They have perfected these services and always deliver the best results while creating a cozy, peaceful environment with great music & the best vibes. Vicki always creates the environment with the best decor, flowers, and other creative touches like cute team photos or dressing up for holidays. Kithy, at the front desk, is also amazing. The person who waxed me was very kind and made great conversation. I truly have nothing bad to say…read moreabout the actual waxing experience itself, it was comfortable and professional. However, I did not have a good experience afterward. Additional services were offered to me without it being clearly explained that there would be an extra charge attached. I was also given wipes that I was told were free, but when I got to the counter, I was told I had to pay for them. I felt like I was being charged more without my clear consent or understanding. The front desk staff was not very kind or welcoming during checkout. I was made to feel embarrassed for not knowing that two extra waxing strips would cost an additional $22, and that the travel-size wipes were $13 after being told they were free. I left feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, and like I wasn't treated very well by the front desk. While I appreciated the kindness of the person who provided the service, the checkout experience really impacted how I felt leaving the appointment. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

I did notice it took much longer than I expected before we were serviced, even though I called ahead for an appointment. They were busy but not all the manicurists were with a client. So, unsure of the delay. We got the basic pedi with add-on gel mani. Loved my pedi massage that included a foot scrub. Service was good, but nothing WOWed me. Prices for pedi were typical, but the add-ons (gel removal and gel mani) were over the top. Hoping that my mani/pedi will last at least a week as they said it should, otherwise not worth what I paid.

I had…read morereceived monthly facials from Charlene, one of the aestheticians at the salon back in new york, and she had kept in touch with me with her whereabouts. Once I found out I would be traveling to her area, I booked an appointment with her without hesitance. I chose the pure luxury package. I have to say, after having been at multiple salons after Charlene had relocated to the bellevue area, as soon as her fingers touched my face, I sensed a huge difference. She analyzed my skin thoroughly, and started the cleansing process. With the four step facial she began her magic!! I must have spent half the day at the salon, which was total bliss. She also used great organic products and made sure to make appropriate recommendations... Being an out-of-towner I made sure to order plenty!! It wasn't just the facial and the massage that made my day blissful. From the quiet, serene salon, to the yummy tea and lunch to an individually wrapped chocolates, this salon definitely makes you feel like your body would melt away! I cannot wait to be back here and hope others can appreciate this gem of a find.

Charlene's facial's are AMAZING. Truly, I have never been so relaxed and comfortable during any kind of spa process. Charlene's offices are beautiful and set up for ultimate relaxation. I chose micro-dermabrasion and the mini facial as part of my living social deal. My skin was SO soft afterward and so much brighter! I will absolutely be going back to Green Rain Spa for additional skin care from Charlene. As an esthetician, Charlene was GREAT! She is a very nice, very funny lady and the light conversation during my facial was just as great as the results I received! Don't get me wrong, she doesn't gab on and on if you just want to lie there and relax (I have experienced this elsewhere) but if you initiate the conversation, she will engage and I thoroughly enjoyed it. As I mentioned, I will definitely be back -- and I would highly encourage anyone to go - you won't regret it!!
