Yesterday my neck seized up and I needed to get someone to help with it quickly. I messaged Li's Spa late at night, and was surprised to get an answer immediately. They booked me in for early the morning. When I arrived they got me in to a room quickly. I told them I had never been to a spa before, and the receptionist was kind and told me what to do. The room was really nice, and it was dark, peaceful, warm and relaxing. There were covid measures in place, with an air purifier, fresh bed dressings, and an additional cover for the table where my head went. As far as the massage, it was really really wonderful. She responded to my requests for pressure, and communicated with me to make sure I was feeling comfortable. She spent time working on my difficult spots, but also worked the whole body. I dont have anything to compare it to, but I'd say it was really wonderful and I felt so much better afterwards. I was happy she worked on my knots and got some smoothed out. On my way out, the owner was at the front of the shop and offered me water, and a snack to help with the post-massage effects. She was very friendly and warm, and was happy to talk and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely go back.

This is my favorite massage place in Bellevue. It's a small, welcoming nook that consistently provides excellent service and high-quality massage therapy. I've been going to the Massage Nook for at least 4 years now and have always been impressed with the professionalism and skill of the therapists, especially Grace. Grace is outstanding and has helped me tremendously with chronic tension from years of computer work. The other therapist there is also very good and provides excellent treatment. I've tried many massage places in the Bellevue area, and this one stands out for the quality of care and results. Highly recommended for anyone looking for deep tissue work, pain relief, or simply a great massage.

I describe this as in between deep tissue massage and sports massage. The only thing I would improve is the intensity level varied on certain areas when I had already expressed I needed it softer. It was just a little confusing when I got there because this is place is on the second floor of an office building. When I got there it was locked. II called the office and they directed me where to park my car and that the therapist was arriving soon. He did put music on to provide some ambience, which is definitely important for the massage experience. I definitely felt lighter and looser after it. Recommend to go on a lighter stomach.

We opted for the 30 minute foot massages but we're given a new customer offering for 60 minutes at $5 more ( price difference). Overall, I would say everything was good not terrible but also not great . This establishment is cute, clean. Plenty of parking. Staff is friendly. The massage in itself is OK. We started off with a foot soak and a facial/top of head massage. Which I'm not a fan of . The foot massage in itself lasted about 20 minutes and it was okay, good-ish. There were some light massaging of the lower legs too. We turned to our stomachs for the back massage which lasted about 10-ish minutes and that was pretty good. overall, I would say their services are not for me. and if your feet are really hurting or maybe with a different masseuse you could have a wonderful experience but unfortunately, I can't say that for me..

I was debating whether to go home or find something to do, but my body was sore from the gym, so I searched for nearby massage places. This spot came up as the closest one--and it was also very close to the restaurant--so I decided to walk in. I was helped right away by two very kind ladies and taken into a room almost immediately. I honestly didn't want the massage to end. The therapist really focused on the muscles that were sore from my workout. I was 100% sure I'd be in pain the next day from how deep she worked, but surprisingly, I left feeling relaxed, had a great night's sleep after dinner, and woke up the next morning feeling even better. No soreness at all. They use unscented oil, which is a big plus if you have asthma or allergies. The only downside was that the linens had a slight "stored" smell--like clean laundry that's been sitting in a closet for a while. It wasn't a bad odor, just noticeable.
