bought a Groupon for a lash lift with Rebecca and booked an appointment for 1pm today. Not even an hour before my appointment, she asked if I could come in 3 hours later. I was struggling with chronic pain and didn't see her text until 45 minutes later. I told her that I was running very late anyway and asked her if she could fit me in at 1:30pm or 2pm, and if not, I'd gladly come at the time she requested. Rebecca said, "You didn't respond so someone already took the spot. It is too late to reschedule or move your appointment now." I apologized and explained that I am disabled with a chronic pain disorder, and that it's sometimes difficult for me to move around in the morning. I have to take my pain meds with food, and I'm frequently nauseous in the morning *because* of the pain, which makes it difficult to eat. It's a catch-22, and I only schedule appointments in the afternoon for that reason. Very, very rarely am I in so much pain that I can't make an afternoon appointment. She said that she understood, feel better, take care of yourself, etc., but she'd mark me as a late cancelation. Clearly, her well-wishes were devoid of any actual sympathy. Marking me for a late cancelation incurred a 50% charge on the credit card I had to give in order to book, despite the fact I had already bought a Groupon. She said that she wished I would've told her earlier ‍ I said, "That is a totally reasonable thing for you to expect of your clients. I thought I'd be able to make it on time. Will you please grant me a one time waiver of the late cancelation fee, and as an accommodation for someone with a disability, reschedule me for another day? I'd be incredibly grateful. My only complication is that I can't do before 1pm (for aforementioned reason^)." Rebecca did not respond. I gave it 10 minutes and then asked her if she was considering my request or ending the conversation. She still didn't respond. I gave her 3 hours until I told her I would be writing this review and reporting her to the BBB for not granting a reasonable request for an accommodation for a person with a disability. Accommodations are requested because people with disabilities need them in order to access the same services able-bodied people can. Most importantly, they're protected under federal law. I told her exactly that, and she threatened to take me to court. Then, she said menacingly, "You picked the wrong person." Moral of the story is this: don't expect a lick of sympathy from this person if you need to cancel last minute for any reason whatsoever, including being literally incapacitated. I don't care what the other reviewers say about how sweet she is; the true test of a business owner's character can only be seen in how they treat the less-privileged. read more

Rebecca gave me a brow lamination/wax/tint and lash lift - I have had several lash lifts previously with a very excellent gal over in Ballard, but this was my first brow lamination. Pic is from 8 days after service, Brows only brushed and little mascara. I have no negative feedback at all! Rebecca is so easy to talk to, it felt like the time flew by (if you've ever gotten a lash lift, you'll know this is important. My lashes were perfect (I have short, straight lashes that are difficult to lift from what I've been told), and my brows were exactly what I wanted even though I only gave her a little direction on the shape. I asked her about microneedling and she gave me a lot of good information and basically did a mini-consultation for my skin. I had recently gone to another place for a spray tan and while they were very good, I felt as if I was at a car lot when I mentioned I was interested in microneedling, with the nurse pushing me to buy sessions right away. Rebecca did not make me feel that way at all, I doubt she would have even mentioned her other services if I hadn't asked (which I did because I liked her so much!) Lastly, the pricing on her services is super reasonable compared to other spas in Seattle/Bellevue/Renton. I'm looking forward to seeing her again, very excited to have found a new lash/brow specialist on the east side! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is outrages. All she cares is about her group on deals and making money. I understand covid had hit small business and you would think they would want to gain customers back and provide the best service. She sent out group on deals, I wasn't aware there was a 47$ fee for no show. First off I am not a no show, I called to reschedule, yes last minute, but I did call and I even begged to see if she can wait for me. That it's my first and I can tip more her instead of being charge or at least not to use the group on and just full pay for the service instead of the fee. She said she doesn't have any openings today she's busy for the next 3 weeks and won't see me till may. She's sorry and there is nothing she can do, the computer automatically charges me a 50$ fee. When in fact she can wave that and see me. And I would've been gladly to tip her. It's like lady I understand that it's your way of collecting $$ from people to make up for the ones lost during covid, but that's not customer service that is not the way to earn my business and your doing group on deals to gain clientele! I'm super disappointed. I will take my money else where. But a 50$ late fee for "no show"!!! That's just ridiculous. Especially if I called a few times. I don't write review unless I really like the service. My wife recommended Rebecca to me that I need to see her because of my acne scars that I have been struggling for a while. She is very professional, thourough and she knows what she is doing. She recommended that I need to do microneedling sessions that would help my acne scars.
