This was a pretty bad experience overall. I had an appointment with Kim at 1pm. Instead Rachan took me at 1:30pm. No one mentioned this change to me until I was seated, late, infront of the wrong person. I've attached my inspo pic, I wanted white/cream and sage with only sage on my pinky and only cream on my thumb. Unfortunately even after seeing the inspo and me pointing out that the green was wrong, the struggle to bridge the language gap was just too real. There were issues with the total application too beyond just being completely wrong colors, design and shape. She filed and chipped off my left middle (pic) and she did the green instead of the pink first so it shows threw on the tips of my fingers (pic). The line work is really weak and several times she messed up and decided to thicken the line instead of clean up her work. Finally, the overall cleanliness of this place was TERRIBLE. No one was wearing a mask, the whole place was so heavy with chemical smells that i had a headache from start to finish - I swear there isnt a vent in the place. After my 30 min wait they moved me to the station for my manicure and it was covered in someone elses clippings and red paint which were left for my entire 90 minutes, then a filthy towel was tossed ontop of it for me to put my hands on. Was $60 and I'll have to try somewhere else for sure. read more

This is a detailed review so in short, good service . I had a scheduled appointment today first thing in the morning. They were late to opening but I didn't mind so much since it's my day off and the sun was out. Their services otherwise has always been pretty good and I only get my nails done for my birthday and/or anniversary's so it's okay. Once they opened and got running, walk ins came in too. I was a little worried that they'd prioritize them since I was passively sitting versus them eagerly standing. I got seated though just a few moments after. I asked for basic pedicure and gel manicure with cat eye metallics. I provided a reference photo which will be the last photo listed below and my results are in the first photo/video. We went over the details and got to work. In the end I should have specified I wanted the metallic pushed more towards the edge like the reference photo, but it still looks great. I'm a little nervous with others seeing my unshaven legs and feet due to beauty standards, but the team has always been kind to me directly-- perhaps differently with each other but I try not to think about that. Anyway, the vibe/atmosphere of the place is always chill even when no one's talking. The music (today Studio Chibili) was a good sound filler. The team may also pick up if you're a talker or not which is helpful because I'm often shy so I appreciate no pressure to speak. Overall, I left there honestly spending less than I expected, smelling great from the scrubs and lotions, and happy with the results. Just came here for the first time and got the best manicure I've ever gotten in my life. Seriously. I'm here for work and this place was close to my hotel so I gave it a shot - and oh my goodness I'm coming back every time I'm here! I got a gel builder fill and Kim was amazing. I've tried both booking online and walk in for an appointment..and both times that didn't work. I specifically looked for a slow time of day for them via their website. I don't believe any of it is accurate. So tho I'm waiting over an hour however when I first walked in they had no Problem seating me. They asked if I had appt I said no I'm a walk-in and should i leave? The owner said no and had me sit in manicure chair. Went here for the first time. We called ahead for 2 manicures/2 pedicures. We were seated immediately which was nice, but I wasn't given a chance to pick my colors for my Shellac manicure and standard polish pedicure. When it came time to apply the polish, that is when I had to ask the manicurist for the color palettes. And then when I finally did choose a color, they didn't have the one I wanted. I'm pretty flexible when it comes to my nails, but this inconvenience could have been avoided if I had the opportunity to pick my color prior to being 2/3 done with my service. So far I haven't noticed any chipping, which I am happy about. As for the pedicure, we did the $50 option. I can't even remember what the breakdown stated, but it was decent. Overall this salon is extremely efficient and everyone works together to get you in and out but also to make sure you are satisfied. The staff is very friendly, and I was welcomed in with no appointment. I got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. The cuticle/Nail work done on my mani was outstanding ! He really took his time on my cuticles and for that I'm grateful since not many nail techs take the time. My pedicure was good, but nothing to get excited over. The massage was more of a light rubbing of my legs/shins - I don't think she touched my heels once. BUT they did use some heated stones towards the end for added flair which I did appreciate (something new). I would absolutely go back (mostly for a mani). My total was $47 for both services- not bad ! Very happy that I finally gave this business a shot. Arrived shortly after opening on a Saturday morning for a classic pedicure with no appointment and was seated immediately. I was offered water and allowed to test the water temperature for the foot bath (which was nice since many businesses seem to not care about dipping your feet into boiling water!). I'm not sure what the guys name was, but he did a fabulous job. He was very gentle, and listened to what I wanted. The massage scrub smelled amazing and I got a wonderful massage, as well as with hot stones afterwards! The nail polish was applied with care, and turned out great.
